Denise and her team are great. You can be sure they will do everything to make sure you’re leaving the salon looking amazing! They are super knowledgeable and know the trends. They know what works and give great expectations on how to get to your desirable results. Every person there was so kind and worked together as a team. I learned so much while I was there. Nikki did a great job with my hair blowout and then again the next day styling my hair for family wedding while Brea did wedding make-up for me; they worked as a team and even called in another stylist to help create the style I was looking for but couldn’t describe well. And the salon is very clean/modern, nice vibe— all staff friendly/ welcoming to clients. No clients waiting after check-in, very punctual.

Corey did an excellent job.. she was very thoughtful and accommodating.. She was very professional and so easy and fun to talk to, I felt like I was with a friend quickly! I appreciate that she quoted me a price BEFORE starting and told me the range and it wasnt over what she told me. She did a great job on my cut and color. She made sure to do what I wanted but also added advice and her professional opinion!

Called on a whim, asked for first available and my boyfriend was given Caitlin. She was amazing! He has curly hair and wanted a Brazilian. She did a great job. She finished him early so I got a few baby foliage pieces. I had a very nice day at the salon. My hair usually takes several hours to highlight. For once it was a very pleasurable experience. I like the fact that it wasn’t a huge salon with millions of people running around tripping all over themselves; there were 2 professional hairstylists that stayed on track with appointments and did a wonderful job and was very friendly! You could engage in an intelligent conversation. Both were very friendly and helpful with a Starbucks delivery during my three hour process. Caitlin did an amazing job on my hair and my husband says it was the best he’s ever seen me come home from the salon. We are here in Arizona on a house hunting trip; so I didn’t know what to expect, but I knew I had to get in somewhere! I am so pleased that this will become my hair salon once we get moved!

Absolutely loved my appointment with Corey! She was amazing and made me feel so comfortable. She really listened to my thoughts and what I wanted to do and made it happen! Plus, she is a great person to sit down and talk with during your hair appointment.

I took my elderly aunt (95!) there and Nikki was SO AMAZING WITH HER!! Ive been coloring my hair red for years... I finally got tired of it... I had no clue where to even look for a stylist, since I just moved here from Illinois. Ive gotten my hair done by Somani two times now and she absolutely fabulous. She is also so fun to talk to and makes the time in the chair go by so quickly. She is honest, very talented and is very knowledgeable where she will educate you on how to take care of your hair, or talk you out of a particular dye job if it will be damaging (even if the dye job will make the salon more money). I stopped by Vidogi to cut a trim for some important family photos this week. You know you dont want to have memories looking shaggy... Denise was excellent and did a fantastic job. Things started with a great shampoo/head massage and ended with a perfect cut. She made sure to get an idea of exactly what I wanted before beginning a cut, and made sure I was enjoying it along the way. Really comfortable atmosphere too. Its a little setback, but worth the hunt. If you need a quality haircut, swing by and get one. Im sure you wont be disappointed.

Nikki was a lovely stylist with a beautiful soul. She didnt stop until she was 100% certain I was happy, and I am...110%. But what I found really special was how highly she spoke of her boss and her coworkers - and nobody was there but her and I - so she wasnt striving for brownie points. Which makes me think that while I didnt meet any of the others, you would be in great hands with any stylist at Vidigo. Thank you Nikki - you are a wonderful addition to a clearly amazing team ❤

The customer service is great, nice clean salon. I had the bead in extensions done for the first time. I completely luv them. I lost a lot of hair and they did a great job of blending the extensions in with my hair .I can’t wait to go back in a couple months when they move up extensions, I’ll be getting more put in. It’s so nice having thick hair again. And much healthier . Love love love my hair!!!!

I’m a travel nurse from Louisiana, and I was a little nervous about someone unfamiliar cutting my hair. Especially bc my hair was very long, and I was ready for something short. I’m glad I met Corey, I’m really happy with Corey’s work, (she’s super talented) and I’m absolutely in love with my new hair.

First my hairdresser (Kaitlyn Richards) was unaware, until I notified her that I was there for cut and COLOR, this is after shed washed, cut and started styling my hair and was nearly done! Im new to her.Photos show how she did NOT clean off the color off my forehead, sides and even ear. We had a nice dinner to go to after session, and I had to stop and by soap and wash cloth to scrub off. Embarrassing. $165.00 for this. I tipped a generous 15% but will NEVER use again!

The website is a lie. There are no specialty services. They moved but didnt update their website so I had to call after not finding them to learn their new address. The girl was really nice but got dye all over my face and actually left dye in my hair because she didnt lift my head out of the sink to wash it out. I asked for layers in my cut but instead of cutting, shaping my hair, she said she just evened it out. I didnt say anything because I dont like confrontation but, save your money. Theres nothing about this place you couldnt get much cheaper from a low-end, walk-in salon.

Denise does such a good job! I had my hair abs makeup done for a photoshoot and it was perfect. I never wear much makeup so I’m always worried it will look fake or unnatural, but even without giving her examples she gave me exactly what I wanted. You can tell she takes pride in her work and wants it to be perfect for whatever occasion it may be. 10/10 would recommend! ☺️

I love LOVE my hair! I am 3 months postpartum and havent had my hair done since the first trimester, needless to say it was a mess. I also had not had a full head highlight in years, only a partial so my hair was a lot of work. It is also long and I have lots of it, I kind of felt bad for the state it was in however, it now looks gorgeous and I get TONS of compliments on it!I saw Tina when I as in and she was fantastic, the owner periodically popped over to say hello and what not, everyone is super friendly. I also love the way the salon is set up as well, it is not the traditional bar style salon where each stylist is on top of one another. Each stylist has there own area and everything looks stylish and new, the chairs are adorable as well. I also love that at the washing station, you get to lay down in the chairs! I know this may seem silly but I had a treatment done and had to lay there for a few minutes, it was actually relaxing.I recommend this place to everyone!

