First time and definitely wont be my last visit. Amazing experience. Clean and very comfortable. Shayna took the time to ask questions about my face care routine and what I would be comfortable with during the facial. Her attention to detail and the care she took during the facial and Dermaplane was excellent and truly helped me to relax and let go while she worked her magic. Shes exceptional at what she does and that is transferred through her touch and her natural grace. The icing on the cake was that everything was reasonably priced and there was no push to do more or buy products. I left extremely happy and booked for my next visit. I walked in with a migraine and Shayna customized my facial.....magical fingers that transitioned from face to neck to shoulders. Head massage with peppermint oil and headache was gone. Warm compress with all natural products and the scents are heavenly! Got chills from head to toes! She has such passion. From when you first walk in till the end you are just pampered. I have had many facials in the past but this experience was the best! Shayna has hands that do wonders! Most estheticians leave the room or wash the dishes while they put a mask on you but Shayna massaged me the whole time. Her hands were consistently working on me and it was amazing! She gets to know her clients, not only what works best for their skin, but also just as people- she’ll remember a conversation you had months ago about a book and recommend other authors and titles she’s heard of since then! But getting back to her work, I agree with other reviewers in that she goes above and beyond, providing such a great experience with the products she uses, the hand massages, etc. I like that as she gets to know you, she’ll tailor your session. For example, if you like a more gentle facial vs extractions, she’s absolutely fine with taking that part out. And as I said, she’ll remember for next time :)

This is a beautiful studio by Shayna who is a master esthetician. People say put your best face forward and you will unlock your best face here. 1) she is kind. Seems simple but having someone warm and inviting working on you puts you at ease. 2) the place is immaculate. I have a little ocd and I need order and cleanliness to function. I felt very comfortable there. 3) my face is newborn baby soft. I sometimes sleep in my makeup, I sweat during my workout, and I probably don’t drink enough water but Shayna waves her magic euphoric smelling potions around and in an hour I’ve been reborn. I won’t let ANYONE else touch my face. I even moved to the east valley and I’ll make the drive just to see her. Also I get an hour massage as well and the ladies she has on staff are great. Not to mention the prices are fair for the quality. Save yourself some reading and just go try it for yourself.

All of her options are smelt incredible, made my skin glow (not the way she gets it to glow after a facial) at home, and have always worked well with my skin type. Hands down Shayna gives the best facial in the Scottsdale area. Her pricing with her facial, and her products are EXTREMELY fair. I absolutely love that she uses essential oils in her towels! It’s so out of the ordinary, and something that definitely sets her apart from every esthetician. And, while products set in on my face she gives the most amazing scalp massage!
