Worst worst management here! You are not event entered in the system, before that you have to wait for an hour! Rapid tests are not rapid at all ! Wait is almost 2 hours or more , imagine if someone has covid and waiting for 2 hours with all other patients ! Worst experience!

This here is an excellent facility that’s ran the most professional. They are prompt with following up and I absolutely appreciate their excellent value for customer service. I highly encourage my love ones to this location and they are never disappointed.

First time visit. Easy to make an appointment for urgent Covid testing on Saturday morning and get tested in early afternoon. Staffs are very friendly.

Came in on Sept 8. I knew I needed stitches. I told the doctor cut was almost a qt inch deep.doctor said no I didnt need stitches The 3rd pic is what he did. Tape. Then he took xray to see if I hit bone or just meat. When I asked what showed up in the xray. He said he couldnt tell. Oh then he said my nail saw gonna fall off SMH.DO NOT GO THERE !!!

Very clean facility. Customer service was great - workers were very friendly and polite. Service was fast, waiting time was not too long, less than 20 min.

I was in there from about 1pm and ended up at home at 5:30. Basically as bad as the DMV for a covid test. Results in 10 to 15 minutes actually means spend half your day there.Decided to give 2nd chance. Came back around 7PM another day for a prescription. They were closed...

What a mess this place is.- we had to get checkup done for a broken wrist in a cast, and since we had just come from another country we had no primary care yet. We called them in advance twice to confirm they can look at it and give advice on healing even without any referral from a US doctor.- after making us wait for an hour and charging us for the visit, the doctor initially refused to see us saying we need a referral from a doctor in US.- Once they realised they already charged us for the visit, they reluctantly saw us but refused to see older x-rays or give any advice. The doctor simply asked us to go to a specialist...with no clarity on why.- they refused to give us a physical copyof xray saying its too old school, but then gave us a cd . Which laptop today has a cd drive?- they did not upload the image online and are refusing to share it on email or anywhere online , and instead asking is to come again and talk if we want to with no clarity on if they would actually give us the image. This means we cannot use it to talk to another doctor.- in the report the doctor lied that no older x-rays were shown to compare when we actually took 3 , but the doctor simply refused to look at them.What kind of clinic is this? Its extremely dysfunctional.

Wish I could give 0 star. Im a medical doctor with MD in OB/GYN. So I can relate very well to what exactly happened during my 2 visits. I went there the second time in spite of having a bad experience only reason being it was close to my house. Never again will I visit this place. So not worth the money and they are not transparent about the costs as well.

Took 2 days before they could see me. First day they called me to say they cannot take anymore patients after being on the waitlist for 2 hours.Day 2, Waited 45mins in the patient room to finally see the doctor.I am really disappointed with this experience and feel like the doctors and the staff is overworked and hence rude, not organized, rushed.. its all resulting into an overall in terrible experience for the patients.I work at a tech company where my customer are treated like GOD. Unfortunately I did not feel like my illness or even I was taken seriously here. I had pretty high standards as a patient to be treated at urgent care. & lets be honest there’s nothing urgent about this urgent care.

The doctor and nurse are good. It took a total of 6 hours before I was seen. You can fill out your information then they text you when it’s your turn.I went back home and came back again when I received the text message. That was 4 hours.Then 2 hours in the room waiting for the doctor.

Not sure about the medical staff but definitely terrible front desk. waited there for two hours during which time I checked with them 3 times and they always say there are two people in front of me. First time they said it’s about 30min and last time they just say they open till 8pm and I can either wait or come next day. When I ask why several people coming after me already got taken care of, they just said coldly they have a web check in and these people are all in front of me. Even IF that’s true, why didn’t they mentioned it first or just add these number in the “people in the line” two hours earlier instead of keep saying two people in front of you and it’s just about 30min? It would be great if they could show a little bit more sympathy to patients. I eventually gave up and went to a different one and was able to see the doctor in 20min. Real 20 min

Went here for a COVID testThey were professional and results were quick, even though there’s some wait time in the line.We learned that they only take 15 patients in the morning and 15 in the afternoon without appointment for COVID test. So make sure you are early in the line and stay warm as there’s going to be over an hour of wait time depending on where you are in the line. We were the last ones so they checked us in and asked to wait in the car or be around the complex and wait for a call. We received the call after an hour and we were out with results in the next hour.Good luck and may the force be with you.

