I came to Gary about a month ago after being referred by my OBGYN/pregnancy doctor (currently 7 months pregnant). I was experiencing a lot of back and rib pain and nothing seemed to be helping. I am a very active person and having these ailments making it hard to go about my everyday life was difficult. Gary took his time in the initial visit and has a comprehensive guide as to how my body was moving and feeling from day one. I have been going twice a week and have been able to move better, have relief from a lot of my back and rib pain, and all around feel like stuck energy has been released. I look forward to going each time and highly recommend him to anybody looking for mental/physical changes and healing.

Gary and his team truly care about your overall well-being and are highly skilled professionals. Gary helped me with a neck issue and I am grateful for the amazing health results that went beyond the issue that brought me in to see them. Health, well-being and lots of laughs (no charge!) -

About 15 years ago my back went out, and I mean really out. I could barely move, I was crawling to the bathroom for a few days. I had never been to a chiropractor, but I knew Gary as a person, and while I was scared to try it out, I trusted Gary to do what was right and not expect me to do anything I wasnt ready for. I figured this couldnt get worse. And together, we healed my back. Over the years I got wiser and wiser about how to care for my back. With Gary you get both a good adjustment and a great education.

Gary is a master when it comes to Chiropractic cair. I have been seeing chiropractors for about 40 years, I have had some good ones and not so good ones. Gary is by far the best chiropractor I have ever had. He has a sensible approach, great communication as to what is happening and probably the best hands.I came to Gary because I was having hip issues (was is the operative word!). I have been running a lot of miles and had a half marathon to run and was concerned that the hip issues were going to prevent me from running anymore. I shared what I was experiencing, the feelings and symptoms of the pain and he put together a plan to get me ready and be able to run in the half marathon (that was happening in 4 weeks!), It was a n aggressive plan and we made it happen!! The best part? -- two days after my half marathon, the pain went away!! It has been close to 6 weeks now since the half marathon and I no longer am experiencing the hip pain! I just signed up for two more Half Marthons too!!Go see Gary! He will not steer you wrong, try to up-sell you and provide you probably the best chiropractic experience you may ever have.

I was referred to Gary by my massage therapist and had nothing but an extremely positive experience working with him. My chronic back and shoulder pain improved and I felt he took an integrated and holistic approach to wellness that benefitted other areas of my life. I wish I still lived in Seattle so I could continue to get treated by him!

Doctor Gary takes great pains (pardon me) to get acquainted with his patients. He not only puts in a great deal of energy in deciding what adjustments are appropriate, but he also likes to chat with his patients about topics of interest to them both. A visit to Dr. Gary is always a visit to a friend. He never rushes and he is always very careful with his adjustments. When I started going to Dr. Gary, I was in a lot of pain and he was very gentle with me. I could hear little click, clicks in my back. One should pay attention to Dr. Gary. He can even help you when he’s not present.Example #1: One day Dr. Gary was talking with me about how “older” patients tend to stoop and how bad it is for them. I didn’t think much about what he had said. A couple of weeks later he brought up the topic again. That night, I noticed in the mirror that I “tended to stoop.” (I was 65 at the time.) Then I realized what Dr. Gary was saying and stood myself up straight.Example #2: Another time, he told me to ‘move my body in all directions’ to keep it limber. I thought that I had been doing so until one evening, when lying on the floor, I notice that I couldn’t stretch my arms out behind me. Dr. Gary’s words came to mind. I began stretching and a few months later, I could put my arms behind me and to the floor.

Dr. Gary is the best! Ive been working with him for a few months now and really appreciate his knowledge and expertise in the area of chiropractic care. He makes you feel comfortable and always answers any questions you may have. When I first came to him we had an initial session where he explained exactly what chiropractic care is and de-bunked common myths about chiropractic care that are so prevalent in our culture. He also had an in-depth conversation with me about my history (pain, what brought me in to see him, etc.) and what my goals were. I really appreciate that he meets you where you’re at and works with you to come up with a plan that you’re comfortable with. I also really appreciate the anecdotes and examples he gives to help illustrate things. I’ve learned so much from our conversations about chiropractic care and healthy living. I highly recommend him!
