When I called the office to make an appointment for a consultation, Karla took a ton of time to explain everything to me and go over how Dr. Mazaheri worked before I ever even paid the consultation fee and went in.. at the consult, I felt incredibly comfortable. For me, I was embarrassed and so nervous and Dr. Mazaheri and Karla made me feel very comfortable and explained the entire procedure and my options. He never once made me feel like I was being sold anything that I didnt need. I was glad to book my surgery with them and once I did and showed up to my preop before surgery I was so grateful. The surgery center nurse made me feel so welcome and comfortable and Dr. Mazaheri assured me I would be alright. Even after surgery when I was transferred to the after hours care facility the nurse Cozy took amazing care of me. She knew I was scared and in pain and was so kind and gentle with me. She helped me through that first 24 hours with ease. When Dr. Mazaheri came the next morning to check on me he was kind and I really appreciated his constant humor. My husband and I are very humorous people and I liked that he was someone who could make me feel at ease with his humor and honesty. The first few days were hard but he answered my calls and made sure I was at ease. Before and after the surgery his staff, annastasia and Karla responded to probably dozens of emails and calls from me because I had so many questions. They were always so nice and never acted as if I was a bother to them at all. I am that person who read every recovery story online and now that I am about 5 days post op I can see why choosing the right surgeon is the best thing to do. Most of them are 4 or 5 weeks post op and still cant do even half of what I already feel capable of doing. The pain and recovery is real but Dr. Mazaheri, Karla, and Anastasia as well as the aftercare nurses are with you every step of the way to make sure your outcome and experience are as good as they can be. I am very grateful for them and all of their care and would choose this Dr a thousand times over if I needed to. All of my friends and family will get referrals to him for future needs as well.

Before meeting Dr. Mazaheri, I called and spoke with Carla who answered all my questions about the breast reduction process. She was so knowledgeable and personable that I felt comfortable paying for the consultation since I was only scheduling if they were complimentary...lol. I cannot say enough about Dr. Mazaheri and his staff. I was nervous when I went in for my consult in early 2019 but was pleasantly surprised from the moment I walked in the door. I was greeted by the friendliest ladies who made me feel completely at ease. Summer and Heidi are gems and truly care about my well being. I had gastric bypass surgery in 2004 and then had my daughters in 2005, 2007, 2009, and 2011. I had a lot of loose skin and had been dreaming about having a tummy tuck for years. When I met with Dr. Mazaheri he was honest and to the point. During our talk, he told me that he loves his work and that he gets to help people feel better about their bodies. After we talked, the time came where I had to get undressed and stand in front of him, I was shocked that I did not feel embarrassed at all. I trusted him completely. My results are amazing! I could not have been in finer hands when I went in for what should have been pretty straight forward proceedures last week. As usual, nothing was simple and Dr. Medhi Mazaheri is thankfully not even close to your average Top Phoenix Plastic Surgeon. Most doctors would have taken one look at my messy innards and taken a pass. Not Dr. Mazaheri. He knew even as unexpected as this was, on top of our expected procedures,.and as as difficult as it was going to be that he could actually help me. That is exactly what he did. I have known for years that I would someday get a breast augmentation but was scared because I have heard horror stories about bad surgeons. I had been researching for a long time and never found a surgeon that I felt I could trust with my body until a coworker suggested Dr. Mazaheri. After researching him online I felt good about what I read so I scheduled a consultation. The ladies in the office are so nice and make you feel comfortable and welcome from the very beginning. During the consultation Dr. Mazaheri explained the different types of implants and suggested what would look best for my body type. He helped with sizing and explained how different sizes may impact my shape in a way that would not be flattering and that I would not have thought about without his expert guidance. His honesty and knowledge made me feel comfortable, confident and excited to begin. I scheduled the surgery that day with no second thoughts. The surgery went perfectly, I had no bruising and my scars are very light and smooth. Recovery time was minimal, surgery was on a Friday afternoon and I would have been OK to go back to work on Tuesday. I am 9 months post op, I am 5’1 weigh 115 lbs and went from a 32A to a 32DD and the results look amazing. Every day I am so thankful for his honesty and dedication to his work and the results he accomplishes for his patients. I highly recommend Dr. Mazaheri to anyone considering plastic surgery. I will certainly be going to Dr. Mazaheri for any procedures that may be in my future.