If you are going in for a rapid covid test and it’s your first time there, be prepared to wait. I was the first in line and after completing initial paperwork the staff began to then take my height, weight, blood pressure and do a complete intake prior to administering the rapid covid test, which should take about 20 minutes. Total time at the clinic, 1.75hrs for a 20 minute procedure.

The lady that is at the front desk during the afternoon and evening does not know what she’s doing. She has people wasting their time for no reason. I called to make sure a doctor could sign one of my papers and she told me yes but I would have to be re evaluated which was FALSE INFORMATION. I went the next morning and the Black lady was wondering why I needed another physical in the current time frame that I had gotten my previous physical and so I told her all I needed was a doctor to sign the paper. And that’s exactly what happened. The black lady took my paper and took it to the doctor to sign it without me having to re do my physical. The main front desk lady in the afternoon gave false information and made me waste my time and gas when I never needed to get re evaluated to begin with

Good parking space, was attended to professionally. There was a bit of a wait but waiting lounge was showing Moana, a Disney movie…so that’s nice….The testing was very proficient.

The worst urgent care I have seen so far.I did web-checkin and filled all the forms on-line and when I went there on after my selected time, they refused to take me in.They said not taking any more patients now (~ 3:30PM), the location is open till 8pm. I dont know why or what they will do till 8pm.I just had to give a urine sample, thats it didnt wanted to see any doctor or nurse.

I came in for an elbow injury. They took an x ray and said I need to get an MRI. They said they submitted the MRI order / referral to the local hospital, but the local hospital never received it.For the past 2 weeks, I’ve been trying to get the Physician Assistant, Bautista Margarita, on the phone to resend the MRI order or at least send me my x-ray so another doctor can refer me for an MRI.The office keeps saying she’ll call me back and hasn’t. I’ve made countless attempts and sat on the phone for hours. Half the time they don’t even pick up their phone! No one else at the office can help me because she was the “provider” and no one else is allowed to open my file. So I’m basically screwed here.I have to restart this whole process at another doctor 3 weeks after my injury just because Bautista Margarita won’t call me back.

Everyone was nice. Check in online so you won’t have to wait in the waiting room.

If I could give a 0 star i would. this place is a sham. i went there because a doctor told, these people will be able to run the tests. they made me wait for 3hrs plus. then the doctor comes and says - please go to ER. These people are a front to funnel people into ERs and 3rd party labs then was their hands off. After 7 days I received a bill of 500 dollars to wait 3 hrs and hear an incompetent doctor tell me to go to ER.My wife had do covid tests. 10 days later no results received and when i called - i was asked to contact the Lab. Care Now only receives the money but not actually does anything. Complete sham.

The management is very chaos here. Online checkin does not work. DO NOT use the online checkin system because that will waste you more time. I arrived when I received a message saying it’s ready for me to come in. Then I wait more than 1 and half hours now. There’s still one patient ahead of me! The front desk women is not helpful at all and she said I can go somewhere else. This is insane.

I arrived 15 minutes after opening, no one else in the lobby, and it took me an hour and a half to be taken back. When I went to the exam room, there were at least 6 people waiting and the front office associate (who wasn’t wearing her mask correctly) told the person who walked in it would be at least 45 minutes before being seen. I’m a nurse who has worked urgent care before and there’s just no excuse for that kind of wait when no one else was ahead of me. The tech was fine. The doctor was quick with her focused assessment but I did get the impression she was afraid to palpate me. I know I’m being a Karen, and if I haven’t worked in this environment before, I’d be less so. Don’t go if you’re expecting any urgency at this “urgent” care.

