Was seen on multiple occasions with one of them being a work physical. They were very thorough and wanted to make sure I was healthy. The Doctor actually took his time with me and answered a few health questions/concerns that I had. Great clinic with friendly staff

Lack of communications. Waited patiently for an hour, and Im paying out pocket for a service that take less then 30 mins. My time is valuable. For sure not going to paid a staff $100+ and wait hours+. Ill gladly look elsewhere.

!AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!THEY DO NOT RESPECT THE FIRST COME FIRST SERVE POLICY. THEY CHOOSE WHO THEY WANNA SERVE. I went to this place, two people came after me but they served them first. No explanations? They literally did this twice. Be prepared to wait 1hr or more regardless of the customers or wait time. They choose the people they serve first instead of first come first serve. PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

This place is bad! I came here because it was the closest workers compensation DR. To me. However, i regretted it as soon as i got here. The first time i came it was packed and staff was not friendly. My wait was more than 45 minutes. When they finally took me to the back it took me 20 minutes to be seen be the Dr. To my surprise he wasnt a dr. He was a young kid, no more than 23yrs old. He said he was a P.A student. He did a physical exam on me he then walked out the room came back 5 minutes later and had my diagnosis, with a signature from the Dr. At this point i hadnt seen the dr but he did sign the form. I asked if i would see the dr. The young man hesitated but said, yes you will then dr came in and asked me what was hurting? When i told him he prescribed some cream. Then he walked out. According to the drs note i was ready to go back to work that minute. However i told them i didnt feel like i could since i couldnt move my finger at all and he said you will be fine with this cream and i couldnt make them believe me i was not ok. I had to call in sick to work because dr said i could go back immediately but i knew my limitations and i didnt want to hurt myself anymore. Ive been coming here for the last few weeks and i havent seen the dr anymore. These people dont care about you. You are just money to them. I couldnt change drs because it was a workers compensation claim or else i would have. I also received therapy for my hand here if you want to call it that. The lady who does therapy over books herself. Twice that i went with her she booked two other people at the same time as me. So she was trying to accomadate all of us at the same time and all she did was give me a metal handle that looked like a phone and had me rub my arm with it for 10 minutes, she said it was ultra sound or something. After 10 minutes my good arm was really sore because she had me massage my bad arm for 10 minutes. Then she hooked me up to a machine that had current for another 10 minutes. This whole time she is running around checking on the others and doing paper work. I really didnt like it but i had to come. I wish someone can come and audit this place i know for a fact if they did, this place would no longer be a workers compensation place. I dont know what steps to take or i would do it. I do not wish this place on anyone. If you have an injury do not come here. Trust me!

Terrible place to go!!! They will always put you on hold EVERY SINGLE time you call for more than an hour. They are extremely unprofessional, rude, lack of training, very disorganized. I super highly recommend going elsewhere, they will definitely waste your time like they wasted mine many times . How can this be in business? Never going there again.

Great place, courteous workers who are doing there best constantly. Just have some patience kick back and they will handle all your needs. Thanks PMC!

The take so long plus old school for management and too many peoples working but nothing going on.

I was sent by my employer here and was pleasantly surprised at the level of service and professionalism. The staff was awesome and friendly and the Doctor was very attentive and truly concerned about my injury. I was seen and back to work and grateful that my company has Pacific Medical Clinic as our urgent care.

This is probably the worst medical clinic I’ve ever been to. My company took me here after I was involved in a severe hit-and-run car accident on the job. Because there were no fractures that showed up on my x-rays, the doctor here just told me to take a bunch of pain meds & that I was fine to go back to work. I had tons of muscular pain in my neck and shoulder & swelling in my wrist, and knew that I wouldn’t be fine to go back to work for awhile. When I came back for my check-up a couple days later, I was seen by a really young girl (maybe a PA?) who just poked around and again, told me to take my pain meds. Supposedly they have chiropractic services there but wouldn’t refer me because I seemed fine from the “exam” that was performed. I left extremely frustrated and expressed my concerns to my company’s HR dept. They called the clinic to see if I could see the chiropractor (as they didn’t offer PT services) and they told them that they could just increase my pain med dosage. I ended up seeking a second opinion at a separate clinic and I’m SO glad I did! They were able to properly diagnose my injuries from the x-rays, refer me to PT, acknowledge that my body wasn’t ready to go back to work, and DIDN’T prescribe me ridiculous pain meds. Please know that you are entitled to a second opinion under California’s worker’s comp!!! I recommend everyone dealing with a workplace injury to read their local WC handbook.

