I won’t let anyone else adjust me. If you listen to the Doc and follow her advise on physical activity and supplements. And you get regular adjustments. You will get better and do the things you want to do! There’s huge difference between my first trip and my last over 10 months! Can’t say enough about Dr X! Happy happy happy!!!

Thi is my first experience with chiropractic, Dr. x is amazing, she knows what she’s doing. She explained everything that happenings in your body, cause and effect. She and her stuff are very friendly. After my first visit I felt so good and so differen, I slept well for the first time after having poor sleep because of my back pain. Thanks to Dr.X it was a really nice treat over the weekend. I strongly recommend her.

Dr. Xidos is simply the best. My back went out and I called in the morning and she got me in to see her 45 minutes later even though she was quite busy.I appreciate get personal demeanor and at the same time she is utmost professional - a rare combination to find. Was really struggling with my back due to arthritis. Dr. X started with some X Rays (seriously, just x-rays) and did an eval. Over the course of 20 sessions my back kept feeling better and better!!! Highly recommended!

Every time I call I’m greeted with kindness, familiarity and professionalism. Each time I see the doctor she takes her time and listens and is very attentive as I explain my aches and pains at times even takes notes. I never feel like she is rushed and also feel great when I leave. I love that I have the option to schedule my next visit before I leave. I would and do recommend this practice 10/10!

Dr. Xidos is a brilliant diagnostician and practitioner. I have been a patient of hers since she opened her practice in Seattle. She always knows exactly what my problem is and how to treat it. Mine is a difficult case. My scoliosis continues to get worse, yet Dr. Xidos always knows how to treat it. She also tells me what I can do at home to improve my condition. I always feel better after my appointment. Even when Im feeling pretty good before my appointment, I feel even better after she adjusts my spine.

Dr. Xidos is careful and effective. My neck had been bothering me for 20 years. After weekly visits for six weeks I had noticeable improvement in my range of motion. I can now look over my shoulder when driving to quickly check my blind spots!

This is by far the best Chiropractic clinic I have been to, the Dr.s small tissue work is hard to find. She takes her time and makes sure to provide the best care for what my body needs. She also explains the adjustments and how/why my body needs them, plus exercises to do at home to help improve posture and flexibility.

Coming to Atlas for treatment after a car accident is one of the best decisions Ive made. Dr. Xidos gave me a full exam with several x-rays and we began treatment that week.