The staff here was so attentive & it felt like they genuinely cared about me — so rare at general health clinics like this. The nurse/doctor who helped me went out of their way to write me a note for my employer & also to explain my prescriptions to me in full detail. I don’t live here but if I needed a regular clinic I would choose this one

The wait at this location was ridiculous! The staff were very nice and were doing what they could but the amount of time I waited to be seen ruined my whole entire day! The location at Los Gatos for two days told me that the provider called out, sending me to this location where the first day, no provider. The second day, I had to wait for 2 hours for the provider to get in. Thennnn I had to wait another 2 hours to be called back. Thennnn I legit sat in the room after been seen by the medical assistant for over an hour. I’m sooo annoyed that a physical for a job has taken up my whole day. Seriously HIRE ANOTHER PROVIDER OR TWO OR THREE!

This was my second time visiting this location. The wait area is clean and observes 6 ft social distance guidelines. It was a walk-in visit and I was seen quickly.

Overall very good experience with small issues here and there To start with the clinic was very clean and closer to highway. Dr Thiru was very passionate and was very helpful. The wait time was little longer but it was worth it. Little chaotic at front desk and hope they resolve it. However the staff was very helpful. Wonderful experience overall and at hard times like this its our duty to appreciate the frontline workers and this clinic and the doctor was very commendable. Will visit here again.

By far the best place I have gone to for medical help, I was seen right away no wait time, every person from doctor to front desk were very friendly and knowledgeable,this is the only place I will go to in the future when I need medical help. Thank you to everyone at Care Now Urgent Care.

I visited this place a month or so ago for a rapid Covid test. I was there as soon as the doors opened (in fact, the woman had to come unlock the door). I told her I have an appointment for a COVID test and she said they’re not doing them because no lab person was onsite and I would have to go to the blossom hill location. Today, 7/18/21, I set up an appoint for a Covid test. A lady calls me a few minutes later and says they are done with COVID testing for today and I’d have to come at 8am tomorrow. It’s 11:40AM PT right now! Finished with testing already!? Either this location doesn’t do Covid tests or they’re just lazy. Either way, be cautious of this location.

I highly recommend this place! All of the staff I encountered here were so kind and patient. They explained everything to me, their process to register as a walk in Covid-19 test patient was super organized. Particularly the doctor who explained how my test and results would work was so nice and attentive. Answered all my questions, made me feel safe and even explained how I would get my results online.

Terrible service. When I checked in the wait time was 45 mins acc to the receptionist.after waiting for more than an hour she told me I need to wait for another hour without any reason. They claim its first come first serve but they were letting in patients who arrived after me. They charged me twice and messed up my refund as i decided to go elsewhwre.

The most horrid experience that I endured. Waste of time and money. Doctor staff is unqualified and unexperienced. It almost seems that there is a huge turnover of doctors and all of them are merely taking internship at this facility. They do not know anything and cannot even diagnose you. Almost like talking to a medical assistant, not even a nurse. Find another reputable facility - do not go here.

I had to make a last minute appointment to take a rapid Covid test before my surgery. When I called to check availability, Albert said I would be able to be seen if I got there relatively quickly.Took longer than I expected but the staff was very professional and efficient. Albert was extremely professional and helpful!

I came here while I was on a trip & was having ear pain the doctor was gentle and explained why I was having the pain I waited for three hours but they did a good job 👏

I went to this location for a pre-employment screen test. The receptionist and the collector technician were all very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. It was a pleasant experience.

I went in I was given a 1:30 minute wait time, when I got there they said I will be called by then ended up waiting for 30 more minutes FRONT DESK SERVICE TERRIBLE … I DONT NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!

Los Gatos location had nobody available for a DOT urine drug screening—Unprofessional. I then had to drive over twelve miles to Brokaw Rd to have drug screening performed. It’s torture when you’re prepared to urinate, but then you must drive twelve miles away to another location.

