This is truly my favorite nail salon! All of the ladies & men are super talented. Their professionalism and the way they communicate with their clients…superb! Super clean, organized. Always feel safe and well taken care of here! If your call is not answered, they will call you back promptly if you leave a message. And when checking out, they talk with you, ask how your experience was, and do not answer the phones. Honestly, not many businesses do that these days. Bonus, I meet the nicest ladies here during my visits…always make a new friend w other clients.

This review is long past due, my apologies for that. Last month, I broke a bottle of nail polish, it went EVERYWHERE, even on a dress of another customer. The owner and entire staff handled the situation beautifully. It was a busy Saturday, and my accident did not help one bit, yet the composure, kindness and team work made it appear as though everything was running smoothly. Thank you, thank you, and thank you again for running an A-1 salon!

I was treated nicely by Jordan, my nail tech, and he did a good job but the issue I have was the appointment setter. She messed up appointments several times. One was an important one , I was leaving town and they called 15 min before I was supposed to show up and told me that she didn’t know why someone had scheduled me 15 min before closing but would have to cancel. Sooo. I had no alternatives. Then my last time scheduling was a 215 appointment with my toes at the same time. Jordan didn’t finish at 2:32. I left as it was disrespectful to me. No one came towards me or asked questions.

Ive been going to this salon since I moved to Arizona... From day one, I was welcomed and treated like a friend, not just a client. The services are offered at an exceptional value, all the technicians are highly skilled, professional as well as friendly. I always leave feeling beautiful and pampered. The precautions for the current environment are clearly in place, and I feel completely safe. I look forward to my appointments and wouldnt consider going anywhere else!

Please save yourself from this place. Not at all professional I went for my face wax and my face is ruined now the lady who did her name is Kristine she was very rude...her nails were so long, they were hurting way too much while waxing and upper to that she didn’t even care to clean my face after wax. I had rashes and bruises all over my face and when I asked for ice because my skin was burning she gave me a bottle of water and told me to use the bottle instead. Very poor service even the lady in front was very rude to my husband. And after all this if you go to talk to them about all this all they do is give you a refund saying we don’t have timeFor arguments that’s their hospitality.Please save yourself!!! Worst place worst nightmare!! Never going again...

Allure nails is one of the most professional and clean salons in Scottsdale. With a full time cleaning staff, the salon utilizes single use tools and single use pedicure chair liners to ensure a safe environment. Chairs are fully disinfected in between use, plexiglass is installed for protective barriers and proper social distancing is in place to reduce the spread of covid. This nail salon also has some of the most detail oriented techs, leaving customers highly satisfied with their nail designs. This is one of the best salons to get a manicure or pedicure!

Nightmare!!! Avoid at all costs! In a nutshell we were persuaded strongly to get manicures after our desired pedicures. The pedicures were beautiful and my friend and I had a great experience.However the manicures were an entirely different situation.

This was my first experience with Allure Nails Scottsdale. The salon is exceptional clean and was greeted nicely by the receptionist or owner. I booked an appt with Jordan off reviews and he was amazing. He was super nice and gently removed my hard gel. He shaped my nails exactly how I wanted and also did my hard gel very thin as requested. The salon was very quiet but it was a Mon and all the techs seemed very upbeat. Their is also lots of parking so no worries about that. The prices are very reasonable but I still think that trimming the cuticles should be included if not soaking but it’s an extra $5. I been around to a few salons and this one is def a keeper. I wouldn’t be even worried if had to see another nail tech if Jordan was off or busy. Highly recommend this salon but remember to tip in cash.

Vicky is the best nail technician at this Allure Nails salon. She’s so meticulous with her work. Not to mention, the customer service she provided me with is superb. I didn’t feel rushed, felt welcomed, and my nails look perfect! I from Chicago but I like this nails salon.

Honestly I’m not too impressed. I came into allure nails hoping the could help me. I had just gotten my nails done at a different place and they were already falling off, so I went to allure nails to have them fixed. Well she didn’t fix my nails at all. She only fixed one nail for me (even though she charged me for almost a full set fill) and sent me on my way. Well now, here I am 3 days later and 4 more nails have popped off.I know it’s not Allure Nails fault for the original set of nails not being good, but when I went in to have them fixed, she should of fixed them all like I had asked, not just fix one nail, charge me full price, and then tell me to come back in a week.... I paid 35$ for her to put one 1 nail, just for 4 more to pop off a few days later.I even asked her to charge me the full 40$ so I could have them all fixed and she insisted they were okay. I feel like it was just pure laziness.

