Great dr. have been going for many yrs both my mother and myself.Office staff always nice & helpful if needed

I had appointment with doctor twice since April 2016. First one was on 4/4/2016 and 6/13/2016, second one when I walked in, receptionist requested immediate payment for service (very loud and disrespectful way) and she said this all the visit charge of today and insurance does not cover it is all my responsibly to pay. I paid and receipt is attached for your review. However, I received an invoice account requested additional $19.00I sent numbers of letters including one with certify mail and check for amount it was not cashed and keep getting invoice threading to send connections. This has been going on for six months literally accountant makes my life miserable over 19 which have sent 4 different times just get over with it

Ive been going to Dr. Mastman for many years and Im thoroughly satisfied. Once I noticed a shadow in the corner of my vision and went to Dr. Mastman, who immediately recognized it as a retinal detachment and got me to a retinologist stat. Im sure that otherwise Id have lost sight in that eye entirely. In the following years Ive had cataract surgery in both eyes, and Dr. Mastman did them perfectly. I completely trust him with my eyesight.