Went in to CareNow for COVID-19 testing and was delighted by both the website check in process as well as the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. Though the emails and text message instructions I received didn’t match the instructions I was given in person and caused a little bit of confusion, I assume this is due to the extra precautions they are taking at this time. All in all it was a great experience and I really appreciated Margarita Bautista, PA for high level of care and attention she provided me.

Do not go here they do not pick up the phone called so many times and no one picked up. They are very unprofessional. There is bo possible way they are that busy on the phone for the different times i did. They clearly see you calling and do not pick up.

Not the clinic to go if you want Covid 19 test results in a reasonable time. Forget it if you are taking the test for travel. My wife are still waiting for our results- it is Day 4.

Called to make an appointment took forever to get any information and when I decided to find someplace else, the receptionist gave me attitude.

Please dont waste your time and money here. I cant believe this healthcare provider taking advantage of the COVID-19 by charging me a total of $547.00 for a simple COVID-19 Testing, and I have to wait in line for at least 4 to 5 hours outside freezing cold. Moreover, the people who work there dont really know what they are doing most of the time. I would recommend if anyone has urgent care or a medical emergency. Please just go to the hospital. At least, you will get better care from people who know what they are doing. So sad to see a medical business like CareNow taking advantage of people who struggle with a financial problem that needs it to be care during a pandemic.

I came here for a COVID test. The wait time was arduously long; over 2 hours. It did not end there. After getting the test, they wanted me to wait for another hour to see a doctor. Its a test! Why do I have to see a doctor? My guess: they want to charge me more to see the doctor. AVOID THIS PLACE!!

Save your time and money. Got a test on 11/20, had to wait 4+ hours to get in, still currently chasing down my test results 10 days later because the lab they use refuses to verify my profile through their website but also wont give me any information in person or over the phone.The clinic wont answer their phone, at all, regardless of wait time so I cant get my results that way. Its literally taking long enough to get my results back that I will likely have been able to simply quarantine for 2 weeks and skip the test all together.

Went in for covid rapid test and the whole process was quick. Very friendly staff, though the line was long but luckily I was the last person to get through, for that day. So relieved!

I would not repeat this COVID test here. They would not answer the phone despite calling a number of times. They could not even provide an estimate for waiting during any of the process. The staff was friendly and very helpful. The line took over 5 hours for a COVID test. This doesn’t count all the people who were in front of us and got fed up with the waiting. Their call system is pretty bad. They have you line up for hours to submit paperwork, then send you back to the car for hours, call you up and have you pay, then send you back to the car to wait for more(1 hour), then they finally call you in. They had spelling issues on our paperwork and it had to be redone. Whole process takes 3 minutes of your time but waited for 5 hours. In total they couldn’t have seen but 30 people for testing in the 5 hours I was there. Painfully slow. Do not go here.

Called this urgent care yesterday 9/15 about getting Covid tested. The receptionist who answered the phone sabrina was SO rude and said it would be a 7 hour wait but I had a family member walk in and it took 1 hour. Why did she tell me 7 hour wait time? Ended up going to action urgent care and the receptionist there was very nice and helpful.

COVID-19 testing takes ridiculously long here. Its a quick swab test that gets sent to an outside lab (Labcorp). Unfortunately, the extremely long wait time proves their inability to do anything quick. Save your valuable time by avoid this place.

I arrived at 7:50 AM (before they opened) waited in line, got to the front of the line by about 10:30AM and was told to come back in an hour. I came back an hour later and was told I had about 8 ppl in front of me and to come back in another hour. There was still a wait and this time it was about 1:00.Had I not constantly checked on my status in line I may have been there until 2:30 or 3....so most of my day was at this place. If you are getting tested for COVID know that if a patient is coming in for urgent care needs they will be seen first.One of the ladies at the front desk was helpful, the other was disorganized and not helpful at all! Seemed like she could have benefited from more training. Either way if you choose to go here for a CoVID test, get there as early as possible and try to go on a day that your schedule is flexible/clear.

