When Paris suggested I get my eyebrows microbladed I was initially hesitant, but I couldnt be happier with the result! I had no idea that having a fantastic set of brows could really change your face (and help with saving on makeup products) and I get compliments constantly. They look incredibly natural but really shaped my face and make me so much more confident. This place is clean and well-organized without that haughty atmosphere, which was very refreshing. Came in for the lip blush and lash-line enhancement with a flick performed by Mai herself, and my high expectations were easily surpassed by her skills and talent. I did not do a lip fill-in because I have medium sized lips that are neither thin nor thick. But after the lip blush, my lips now have a full, sensuous look to them that I was never able to achieve with lipstick and outline. They are so distinct that my husband says when he looks at my face, all he sees are my lips. 😚 💋 When it comes to my eyes, this is where Mai has really achieved a level of artistry that has proved true to the word “enhancement.” I have almond-shaped eyes that have a natural downward slope, which I find difficult to outline, especially over time with the addition of aging. Mai’s work gives them this appealing deep and dark look that actually makes my eyes appear larger and rounder. Just the symmetry alone that she was able to achieve was impressive, and I say this because the different folds we naturally have on our eyes can be challenging and frustrating to work with. So, if youre anything like me who doesnt have the time nor the patience, Mai is a godsend. Days later and I am still waking up in the morning, happily amazed at how I look! I think what also sets her apart is her bedside manners. She made me feel so relaxed that I literally just laid back and enjoyed the experience. She is truly a gem!

The space is really clean and modern with glass sectioning off the separate treatment areas. Kayla was fantastic asking me what I wanted, showing visuals of what to expect and working quickly and efficiently. I wanted my lashes to be full but still natural with a bit of a cat eye. She also waxed my brows and did a tint.

I have been coming to MaiLash for years, even before their shop opened up where it is now in Old Town. Their office hours are great because my work schedule is hectic, yet I can always seem to find a time to get in. I never have to wait in the lobby area because they are on time with their appointments. Paris, my lash stylish, is very sweet and a perfection at what she does! She is consistent and my eyelashes can usually go almost 3 weeks. I receive compliments daily on my lashes and my friends (and even strangers) are shocked when I tell them they are lash extensions. Another thing I love about the place is the ambiance (all white walls, stylish, very clean, comfortable beds and upbeat music).

Clean and bright! Ive been going to MaiLash & Brows for a few monthsand their refill looks amazing every time. The entire staff is wonderful.I was fortunate to have Mai Le as my lash guru. She is awesome. She takes the time to do it right and my lashes have remained great in between sessions. I absolutely love Mai Lash and Brows! I received a full set of lashes in May for my birthday. After I received my first set I found out fills were only $55 every 2 weeks, and I have been going back every since my first experience! Paris has done an amazing job. I always get compliments on where I get my lashes done. Paris is also quick and always on time if not early when I arrive for my appointment. The place itself is cute and the music is fun to relax to!

There are many people in the world born with great lips, eyelashes and eye brows. Thanks to technology and new enhancements we are all able to afford them if we were not of the few lucky born with them. MaiLash & Brows gave me some amazing eye brows. Growing up in the 80s and 90s I did like most teenagers and plucked my brows to death. Getting older my brows grew back uneven and patchy. I got tired of trying to fill my brows every day, and to try and get them even that was always a joke. When I was looking to have my brows done MaiLash & Brows was able to enhance a pre existing brow Microblading done 2 years ago with an ombre fill. They look so amazing I cannot tell you how great it feels to wake up with my brows already on. The staff was amazing!

This studio has a nice atmosphere and good music. It’s really hip and Mai Le is great at what she does. I went in for microshading and was pretty nervous to have this type of process done even knowing what to expect. The services here are pretty pricey but it was completely worth the cost. I love my eyebrows.

She was able to blend what I had from another studio with the lash products they used at Mailash. I cant wait to go back and have my eyes smile with beautiful lashes.

The studio is beautiful and the artists are pretty nice. They are very conveniently located. So far I had a fantastic experience, until last week. I went in for a classic set. Unfortunately, my extensions all fell out. They fixed it on Thursday... but charged me. I have never been charged for a fix. Plus, they never said I would be charged when I contacted them. I would rather have gotten a discount on a full new set rather than this fix because the lash tech had to work very quickly- a good job, but does not compare to a new set. Hopefully, the quick fill lasts longer. PS I have had extensions before and I do know the after care instructions.

I did a lot of research before having microblading/shading done and Im glad I found this studio. Mai Le asked a lot of questions about what I was looking for in style and shape, and we clarified all the details before she started. At the six-week touch-up, I asked if we could make the ends of my brows a little longer, and she did that no problem. Im very happy with the end result of her work.

I obviously didn’t go back so come time for my first ever fill, I saw the reviews & chose MaiLash. My esthetician was Kayla, & by the grace of god I was able to get in that day. Kayla SLAYYYYYED my lashes! I honestly do not ever give reviews & i usually *eyeroll* at the typical, “karen” yelper, but i definitely think i need to give them one for their amazing, QUICK, clean, & PERFECT lashes they gave me in their equally amazing salon. GO HERE.(please excuse my acne - you can’t have makeup on during the application or for 24 hours after)

Overall it was a fair experience. Studio was clean, Mai was very professional. The shape of my brows was a bit off after first session, and my husband noticed it right away. After the touch up appointment, the shape of brows was improved but not as even as I had wished. Despite carefully following the aftercare plan, the application unfortunately may not have been deep enough or perhaps my skin is too oily as my brows only lasted 3-4 months before I had to begin filling them in again.

I am naturally fair skinned and with that for me comes lack of pigment & fullness in my brows.I competed at Miss USA 2017 and the daily chore of applying makeup slowed my morning routine and required extra time dedicated to shaping and filling in my brows. Getting my brows microbladed was one of the best decisions I could have made.I shaved 15 minutes off my daily morning routine and never had to fear sweating off a brow for outdoor photo shoots or losing a brow while swimming. In fact I actually started wearing less makeup since seeing Mai Le because I feel more confident in my appearance.I would highly recommend Mai Le. The facility is beautiful, clean and Mai Le takes every request you have into consideration and applies YOUR ideal outcome. Plus she educates you on care and upkeep. The details like this matter to me because it shows the depth she cares for her clients.

Thrilled I found this gem. Everyone here is polite, informative and professional. My lashes are perfection everytime. Its super clean and cozy. I was a little concerned with the location but I have never had an issue with parking. I cant wait to try the other services they offer(permanent makeup and microblading). So happy I found and chose Mai Le for my brows. My good friend had her brows done by Mai Le, and after following her work on IG I knew she was the right artist for me. I have lighter brow hair, and not full brows. I was looking for a soft, full look that would frame my face AND eyes better. After booking my appt. and a 4 hour flight to AZ from Charlotte NC my appointment was right on time. With the numbing crème and what seemed like a quick hour and a half (framing my brows, drawing them in.. Mai Le is a perfectionist and wants you to have the perfect brown shape and color to accentuate your face and natural face shape). The resultwas beautiful! I love my brows. Im still in the healing phase. She also provides detailed after care instructions. Ill be traveling back to AZ for follow-up appt on my brows. Ive also booked an appt to have Mai Le do my eye liner during my next visit. I chose the Stardust technique versus a solid plain line which I think will provide a softer, yet defined look to my eyes.
