Our spa visit began with a warm greeting. We were brought to the women’s locker room and shown into the relaxation room. My cousin had a male therapist which she indicated was excellent. I, however was assigned a female therapist. When we arrived in the room, the therapist clearly had read the form I completed. She asked me about my allergies, desired pressure, problem areas and brought up my scalp which I indicated I didn’t want rubbed. She talked about her amazing technique so I conceded.She started with my back. I indicated on the form and showed her prior to the massage where I needed her to concentrate. She proceeded to work on the opposite side. I had to ask her to actually focus on my problem area which she did briefly. I repeated several times that I was still tight, but she proceeded to massage other parts of my body. I told her over and over again and when we were finished.Her excuse for not focusing on the requested areas was “I think you may have an injury”. Mind you I explained that I didn’t have an injury at the beginning of the massage and that the tension was due to working at the computer. But, this massage therapist only wanted to do what she wanted to do and not address my problem areas.When I checked out I must have said at least three times that I was not pleased with my massage. The lady at the front desk not only did not address my comments but just proceeded to move on to asking for payment.I definitely expected more from the Four Seasons. For a $300 massage, the customer service was terrible, the quality of the massage was awful and I left there feeling more tense than when I walked in.This spa treatment was not relaxing and the service sucked!!!!Shawn

Wish I could remember the name of my therapist, she was incredible. Booked a prenatal massage and was pleasantly surprised by the knowledge of my masseuse. Applied just the right pressure and had all the tools to make me feel totally relaxed.

Easily the best spot in Scottsdale bar none nothing even comes close. The hotel is amazing and of course the restaurants here are some of the best in town.

Travel from Southern California. Call the spa several times and spoke to several different individuals. None of them knew of the schedule for yoga classes nor of any pricing? Had to finally call the front desk after a few days and ask for the Manger to get an answer regarding yoga?