This place is terrible. Came in for a pre employment screening as soon as the doors open and it took more than an hour to get a 7 minute procedure done. If you have a choice, go else where.

I came to this place for my jobs purpose and these people forgot to give me my license. Now Im here picking it up and they refuse to give me my license. They asked me my name I told them. Theyre asking me to fill out paperwork when I told them this is my Shabbat and Im not allowed to conduct business. They are passing my license around to each other like its a game. You want me to prove its my license when you have it in front of you. You didnt ask me to prove it was my license when you used it for business. Im so confused. Police were called! SMH!

Screw this place, highly inefficient workers and the wait times are absurd. Hour and 45 min wait just to pee in a cup for a drug test. How.

Staff friendly but go at 8 am on the dot and over an hour for drug test?! Staff come in at various times. For some reason they can’t multitask patients.

Granted on covid complications or not a businesses organization should not fail if you plan on staying open. I would not reccomend this place but would urge management of this place to take a look at your process to ensure people dont waste their time waiting for something that should take less than 15 minutes to finish.

Worst experience I have ever had with a doctor. Run dont walk away from this place. I have a spinal compression injury and the doctor I saw could not have cared any less. He decided that the pain in my spine and the nerve pain I felt in my extremities (classic symptoms of a compression injury) were unrelated and discharged me without any help. Im shocked and appalled. Please do not trust this doctor with your health.

I dread coming here! I have to come here annually because my company uses this clinic. But they always waste sooo much of my time & day keeping me waiting! I thought I finally got smart and made an appointment and it didn’t make a difference- it was still over an hour wait just to be seen by the lab assistant ! And the lady at the desk made a Big deal out of me being 5 minutes late when I couldn’t have foreseen the wreck that happened on 55hwy. Then a guy walks in at 310 and all the lady says is the 3oclock is here -she didn’t state the time to him rudely or tell him he’s late. And he was seen and out of the clinic while I was still waiting to be seen by the physician or technically PA since the doc was out! Then they tell me sorry for the wait as they are short staffed! Well I don’t understand- I am a reasonable person and I understand unforeseen circumstances or staff shortages or illnesses prior to that shift but I made the appointment that morning and told them I could make it for next week and they insisted I take the appointment they had that day but why did they if they were short staffed? I don’t like wasting 2.5-3+ hours repeatedly on something that should only be an hour investment of my time! I am a straightforward healthy easy $ case with no extra ailments to further investigate- an easy walker/talkie checkmark! I work in healthcare and I have patients that cannot patiently wait for 5 minutes! I sat there patiently for an hour reading a magazine and trying to keep occupied on my phone before I finally got annoyed at the extra long hour+ wait past my appointment! No wonder my BP is up by the time I FINALLY get “my turn“ but it always seems out of turn here. And then once you get through the first door you still have more waiting ahead of you! If you believe in YOLO this place will extra annoy you Because if you thought your appointment was gonna take a reasonable amount of time you’re wrong; you better cancel the rest of your plans for the day! QUIT apologizing when you’ve repeatedly wasted so much of my life-next time Please DO Better! And thank you to Maria that you were efficient and that your efficiency at least helped me get out by sunset.

I went there to do my TB Skin Test, they marked it positive when it was clearly negative. They wanted to get more money out of me by making unnecessary x-rays. I had to go to other clinic the same day that this clinic read my test, and the other clinic told me that effectively there was a 0mm enduration on my skin.

Ive been here twice and each time they had friendly and fast service for TB tests and record collection. thanks guys!
