I got the brow magic and microneedling from Meredith. It was such a great experience! She was super knowledgeable, and walked me through the whole process. My brows are flawless! The micro needling process can be scary, but she calmed my nerves and gave a great mini facial, which almost put me to sleep. Highly recommend Melt!

They do offer equally amazing men’s services as well, but there is a strong positive presence of women empowering women and good energy all around. This space is so beautiful and welcoming! The staff is extremely friendly. They have a cute little coffee and tea shop. Everything is really clean and pretty. Today was my first lash lift and tint. Not only did Hope C. RUIN my eyebrows, she agreed in writing to fix them & then didnt. See text message below + photo of ugly brows.But what was even worse was dealing with Melissa P., the owner who is a certified psycho.Numerous Yelp reviews recount the same kind of crazy behavior that I experienced dealing with her. She became unglued because I asked questions after I was told the second time I needed to wait another 6 months after the first botch job. They said to wait 6 months. I waited and when I was on my way to arrive, I was told I needed to wait another 6 without either of them even looking at my eyebrows. Of course, this also meant I had to pay another $400 instead of the complimentary repair job.Melissa also agreed to donate a service to a homeless shelter I work with & then ghosted me when I sent requests for the item. Its fine if she changed her mind. Not everyone cares about women and children living in marshes in 110+ heat. But say something. She finally did say something and it was as unkind as it gets. She also goes on & on about how busy her salon is so, kind of disingenuous...Melissa is a shameful narcissistic chick. There are lots of places here in the valley with kind people. Go there.

Katherine at Melt gave me the best facial Ive probably ever had. Every time Im in Arizona, I make sure to get dermaplaned at Melt and have Katherine work her magic.

I visited Melt for the first time recently and had the best experience. Their studio is SO clean and modern. I saw Katherine for a dermaplaning session and couldnt be happier with my results. I left with my skin feeling brand new! She was sooo sweet and gentle with my skin. I have been seeing Delcy at Melt by Melissa for several years since they were in the old location. In her care, my brows have always been perfection and have evolved with the different brow styles as well. I am a redhead with very light brows but am too nervous to do microblading so Delcy most recently introduced me to the brow tint + brow flip and I am OBSESSED to say the least. I always get so many compliments on them and always cant wait to get back in to see her. Besides her amazing work, the Melt by Melissa space is gorgeous and everyone there is beyond friendly. For the powerhouse girl gang they are, they are not intimidating in the least and make everyone feel welcome. I have referred several clients and friends and everyone says the same. I loved my experience today at melt, loved the vibe of the place and the staff were all so friendly. I would have given it 5 Stars if I would have been made aware ahead of time that when adding on dermaplane a service they ask if you want to add onto your facial...that they don’t do extractions if you choose to add this on When I had inquired about getting a facial at melt they said that extractions were standard and included in the facial as that’s what I was looking for as I have never had a facial before and wanted My pores to be cleared out. Also I had scheduled a brow magic service and brow tint prior to my facial I had asked prior to my appointment if the facial would affect the brow tint in anyway as I didn’t want it to remove the tint, after the facial I did notice my brows didn’t seem tinted anymore as if maybe some of the product from the facial removed it so that was disappointing.

The spa experience that feels like home. I have been going to Melt twice monthly for over a year now and have never had a bad experience! I was nearing the big 5-0, and my daughter was getting married in 2018 and HOPE suggested I get monthly facials to hydrate my skin and reduce fine lines. I began my monthly express dermaplane with a mini glycolic services with HOPE. I noticed a difference within 3 months! Within the first month I added eyelash extensions bi- monthly with NINA. They now look so natural and have cut my morning routine time down significantly. After researching and watching the micro-blading results from HOPE I decided to micro-blade my eyebrows. I LOVE LOVE my results! She is truly an artist. Everyone I have encountered at Melt has been so lovely and kind! But HOPE and NINA treat me like family. I love my visits there and will probably look for another excuse to spend more time there.

I’ve had the pleasure of being pampered by Brie, Nina, Melissa and Hope, but have shared wonderful conversations with the rest of the Babes as well during various visits. I’ve enjoyed Brow Magic, brow tints, microblading, Dermaplane facials, lash tints and lash lifts. I’m always getting compliments on my brows, so whenever I can I sing the praises of MELT. For my wedding I got a Dermaplane facial, lash lift and tint, and a brow tint midweek before our Saturday morning ceremony. Day of I simply applied moisturizer, tinted sunscreen and tinted Chapstick and was good to go! I can’t recommend MELT enough!

I am so glad I found Melt by Melissa! My regular brow place closed without any communication to its patrons and I was in need of some fixing up. Honestly this was a blessing in disguise, as I had suspected my brow problems weren’t all falling on me, but on my brow place not necessarily taking their time or caring to listen to me as a client. I booked an appointment with Delcy (super easy to do online), and crossed my fingers. When I arrived for my appointment I was greeted promptly, and there was an adorable dog that came to say hi as well(hella bonus points for that). The atmosphere and aesthetic is a perfect blend of girly, cozy, and chill! Delcy was so friendly, down to earth and easy to chat to. I felt like I had been coming to her for forever! The service itself is fantastic- Delcy was so careful and meticulous. She did the most magical thing ever to my brows by “bringing them forward” and I love my new brow look. My brows have never looked better and I will continue to come here! The price is well worth the service and I’m so happy to have found my go to brow place.