He is the rudest individual ever, after hearing what occurred for my friend. She is weary now of surgery process. As a medical professional was awful hearing his behavior. He exploded at simple question with anger. The hostility in his bedside manner. His staff mortified. The strangest medical experience ever. Horrible experience. I went in to see Dr. Mazaheri who I was referred to by a friend. The reason for my breast augmentation was post breast feeding. I have 4 kids (all within 3 years), all natural, all breastfed. My original full cup B went up and down for 3 years. I ended up with droopy A’s. Dr. Mazaheri completely changed me to full cup C’s and I am beyond thrilled! My kids are still small, therefore, I did not have a lot of time for recovery. I am the primary caregiver with my children plus own a demanding family business. Within 24 hours I was good to go. Within 72 hours I was off pain meds, driving, and being the full caregiver for my young ones. They look very natural. I wanted to do this before my girls were old enough to understand. Once the tape was removed (within 2 weeks), I was able to shower in front of my kids with no questions asked. The incision line is not noticable. I am also an avid runner and was able to run again in no time. They feel very natural…as if I forgot that the surgery ever took place. I cannot thank Dr. Mazaheri and the team enough!!

This guy has a dark and ugly soul. He was suppose to do surgery on my two year old son after he was bit in the face by a stray dog. The only time he was even a bit nice was when he was talking about his own son and how his name rhymes with my sons name. So he comes in and starts talking about what he was going to do, I can tell hes not in a good mood by how snappy he is, which is fine, I get it, high stress job. Thats when everything went astray, he got so nasty with me. He told me that he doesnt like my attitude and he can just leave right now and refuse the surgery he literally said Im here on a Saturday, doing you a favor (all while holding the ok sign by his eye and shaking his head) oh, well, excuse me, Im sorry, next time we need emergency surgery should we make sure it happens while your office is open? Hey mister, you dont have to like me to do your job. You dont have to like me to be a professional. Mostly though you dont have to treat people, who are already having some of the worst days of their lives, like they are bad people because they are emotional and/or curious about the care of their child. Thats all I did, and for that, my son waited 4 more hours before having the surgery he desperately needed. Sleep well doc.

I had a great experience with Dr. Mazaheri and his staff. They made sure that I was comfortable and relaxed before and after the procedure. I have to say that Dr. Mazaheri is a true artist. Im very pleased with the results and have greater self-confidence as a result.

I had a mommy makeover in November. I did lots of research and from the moment I met Dr. Maz, I knew I had made the right decision. His before and after photos are not just the best pics, they are a true testament of his high standards. I had ZERO bruising, his staff are friendly and caring and the recovery center was clean, safe and full of knowledgeable nurses! Dr. Mazaheri takes his time with each patient, shows you progress pictures and encourages you to look around and make sure you’re choosing the RIGHT place. His job is more than a paycheck, he prides himself on great work and strong relationships. I’ve had 4 kids via c-section. I had stretch marks that were deep and all the way up my abdomen and lots of loose, hanging skin. He offered lipo in my back, and when I asked about tightening up my legs, he told me “diet and exercise”. I was willing to pay, but he told me honestly, “you shouldn’t waste your money, you won’t get the results you’d think. Other surgeons may offer it to you, but make sure you see their before and after photos for the procedure first”. I was sold..he turned down a few thousand dollars because he was more concerned about my satisfaction and realistic expectations for the outcome than he was with a paycheck! My belly is flat, my waist is small, and my stretch marks are almost completely gone. I couldn’t have imagined I would look or feel this amazing. He absolutely blew me away!! It was worth every penny and more. Dr. Mazaheri truly has a gift! If that wasn’t enough, he operates on children from PCH who have been disfigured, even for those that can’t afford expensive plastic surgery!

