I have my lashes filled every 2 weeks. I’m new to the Scottsdale area and scheduled an appointment for a fill. Julia, the manager, saw me and said I needed the current lashes removed. She took a photo, which I found out later is just the 2 week grow out and nothing wrong. She pulled and picked for 45 minutes and I left with practically bald eyes. I naturally had long lashes I just wanted them fuller to avoid mascara. The next day I was given Makensie. She said she has 2 years experience but when talking she just turned 18!!So she lied. She told me Julia removes many lashes to bring in more money. The fill was absolutely the worst! My lashes before Julia ruined them with the 2 week old fill MUCH fuller and beautiful. I had no idea they would charge $220 for barely any lashes! Very unprofessional all around. Will tell anyone walking in there to jot waste their time and money. I left town the next day and I’m having a professional with integrity fill these pathetic and very sparse lashes. So $25 removal then $220 for a “new set”. I’ll never trust this establishment.

I have been going to the lash lounge for about 6 months, every 2 weeks using my membership. In the beginning it was good, however over the last few months the stylists I loved have left and it’s obvious why. The customer service has gone way down hill, it’s impossible to get consistent fill appointments (despite trying to book 2 weeks in advance), my lashes were barely lasting 10 days, in my most recent appointments the lash techs were very rough on my eyes/face and the other staff members are rude and not accommodating in the slightest. To make matters worse I attempted to cancel my membership on 9/18/21 they told me i would be charged one more month, which I was understanding of based on my contract but the charges on my card did not stop. Apparently I was required to sign a cancelation form, which I was not informed of by the staff member on the phone when I initially tried to cancel. So frustrating! It’s unfortunate because there have been great lash stylists to go through here but the training, management and overall energy of this place sucks. Very disappointed… will not be returning, not even to use the credits I still have.

Had a membership with them. I followed all of their care instructions including purchasing and repurchasing their products. I never had the same stylist every time due to people leaving or new employees. The last stylist I had made my full fill and touch up very uncomfortable. She kept manoeuvring my head as if I was a practice head. Every time I went they said I needed a full new set even though it was my 2 week fill time. I came in to financial issues and put a hold on my account. They never notified me they reopened my membership and started recharging me this out a notice or phone call.

I havent been able to wear lashes in over a year due to an allergy I developed at a different salon. I reached out to the owner of The Lash Lounge in Scottsdale (Pam) and asked if she could help me (because I really miss my lashes!), Pam was amazing! She worked with me to come up with a successful solution, I have my lashes back and look great again. Thanks Pam!

Staff is super polite and friendly. Very clean, neat and relaxing environment. Beautiful lashes! They recommend every two weeks to get a fill, but if you really take care of them, they’ll last.

Ive always been satisfied with Irene who did my lashes. I am giving a one start review because of management. I had to cancel because I couldnt afford anymore (I had texted them about it), they charged me $169 one month after telling them. They said I had to sign a membership cancelation that has a 30 days notice. I understand that but the fact that their management could not do an exception is very not professional, especially when I stated that I couldnt afford it anymore.

This is the first time I get eyelashes extensions and to be honest couldnt pick a better place. The place is beautiful, clean and the girls there are super sweet. My technician Lindsey was nice and professional. Im loving my eyelashes and Im getting a lot of compliments.

The Studio is extremely clean and contemporary. The receptionists are friendly and helpful. Moya is a perfectionist when it comes to lash extensions.They look great when I leave and holdup well until my next fill. The monthly membership fee is a little pricey, but obviously worth it because I keep going back!

Moya is absolutely AMAZING, hands down the best lash stylist I have ever gone to! She is so professional, sweet, and incredible at what she does! At my appointment today, we had some extra time at the end, and she didnt hesitate to use that time to make sure that I left with my eyelashes looking more than perfect. She always makes sure that I am happy with the way my lash extensions turn out, and never fails to brighten my day every time I see her.

I hate writing negative reviews but I feel my experience should be heard. I am on the lash lounge email list and received an email about special deals for a discounted rate for certain services. I have been wanting a lash lift and tint for a while now and since it was on their list I called to schedule an appointment. According to the email, space was limited so I called immediately after seeing it, about an hour after it was sent. I successfully booked my appointment. Then I get a call the next day saying they have to cancel my appointment since they cant do it for the discounted rate. I rearranged my schedule for this so I was pretty disappointed at the inconvenience. No one offered to reschedule. Ive been wanting a lift and tint and wouldve considered paying full price for it but since no one even bothered to apologize for the confusion or ask if I wanted to reschedule, I will be going elsewhere. I cant speak on the quality of their services considering I cant even successfully keep an appointment with them. I understand things happen that are out of their control, the problem I had was the way they handled it. They might do good work but if customer service is important to you then beware.

