My husband and I are in town for vacation. After days of hiking my toes begged for some TLC. Since I would be there for awhile my husband decided hed try a manicure. My husband works with his hands, we are talking big rough/stained construction hands. After our treatments, I felt like a million bucks (get the pampered pedicure) and my husbands hands were so renewed and fresh looking! I even had my pedicure and manicure at the same time. With both technicians kneading the muscles in my arms and legs at the same time it was like a spa experience! Also all of the staff were so friendly, professional, and talented. You can even pay with venmo! Overall awesome!!!

I was looking for a salon closer to me and decided to go to Paulene’s. I knew some ladies who used to frequent this salon years ago so I figured it would be a good experience. I read reviews to try to pick a technician (I can’t remember her name now) and made an appointment. When I got there every employee was busy including the technician I made an appointment with. I probably sat around for almost half an hour waiting for her to finish. I wish I had left because my nails were not worth the wait.I was getting a fill with gel and she kept going back to file them over and over.. and over! I thought maybe she was new at being a technician so I asked her how long she’s been doing nails. She said it had been over a decade and I was SHOCKED. I ended up spending over THREE AND A HALF HOURS just to get a fill and basic pedicure. She took so long to do my nails that the shop closed. I had somewhere else to be and was agitated that I’d probably not make it. When I went to pay I realize my bill was almost $10 more than it should be. I had called and been told that callus removal was included in the basic pedicure. It was not. I also left and had to drive back because she never gave me my polish back. Maybe another technician would be better but I won’t be back after this aggravating experience.

My friend and I met in Scottsdale for a girls weekend. Im very particular about manicures, but we decided to get a manicure and pedicure while in town. I found this salon from searching reviews, and all I can say is that Im glad I did. From the moment we walked in everyone was so nice and accommodating. The technicians and owner were so friendly and happy to make sure we were happy with our service. I cant say enough wonderful things about this place and highly recommend it. My nails and toes look like absolute perfection!!

I get my nails done every two weeks and was looking for something close to work. I was charged over $20 more than what is posted on their website. When I told her $57 was high for a set of regular acrylics, she made no comment. I won’t be back.

I went to get my pedicure last week. Just basic pedicure nothing special. I asked how much and she told me $27 and I gave my card and gave $10 cash for tips. I saw my account the next day and I was over charged $48.41. I’m not coming back they over charge.

Worst Pedicure ever. Lady more interested in chatting than paying attention to the pedicure. Water and got stones werent even warm and she didnt care when I told her. Also all she did was rub on oil no lotion and massage was none-existent. When I asked for her to do it harder she unearned at me and ignored me and continued to talk to the other pedicurest next to her. Dont waste your time

In and out in 45 minutes for a gel manicure!! Check-in was quick— just put in your phone number, name, and service you want.Edit: Went in to treat myself because they send you a 10% discount the week before your birthday. Amazing mani-pedi. They do a hot stone massage with the pedicures. Awesome experience & excellent service again!! 💗😁

Great place! I am a snowbird and when I am in town this is my go-to place. The staff are so friendly and the work they do is superb. The pedi was so relaxing. Thanks for making me feel at home.

Paid extra for callus removal, poorest job ever. That evening feet were super dry and rough, worse than before. Paid for stones, she burned my left leg by not even bothering to check them herself. Return? No thanks!

I had the best experience with my nails today. They turned out beautiful. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. One of the best I have ever been to. Plus, the owners are friendly and the place is very clean. Ask for Kay to do a design on one of your nails. You will be amazed!!!

Absolutely loooooove my nails. I never get them done because it never seems like worth the money. This place TOTALLY changed my mind. And the visit was quick, but not rushed. They’re just really good at what they do!! 10/10 would recommend!

This place was so so I paid for organic green tea pedicure The lady who did my pedicure almost didnt know what to do The one next door had to tell her the steps in order to go she didnt buff my nails quite really good it was okay it wasnt bad they did a good job but it wasnt okay

I have been coming to Paulene’s For several years because it is such a comfortable (and clean!) place, and I find Diana and Kay to be exceptionally talented nail artists. Moreover, spending time with one of them plus the personable and helpful Duc is a pleasant and relaxing interlude in a busy day.

I love coming here! Kay is so gentle and careful with my nails. I am very sensitive with thin bendy nails. She is very good!

My first 2 visits were fantastic. It is very high in price but it is really clean and most of the technicians do a great job. But the technician I got the last 2 times was terrible. I told her specifically what I wanted multiple times. What I got was all the the length taken off my nails, a weird diagonal shape and polish pooling at my cuticles. When I politely and tactfully attempted to tell her about mistakes, she snapped back at me each time. I spent 6 weeks trying to grow my nails out, just to have it all ruined by a bad technician. When I spoke to the manager, he did nothing. Just said Ok. Ive spent over $600 in 4 visits. I will not be back.