I was introduced to Dr. Mezahari when I was 19, to get a breast augmentation. He was so kind and very professional. I am now 33 and they still look amazing. Im planning to get them done by him again just because I have now had 3 children and your body changes. They still look great! I have also gone to him to get Botox treatments. Hi I’m writing this as a worning to any woman getting Breast Augmentation from This surgeon. My surgery was Not a success as most of these other reviews will lead you to believe. This dr left me with one breast completely falling off my chest into my armpit and the other breast to high on my chest. I have been living with my Botched Breast job for several years now because I don’t have the 5k to go to a new dr and have them fix what he did. In my post op appointment it was very evident that dr M had miss calculated when he cut the pockets for my implants and now I’m left with a Terrible result that I Had to Pay 5 thousand dollars for with no compensation for his mistake ! This dr is careless and rushed through my pre op , measured me wrong , left me with breads that I know have to Pay for Again if I want them fixed and go through All the pain and recovery of another surgery . Please do your research before you move forward on something like this as there are many horror stories that go untold .SincerelyBroken hearted

Prior to getting any procesures done I consulted with other providers, however the level of professionalism, honesty and compassion set him far above others in the valley and I knew I was in good hands. Dr. Mazaheri and his staff, Heidi and Summer are amazing!As background, I had two children before the age of 20, then gained weight hitting 256 lbs by age 32. I decided It was time, buckled down for 2 yrs and ate right and exercised, and lost about 55 lbs. Yes. Great news. However, I couldnt even look at myself in the mirror without wanting to cry. It literally looked like someone had taken a blow torch to the front of me because of my loose skin and stretch marks.I went to consult with a different Dr. Regarding the mommy makeover who made me feel ashamed the moment I entered the room. I was told this wasnt a weight loss program and to lose more weight before coming back. There was no exam, no suggestions, just made me feel like a fool and sent me on my way.A friends coworker had treated with Dr. Maz a few months prior and recommended I see him, and I couldnt be happier I found him.He sat with me for over an hour, listened to my journey and thoughts, did a thorough exam, was very honest, and treated me like a work of art rather then a paycheck. I could feel his passion from that very first meeting, and he was down to earth and funny. No arrogance, just unfiltered honesty. Im not a small girl, and never will be. He agreed and simply asked me if I was comfortable with my size... Of course not, but this is who I am! 😉 Post exam, he said I was a candidate. I received my quote the same day from Heidi who is also very welcoming, and scheduled my surgery 3 weeks later.On surgery day, Dr. Maz came in for a final exam, I jumped on the table in the surgical room, and woke up a few hours later in a recovery room. I was immediately able to get up and walk around the room and use the bathroom, and I was released 24 hours post surgery.My breasts were amazing from day one and took maybe a week to feel normal. Honestly, I didnt notice any pain, just swelling for a few days. I did a lift only and did not lose any sensation.Things to mention if you are considering this procedure!-Walking sucks for about a week because you cant stand straight up. But its important you do it.-Drains are the most disgusting... And most painful part of the procedure. A necessary evil... But seriously, by far the worst part of this procedure. I got blood clots and It was horrendous.-Spanks are required! I went to Ross and picked up one for every day. This is irritating after a while because of an added layer.-I have a sit down job and high pain tolerance, so took 6 business days off work, then went back to work. I could have used a few more days. I was still walking a little bent over and it wiped me out by the end of the day, so recommend the full two weeks, even if you sit down all day.-I recommend silicone sheets asap! I got mine from Amazon for like $20 a box but didnt start using them until month 3. They made a difference, and are recommended as soon as the incision seals, so wish I had started sooner.-From my tummy tuck, I had nerve pain periodically in my abdomen for the first few months. Completely normal and nothing debilitating. I also lost feeling on my stomach about the size of a fist right around my belly button/incision. And when I have an itch, it isnt in the location my head is telling me it is at! Sounds weird, but the nerves are in a different location so your brain is telling you one thing, and its not right! All of this improves over time, but I am now 1yr post up this month and will probably see little improvement going forward. Anyone who had a C-section experiences the same thing, so again, completely normal.I waited a full year to right a review because the end result is what matters to me. Yes, the drains suck, spanks get irritating... Its a lot of money! But if I had the choice... I would do this procedure ten more times and chose Dr Maz every time! I went from a size 16 to a size 10 in this last year and got my confidence back! I only regret not doing it earlier.

I was refered to Dr. Mazahari by another physicians office, where an offce staff had personally had work done by Dr Mazaheri. She claimed that he had an excellent reputation as a surgeon and that he does beautiful work. She was so right. From the time of my first consultation to my after care Dr Mazaheri and his wonderful staff treated me so special. The results of my surgery far exceeded my expectaions. He is a brillant surgeon and a true artist.