I loved the atmosphere in the lounge and everyone was very nice. It was my first time getting lash extensions done. Moya did a beautiful job with my first classic full set! I love my new lashes and the entire appointment was very relaxed.

Went to the Lash Lounge at the Scottsdale Quarter today and had the best experience! Francheska did my lash tint and lift and did a phenomenal job. I am obsessed with the results will be back!!

My first time going here I paid in cash. No issues. I joined as a member and continued going 2 times a month for 3 months. Today I came in 7 days before my auto draft day, and asked to pay my membership dues for March in cash. I was told you can only pay in cash if you are NOT a member. Yes, you read that right. Once you become a member you lose the benefit to be able to pay in cash. They refused my money and said my only option was to charge the card on file. Instead of working with me to keep me as a member and find a solution, their only suggestion was that I cancel my membership! They turned my business away. I have never in my life seen someone who is willing to pay, be turned away like that! Unreal! The WORST customer service I have ever experienced. This place is a joke.UPDATE: They charged me $90 after they cancelled my membership and refused to refund me. The manager told me she chose to charge me because I left. I left because I had filled out everything they asked me to. I even asked if there was anything else I needed to do, to which the manager said no. So I said goodbye to my stylist and told her I was sorry I couldnt see her anymore and peacefully went on my way. Only to get notified by my bank 10 minutes later that I was charged for services I did not receive. How can I be charged when my membership was cancelled? I cant help but think I am being discriminated against for being disabled. I have no other logical reason as to why Im being treated so poorly by this establishment. The manager was very condescending and extremely rude to me both in person and when I called her on the phone. She hung up on me the first time I called and when I called back she was laughing saying she pressed the wrong button which again leads me to believe I am being discriminated against. This is so wrong and disgusting on so many levels to persuade a client to cancel their membership and then charge them anyways because you feel like it.

I started feeling symptoms this morning and called in to cancel my appointment. They still charged me $110! I have a lot to deal with in my life with the military to school and now I’m going to loose $110 during the holidays when I have 3 dogs to look after.Before this my eyes stung with I believe the glue they used my eyes would Profusely tear up for a couple minutes and have a stinging sensation I don’t know if it’s poor quality of products they use I would not recommend this place

Just got my new full set of lash extensions and Courtney was amazing! Totally put me at ease, explained everything beforehand, and most importantly, asked and went over exactly what type of lash would be right for me. She was very patient, kind, and an A+++ lash stylist. I got exactly what I wanted, and am so happy. I will continue coming here, as Courtney was by far the best lash tech I’ve ever had. So relaxing, you guys should definitely ask for her if you want great results. Thanks Courtney!

I Love the Lash Lounge! Specially because Maria E. made an excellent job for my Wedding day! My eyelashes look glamorous, but also natural just as I wanted. She always understands what I want and respect any request or vision I have for my look. She is always very careful and very polite with the clients. I totally recommend her!

I am writing a one star review based on overall bad customer service. Now I understand the point of fees within a cancellation period but I feel that companies should show a bit of concern when the person at least tries to call and explain why they can’t make it to the appointment. I called and explained I am very very sick and yet no help was even offered. Mind you I have called and canceled appointments before within the four hour period and have never been charged so to me that’s lack of consistency or the person working is just not willing to help.

After trying three different eyelash establishments, I have found my home at Lash Lounge! Courtney is outstanding! She asked me appropriate questions, told me what to expect and what to avoid, and was every bit as professional as the Lash Lounge is! That is exactly what I was looking for. I am thrilled to be a client and expect to be for a long time! I recommend the Lash Lounge times10!!!

Really happy with my lashes from The Lash Lounge! Courtney is an absolutely wonderful lash stylist, and they offer sensitive lash glue for people with allergies. They also do lash/brow tinting which I’ve found makes my extensions look even more natural. And last but not least, the membership is reasonably priced and can be used at any of the Lash Lounge locations, which is fantastic for people who travel frequently!

My lash stylist was Gabby and she did an amazing job. I love my lashes. She restored my confidence in eyelash extensions. They feel natural and light. My eyebrows were also done by Maria and she was awesome as well. Great place and excellent service.

