This dr has been working with my complexion and scars for over a year. I have minimal insurance so he gives me free samples all the time... hes very knowledgeable and kind. I would highly suggest him to others.

Doctor keeps limited hour and runs late. Wish he respected my time as much as he does his own. Happy to take my co-pay elsewhere.

I was a bit nervous after reading the reviews here; however, I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful -- especially Jamie who collected information on my appointment. Dr. Yarbrough seemed very efficient and took care of my issues. He evaluated my skin problems, and clearly laid out options so I could make an informed decision about how to proceed. I have been to 4 dermatologists, and Dr. Yarbrough deserves an excellent rating based upon my first visit with him.

I saw Kendall Jenson for a dark spot on my face, just above my cheekbone and below my right eye. It looked like a large freckle and had gotten bigger and darker these past few years. The doc offered me two options, one was to freeze the spot (more economical) and the other was a series of laser treatments (much more expensive.) He said that the freezing technique may or may not work, but it wouldnt hurt to try it, and thats what I opted to have performed that day. The treatment was just slightly uncomfortable but not unbearable. The spot stung for the remainder of the day, and felt a little sore the next day. By the third day, I had no pain, but the spot had turned really dark brown, and looked like a scab. Within about 10 days - the scab was gone and all signs of the original freckle were invisible! I am so very pleased that for under $200 I was able to get rid of this spot that had been an annoyance for me for years. People had always asked me what it was, if I was okay, shouldnt I have it looked at, etc. There were a few times that people even thought I had a black eye. Now there is NO TRACE of this freckle and also no evidence of the freezing technique. I would definitely recommend Dr. Jenson PA-C and Scottsdale Dermatology, Ltd. Thank you!

Nice office, efficient and friendly staff, short wait to see the doctor, he very professional and knowledgeable, thorough examination, he listens, is fast but thorough. Highly recommended.

I hate to review so badly, but this definitely warranted it.. The way this dermatology office is ran is absolutely poor. My gf is on acutane and has now gone about a month in between prescription renewals and that should not happen especially on such a harsh medicine such as acutane.The worst part is that this is the 5 month straight. Every month she calls them continuously to get them to do their job and on average takes over a week to get them to do anything. She should be done with her treatment now but still has 2 more months because the lack of care, execution and professionalism. She has had to follow up continuously to check if they are doing their jobs, in which they promise her they will update her ipledge account right after she leaves the offices and its usually weeks until they do so...It has become so bad I went to her last appointment with her and the lady said perfectly clear on a Friday afternoon, I will update this myself before end of day today, its two weeks later and we had to pop in the office today to tell them to do their job.If she wasnt 5 months into her acutane with only a couple left (which once again she should be done by now) then we would definitely switch dermatologists...Definitely do not recommend!