Not impressed! I went in for an Olaplex Treatment a couple days ago. While there I asked if they could trim a couple inches off as well. The price for a simple trim and the olaplex treatment was $140... over priced for the service I received. My cousin was with me and had the olaplex as well, her charge was $75. When we were done, my cousin told me there was a sign that said $25 off 1st time appointments of $100+... I went back in to question my charges. The lady wasnt very kind. She did call the owner and the owner refunded $25 for the 1st time client.That night I got home and when i took down my hair, the trim wasnt even. I had several longer sections that still needed cut. When I messaged the salon and sent them some pictures, I was told it was because I changed my part! It was still parted in the same spot as it was when I got it trimmed. I was also asked why I didnt notice it at the salon... ummmmm, I was not offered a mirror to look in and I can not see the back of my head without one!! Plus I was a little shocked at the price!I tried parting my hair several different ways and it did not change the fact those hairs were missed! They told me they would see if they could refund the hair cut, but I have not heard anything from them. I wont be back, nor would I recommend the stylist who took care of me.I usually dont post reviews...but I have gotten a few emails/texts asking for one, so here is my honest opinion.

I asked for blonde balayage on my dark blonde hair and what I got was bleached platinum blonde (almost white) with super dark roots added “for contrast.” Not what I expected but initially thought it looked all right. I was concerned because I sat there for literally 5 hours with bleach in my hair, and the person who did it gave me neither a trim nor an olaplex treatment because “my hair was healthy enough that I didn’t need it.” I trusted her and that was a big mistake. After the first time I washed my hair (and did a home olaplex treatment as well) I almost cried because I couldn’t get even a wide tooth comb through my deep conditioned hair and it stretched like gum. I can’t heat style it at all because it’s too fragile. Now, 2 months later, even after avoiding heat styling and many olaplex treatments, my hair is starting to snap off in chunks. Coming to a professional salon and paying over 300 dollars, I expected professional results. I literally damaged my hair WAY less when I experimented with lightening it at home. This was a terrible, traumatizing experience and I’m never coming back.

Seriously Denise is the BEST‼ Shes a balayage Queen I only go to her for my hair. Its a far drive for me but its totally worth it. All the staffs there are so nice and I love the salon too. I trust Denise with my hair 100% and you should too!

As far as the salon as a whole is concerned, the jury is still out on efforts in exceeding client expectations. Instilling the concept of “bending over backwards” and “going the extra mile” to keep in sync with the reputation as a high-end salon would greatly benefit their business as a whole. A client should never feel they paid hard earned money to any business with feelings regret or that patronage is taken for granted.

My stylist at the resort Im at wasnt able to make it in due to COVID, so I called Vidogi last minute- not to mention my head hasnt been touched since lockdown started. They not only called their on call stylist to see if she was up for it on New Years Day, but she was all about it, even early- and she rocked my world. I told my sister after she kept complimenting that it wasnt just the actual look I love (though I absolutely do), but moreso the careful way she handled my hair. Im a curly head naturally, and few know how to treat my hair especially when they see it relaxed and styled straighter...but Semani did. She gave me the minimalist-style brightness I needed without bleaching my entire head and instead of applying expensive after-treatments for traditions sake- she conditioned me in a particular way that left my hair feeling like hair, as she put it. Im loving it- the brightness is exactly what I needed and she was careful and thoughtful as if my hair were her own. I live many states away but am here frequently- and I have found my new stylist. I dont put on makeup often so it was important that everything felt comfortable and not to heavy. Denise made sure of this and the whole day my makeup felt so natural I forgot about it. My hair held up all night even through all the dancing! Denise and her team did a fantastic job. I cant thank them enough for making me look stunning on my wedding day. Highly recommend!

I have used Denise and her team at Vidogi before for professional hair and makeup for headshots. This time around, they did an ombre balayage color on me and I absolutely LOVE it! The salon is beautiful and Denise and Abby were amazing to work with. They were efficient fun and made sure the color came out perfectly. I dont color my hair often and have never been this light before and they made the process so easy (my hair isnt fried either!) I cant recommend them enough!

Denise is the only person I trust with my hair! I have been going to her for the past four years and I have never been disappointed. Every time I leave the salon I feel glowing and she is really good at making sure you get exactly the cut you want and educates you on how to care for and style it after so that you can recreate the magic styling at home. She is so sweet and lovely to talk to and she takes a genuine interest in you. The salon is beautiful and she uses products that make my hair feel like heaven. They really go the extra mile to make sure you feel your best when you go 💕

Denise is seriously the BEST when it comes to color. She helps you understand how your hair will react to certain colors especially when you go from one dramatic hair color to another. Is always super friendly and you can tell she loves what she does and takes her job seriously. I admire someone who takes the time to make you feel cared for and beautiful. I highly recommend her and her staff.

Terrible place with terrible manager. My hair was fried and looked horrible ! The owner wouldn’t work with me to refund or make it right. All their positive reviews I certainly question. I would never recommend this place to get your hair done. Be careful people. First a guy worked on my hair then the owner. I have never paid 250 dollars to have such horrible hair. !!!

Mariana was amazing! They got me in on super short notice and I had an incredible experience. The salon is gorgeous, easy to get to and Mariana made my hair look exactly like I asked. I couldnt be happier!