Maria at the Lash Lounge was a dream. The Lash person Ive been using moved to California so Ive been on the search for someone new. Maria chatted with me to learn exactly what I was looking for and even used the glue that works the best for my lashes! Id recommend anyone to ask for her. She replicated what I have been receiving and was super helpful and easy to work with.I rated them only 4-stars because I was quoted one price when I scheduled and then charged a different price upon checkout without an explanation. I think I know why there was a difference but an explanation wouldve been nice. If they wouldve done that 5 Stars for sure!

I get lash extensions and my lashes last over 3 weeks. Not to mention, no itching or burning sensations at all while having them. YOU NEED TO CHECK THIS PLACE OUT. I got my lashes done with Courtney- I have never had lash extensions before and I am so pleased with the result. They look so natural and give me exactly the effect that I was looking for. The atmosphere is so relaxing as well. The lash beds that they have are super comfortable and you feel right at home while you’re having them put on. She has such a light hand and makes sure you are comfortable several times throughout the process. Time flew by and if it weren’t for the great conversation I had with my stylist I would have fallen asleep instantly. Overall, I am overjoyed with how my lashes turned out and I cannot wait to come back for a refill.

Dont go!!! I had my eyelashes done for the first time, during my apt the girl doing my lashes accidentally got glue in my eye and it started watering uncontrollably (I understand that can happen, its just part of the process) however she didnt stop so when I was done I had a huge clump on my eye and had to deal with it until I took then off several weeks later. I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and try again so I made an appointment, on my way to the appointment i got rear ended and couldnt make my appointment. I called to notify them and the girl said she understood. A few days go by and I got a $54 charge on my card, I knew there was a 24 hour cancellation penalty but I assumed that it would be waived since I was literally on my way to the apt and had every intention of coming in to my apt. Well apparently there is some rule in the agreement that said if you dont reschedule within a certain time frame they charge you (I dont remember reading this in the agreement), this should have been mentioned when i called and told them my situation! I never received a VM before the charge either! I called and talked to them about the charge and they refused to do anything, no flexibility at all. I politely asked for the owner to call me...its been several days...no call back and Im still stuck with this charge on my account. I will never be going back here again.

This place looks luxurious. However my experience was not great. This was my first time and I went for eyebrow tint but didn’t even last two days. My assigned aesthetician didn’t care to explain what to expect from the tint, after care etc. I felt like she was not very keen as I was there for only eyebrow tint. Receptionist was very friendly she seemed more approachable than the aesthetician.

Moya is an exceptional stylist! I have been coming to her for six months and each visit I leave with PERFECT lashes. Her work is precise and consistent and she always meets my expectations of having full, natural looking lashes. I regularly get complimented on my lashes and would highly recommend Moya to anyone!

I have gotten my lashes done three times so far at the lash lounge and love it. Moya is great and appears to know a lot about her craft. She takes her time and anwers any questions u have. The establishment is very clean and well maintained and in addition the are very timely .I do feel however they could play a better selection of music.

WOW! Im so glad I found this wonderful Lash Lounge salon and met Moya, my lash angel. She has such attention to detail and is a true artist! Ive had my lashes done by several people in the past, but Moya does such exceptional and beautiful work that she has earned my loyalty. Im almost 50 years old and these lovely lashes seem to take 10 years off of my face, I feel more youthful and refreshed. The prices for the various services they offer are quite competitive and they offer several packages and discounts. Very relaxing atmosphere and a convenient location. Overall this lovely salon cant be beat and Moya is definitely the best in town!

Service is very prompt and thorough. Moya, my wifes aesthetician, noted some swelling at her eye and cancelled her lash fill service. She has not only my wifes gratitude, but also her physicians for catching this and allowing for medical treatment.

I got my eyebrows threaded here for the first time on Friday absolutely amazing! They were able to squeeze me in. Moya did an amazing job I’m obsessed with my brows and will keep coming back. My brows are tricky because I have a cowlick in one I’ve been to several other places and they just do OK but these were amazing and came out so good. also the sanitation is sooooo good! The shop is clean and cool very comfortable seating. most places when they do threading will just put the thread in their mouth at lash lounge they have an actual tool designed for threading and then she also goes in with a set of tweezers and some scissors to refine and make sure the arches are perfect. total I want to say she spent about 40 to 45 minutes on my eyebrows and they came out amazing she even offered to fill them in for me before I left which I didn’t have her do this time but definitely will next time they came out amazing Moya thank you so much and thank you to the Lash lounge I will return again!
