4-5 attempts to draw blood unsuccessfully for a micro needling procedure, resulting in a very dark 2 by 2 1/2 inch bruise on my arm. Performed procedure without my plasma ( I was told I would still see results and they deducted $50 ) . There was no written post-procedure information. The staff took a before picture, without giving me information about if/when there would be an after picture. Too early to tell if there will be any improvement to my skin. Very disappointed with my first ever skin care treatment experience.

The best Dermatologist Ive ever been to! The ladies at the front desk were very helpful, and very nice. The nurses were excellent and the doctor(Andrew) was the best doctor Ive ever had work done with. Thank you guys so much for everything. I will be back.

If I could give 10 stars I would! Dr. Fisler and her assistant, Margarita were absolutely outstanding. My husband and I have both had bad experiences with other dermatologists in the past so we turned to Yelp and found this place and went in for the first time this morning. I get very very nervous when it comes to anything medical so I was not looking forward to the appointment. I let Margarita know that when she came in to prep everything and she was so nice and really took the time to explain things and to make sure I was as comfortable as possible. Dr. Fisler was also so nice and patient with me. She really took her time, did a thorough exam, explained everything, and answered all my questions. Normally I pass out when I get shots, but they did such an amazing job I made it through no problem! We highly highly recommend this office and specifically Dr. Fisler & Margarita.

Dr. Halmi was great! I brought my 16-year-old daughter to Advanced Dermatology for removal of her hemangioma birthmark on her face. He did a great job explaining the process and performing the procedure. It’s not very common for cosmetic laser places to have BBL lasers but I was so happy to find that Advanced Derm had one in Scottsdale. This was a life changing procedure for my daughter that we will forever be grateful for! Thank you!

Easy to schedule online. I had two small pre-cancerous spots on my face, and the PA found a third on my chest. PA took care of them. Staff was great and confirmed what my insurance covered and then I paid my portion (around $30). I already scheduled my next yearly visit. Highly recommend.

Jason was great! Diagnosed my problem quickly. Set up a plan & explained it well. The staff when called on phone addressed my concerns & discussed them with Jason, returned the call back to me promptly. They also followed up with another call back to me a couple of days later to my sure my concerns had been addressed. I’m very happy with the care that I have received.

Went in to have three things looked at: issues with my bald scalp, some funky things on my left foot and a small pimple-like thing on my left arm. I saw the PA who is extremely experienced and qualified. He sliced off the pimple-thing on my arm to send it in for a biopsy. He prescribed a couple of things for the fungus on my left foot, and he counseled me on the pre-cancerous cells all over my dome. I will begin an ointment-based chemotherapy protocol this week. I understand it will be uncomfortable, but essential if I am to knock this down. So, all in all I was in and out of the office within about 30 minutes. My kind of medical office!

When I made an appointment, they scheduled me at a location I’m not a patient at. I was not offered choices of location or told the location until sent a reminder of my appointment. They just sent me a refund check to an address I haven’t lived for over 7 years, yet I’ve updated my address with them at least 4 years ago.

Yesterday was my first time at this dermatologist and it went great! I have been struggling with my acne lately so I decided to see someone for it. I showed up pretty early for my appointment to sign paperwork and they got me in right away. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The visit was quick but very efficient I will definitely be coming back here for any dermatology needs.

Very nice people. But I have gone to this dermatologist several times and after getting a biopsy For severe dermatitis, they forgot to call in my prescription. After at least five attempts to reach the office I never got a phone call back. Called the after hours operator and they consistently tried to get a hold of the dermatologist and still no call back.So frustrating.

Something bad happened that day I arrived at the Scottsdale Office for my full body exam follow up to melanoma surgery.The reception staff was a mess. When they did finally speak to all the patients waiting to sign in or pay up they were unprofessional and appearing to be indifferent to client.From my perspective all of those waiting were polite and cooperative. The receptions staff however was disjointed & impatient. We didnt know who to speak to or which window to approach to check in. Regardless of which window was selected, it was the wrong one for that client.This is the first time in two years I have experience such strange behavior by the reception staff. Always before every one was professional.Regarding the Dr. I see for my care, she is amazing. Treats me with care and respect inspite of the invasive exam. Michelle Whitman is an awesome diagnostician and treatment specialist. I Wish her success in furthering her career.

If there is anything we like it is communication and client/patient/customer service! I made an appointment with this office in North Scottsdale 6 weeks ago and to be honest it was an incredible experience. I got in and was seen by PA Andy Hicks and I cannot begin to say enough nice things about his people skills. I had a breakout on the back of my neck and he knew right away what is was. Put me on an oral antibiotic and a gel. 1 Week it disappeared!!! ****************NOW THE BAD NEWS AND THE REASONING FOR 1 STAR. For the last 2.5 weeks I have tried until I was literally blue in the face to get a hold of Andy or ANYONE at this office. I will not mention some names that GUARANTEED me a phone call AGAIN to get my prescription refilled due to the fact that the infection came back. Are people actually abusing Antibiotic now? Is the the reason they do not give a ***** about the medical condition you are having. This will be the second bad review of Arizona Advanced Dermatology and it will be posted on every other social media site. I will post about the other Dermatology office when i get in next week. They have gone above and beyond already where AZ Advanced Dermatology should have already been!!!

The office staff are great and you get in when scheduled. Went in for annual cancer screening and Michelle Whitman is thorough, knowledgeable and makes you feel comfortable with the exam. I have been going to this facility for several years and highly recommend them.

Frozone works here (Goes by Jason). Like a Jedi warrior he makes quick work of pesky skin barnacles.Caution: If you want them to examine below the waist you’ll be handed this ginormous paper towel that somehow you’re supposed to “wear”. My worst nightmare is dying in the exam room with that thing on. Would love to see something more comfortable, warmer, and fashion minded.