Jordan is the best!! Ive been coming to Allure for the past 6 months+ & I cant imagine trusting anyone else with my nails! I get compliments on my shape & color every single day -- & I switch it up all the time. Jordan listens to exactly what I want, & is pleasant to be around. The nail techs do a great job here, I always am pleased with the finished product and they are quite quick. They are pretty friendly too, but the lady who I think is the owner is super rude. Its worth it though, she doesnt do the nails lol. This place is more expensive than anywhere else I go, and they can be pushy for extras, but it is very quality.

This is definitely one of the best nail salons in Scottsdale! Allure’s customer service is always incredible, they are extremely accommodating with my crazy schedule and the owner is so sweet! The location is great and the facility is clean. I have been going to Jordan for about a year (he is AMAZING) and have referred so many friends and clients to him. I went here for the first time yesterday and was a little nervous because I don’t get my nails done often because the price. However, I went in here and had them done by Johnny. He was so nice! He and I had such great conversation. He was so knowledgeable and convinced me to try SNS. My nails look great and I will come see Johnny again.

I absolutely LOVE this salon! Kelsey in front is always soo sweet and accommodating, while Susan is one of the BEST nail techs ever!! The atmosphere is very laid back with zero stress! Has been my only salon for almost a year now!

They got my daughters nails wrong. It took so long to do it, we just paid and left. Not that they even offered to fix them of course. The nail techs were cool, polite and all that, at least the guy tech was. He did a good job, the female tech on the other hand sucked I hate to say it. Wont be going back there again, too expensive as well.

This salon become my go-to nail salon. Prices are reasonable (especially for Scottsdale) and they always do a great job. I am easily able to call for a same-day appointment and get right in when I get there. I love the great selection of both gel and regular nail polish. My gel manicures last for 3 weeks! Love this place and glad its a part of my nail routine!

I’ve been going here for the last 5 years. They have some of the best nail technicians in the Valley.I have coffin shaped nails and they always look great when I leave Allure.

This is by far the best Allure nail salon I have ever been to! Each one of them are amazing but Vicky is one of the BEST nail technicians Ive ever came across she is so kind and takes her time she is a perfectionist, my nails always come out perfect and I get so many compliments each time!

I am new to Scottsdale and this was my third try at finding a good nail salon. I have now been twice. Once with Michelle and once with Judy. Both of these ladies were wonderful! Professional, clean, nice to chat with, and my feet and hands looked and felt great after. I will be coming to this salon from now on!

Did not get the chance to get my nails done here. Very disappointed as the place was hard to find and their hours say they close at seven but when I went in they said they were closing but it was barely 5:50. I’m sure they are great at what they do however they lost 3 potential customers in the span of 2 minutes.

I have never had a bad experience with Allure nails in Scottsdale. They do an amazing job!! I normally dont get very short nails but this last time I decided to try it out yet again (Ive done it before and they have never turned out good) This was the first time trying short gel acrylics at Allure and they turned out PHENOMENAL. I have never gotten so many compliments on my nails before!! I absolutely love them and every one that works there is always awesome! I will continue to come back to this nail salon and only this one until I leave AZ :)

I love Allure, i have been coming in with my Nana since i was a child, and everyone there is so nice, the atmosphere is welcoming, I normally get Crystal or Timmy and they do a fantastic job every time. I have never been disappointed once when i come in, i would never choose a different nail solon!

Ive tried this place a few times, because the location is really convenient, but every time is the same story. They are always in a hurry to do your nails and do an awful job. My nails were painted very uneven and chipped the very next day. Prices are also a little higher than in other nail salons. Im done with them.

Allure nails does an excellent job and their facilities are always clean. Ive been having my pedicures done here for over 5 years and Ive never been disappointed. Cleanliness is very important to me as Ive heard of far too many horror stories of friends getting infected toes or finger nails because of dirty tools being used. I highly suggest Allure nails:)

Worst pedicure ever, I took appointment and was done within 25 mins which included 5-7 mins waiting and picking the color. Never coming back. The place is dull with boring interior .. the person who did my nails looked frustrated, rude and throughout talking to other staff in her own language.