Wanted to get a covid test after traveling out of State. I have no symptoms but wanted to make sure I wasnt a carrier. Online process was simply , I did try calling to ask some questions about test but because of their current volume they didnt answer phone. After scheduling a time online they sent me a message that prompted me to fill out some online forms and soon after that I was instructed to come to office. After checking in with receptionist I waited in car for about 25 mins until its was my turn. Once in room they took 2 nasal swabs which can be best described as a tickle thats made eyes water a bit. Staff were all very friendly and answered all my questions. Test results were brought to me about 25 minutes later as I waited in the room. Overall experience was great 👍

The best urgent care in Bay Area. Absolutely no wait time. We just walked and have seen the doctor in 10 min like we used to go on appointments. I would highly recommend this facility. Pretty clean and nice facility. Front desk people were awesome.

Went there a few days ago with my sick boyfriend. Amazing service and staff. Tasha was very helpful and nicest person we’ve ever met. She got my boyfriend checked in extremely fast and explained all the insurance questions we had (since we know how complicated insurances can be). Del the nurse was very through and caring. And Dr. Min was fast and efficient. Cares for his patients and treats them well. Thank you and we will recommend all our family and friends.The only down point was seeing only 3 people working for such a busy clinic. Not fair to them.

Front desk personnel is rude, if you dont like your job, just quit but dont take it on the people that is trying to look for help. What goes around comes around...

I visited this urgent care for my covid test after traveling out of state. I asked them if I can do the rapid test, they said I’m not allowed coz I don’t have any symptoms. Then I agree to wait for my result.(they said it will be 48hrs) I don’t have the result yet so I’m worried. I tried to call them many times day and night but they are not answering.

Very clean facility, the front desk people were very nice and super helpful. Was there yesterday and seen by Dr Thiru, she was very friendly and thorough professional, was asking right questions and diagnosed my issue well. Highly recommend this place and will definitely visit for future urgent needs. overall a very good experience. a bit wait time though :)

Only reason I’m giving a 4 star is because of the extremely nice Indian girl working in the front (wish I had asked her for her name) on Friday. My mother was seen for something urgent, the clinic was busy when we came in and there was only one person handling the front. But the beautiful girl was very patient and helped everyone out with a smile. She was the star! Great work ethic. Back office was slow and didn’t look like they cared much. Doctor was very good though. Explained everything very thoroughly and was very intelligent.

Taking too much of time and worst service

1 star for terrible management 5 stars for the staff. Shoutout to the 2 receptionists for working so hard and managing so many patients. they were really fast with a positive attitude and helped everyone without any wait. 👏🏼The white lady that came in and walked straight through the doors seemed like a manager was not even wearing a mask. How do you work in an urgent care and NOT wear a mask. Don’t wear it for yourself but wear it for other people. Ridiculous. Seems mean and not helpful to the staff.

Was first in line, was there 30 minutes before they opened, my freshly smashed finger over my head and wrapped in ice, very obviously in serious pain and in desperate need of care. Waited over an hour to get seen after having multiple people get seen before me.Plenty of opportunities for market competition in the field of urgent emergency care.

My Urgent Care-North San Jose visit today was awesome! Great staff, nurses, and doctors! My wait time was minimal and check-in was easy! All were kind, friendly, and thorough with my questions and concerns regarding a recent local ER visit (and sutures). This urgent care visit was a checks & balance visit to ease my mind with my latest injuries. Happy I went!

From entering the facility the front area was beautifully clean and the young lady polite and professional. When I went in the back for my drug testing the nurse was very professional and detailed with her process. I felt safe and in a clean environment.

It was only slightly confusing about the procedure of getting tested. Once I got in, the test was very smooth, and it actually kind of tickled. Good service!

Went to this urgent care due to muscle pain/spasm. Prescribed medication did not work and it had lot of side effects. Dialed in for prescription related question/side effects and they did not bother calling back.