Loved getting my long coffin style nails done by Thao! I’ve been going to her for 10 years now ! She is amazing!

Just been using Allure nails for about 5 to 8 months. The first 2 times were great. The last 3 months have been a nightmare. Used difference technicians did not help. the last technician was the girl, she rushed, bleed, and stopped short on massage due to her client came in early........... never come back again !

One of the worst pedicure received. I paid for the basic pedicure for 25 dollars lasted 20 minutes and 5 of which was for nail art. I think nail tech was not happy that I did not what the callus remover which I did not need. The base coat is all over my skin near the polish that if you look closely was also smeared! This should be called an overpriced polish change since I came home and I had to do the job the nail tech pretended to do like cut my cuticle and cut my nails evenly! When she did my nail art and did not like the design the first time she tried to put the polish again without base coat!! First and last time I go there and spend 35 with tip for a 20 minutes overpriced polish change!

I love this place. I come down from Payson and will never go anywhere else again. Everyone is so friendly and they do a fantastic job.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! THEY WORK MY ACRYLICS NAILS SO FAST THAT THE VERY NEXT DAY 3 OF MY NAILS BROKE, i went back to that place to explain the situation and told me that they wont fix it, awful experience, i felt like i was begging for free service, they didnt offer money back either, 1 star is too much for this poor service nails place!!!!!!

I went today to get my legs waxed now i do know all the stories about going to a nail shop for waxing 😱😱😱 but it was there or not at all so i went and the stories are true DO NOT GO TO A NAIL SHOP FOR WAXING !!! it was the worst ever the lady used one stick for the entire service just kept dipping it back in the wax after appling it to my skin and it was hurting when she tryed speading it maybe because all the old wax left over on the stick 😭😭 then on top of that ever time she removed a strip i literally had to check if my skin was still intact it felt like i was bleeding she didnt hold the skin taught she just was yanking it off and then when it was all over she still had wax all over my skin and pants and i had to return to work with sticky legs and pants and on top of that i got harassed about leaving a tip 😮😮😮 im definitely gonna report them to state board nails shops should not be aloud to wax i took a video of the whole thing and my legs are so irritated and red follicles from the way she was pulling the strips off so i was better off shaving cause my legs still look gross for my event tonight BEYOND ANNOYED AT THEM AND MYSELF FOR GOING.

1 star is for the people who work here! They are amazing friendly BUT the nails were HORRIBLE! I have been getting my nails done for about 8 years straight & this is the WORST EVER. I live 40 minutes away so its not an easy fix for broken nails, Well the SAME night 1 nail popped off! Okay I go get it fixed then 2 more pop off the next day! Now lesd than 2 weeks later they have all popped off FULL NAIL. NOT BREAK BUT FULL NAIL. For $60 these nails should have last at LEAST 3 weeks but NO NOT even 1 day! I am sooo extremely unhappy! Between nails & toes I paid $120- DONT DO IT!!The workers are amazing but the nails were awful 😔

First let me state that is the best nail salon i have been to in years. When your first come in you are greeted by a friendly front desk associate. The salon itself is extremely clean and organized. Talk about Color selection, by far the largest ive ever seen. I came in wanting hard gel with tips since i bite my nails and i felt they need a little dressing up to keep me from biting them. Youd be surprised how many salons ive been to that the employees dont know how to do hard gels. So I showed the gal my pinterest picture of what i wanted and talked colors & length. Above and beyond where the end result. I couldnt be more happier with how my nails turned out. bonus all the nail tools she used on me were pre package & clean!! Yah for safety and cleanliness. the whole experience from start to finish was relaxing and i never felted rushed or like i was just a $$ to them. I will Definitely be back here. Thank you Allure Nails !!

I had gel nails done with French tips on my hands and toes and theyre coming off not even 2 days later. Not sure what was or wasnt done for this to happen. They look awful, and I think its pretty crazy to have to drop another $80+ to have them fixed at another salon after spending $95 to have them done on Saturday... But Ill do it since they look really terrible :/Will not go to this salon again.
