No problem for me. Sat in the waiting room for about 30 minutes. The physical was cool and the Asian doctor was fast. This is a center folks. You cant expect to come here and leave fast as hell. Service for me was good. Thanks Alliance.

*Unwilling, one star here. But I didnt come to Alliance Occupational Medicine at this location in San Jose to be undermined. The issues involved competent staff ( I assume ) but rude eye ball rolling and immature observations I recognized is a team effort they all expose, like a bunch of Instagram Users. Scheduling is frequent bad news and later clear intentions by most of the MAs are typical day. Ive seen the media reporting people taking aim for public revenge.

I have had 4 physicals in the last 6 months as a truck driver. This is the only place that wouldnt pass me because of a heart murmur that I have had my whole life. The female doctor checked my teeth and mentioned that I had a lot of moles on my back, as if that would affect my work. She also had me lift up my gown in my underwear and I am a male. All in all it was her mission to find something wrong. I told my new employer that I will not go back to this place. The doctor was very unprofessional and obviously cant tell the difference between a heart murmur and heart disease.

They are not reasonable at all complain over everything! Making drug testing a pain in my behind!

Horrible place with horrible doctors and now they changed their names and don’t answer phones . God I hate them they’re so un professional. Answer your phones or let people leave messages

Horrible people, the Asian dr honstly makes the process a whole lot harder and time consuming. Her job is to find a problem. And if your fat shes going assume you have sleep appnia, so thats another thing

I put one star just to share my story, about 3 months ago I was attending this clinic for school hours, during my time here i was so depressed, everyone here hates there jobs (mostly the younger groups) you can tell as soon as you walk in .. there are a few doctors in here who are so unprofessional, well one doctor (Indian ethnicity male) an np (Filipino female) every time I didnt do things fast enough they would laugh at me , mind you I am a student ..... totally unprofessional and no class , the male would always be flirting with the female mas and say inappropriate things .. I have also witnessed him mistreating his patients just bc they dont speak English..... (sad) ... the female Filipino elderly woman was rude all around... I also witnessed employees talking badly about patients ..... it was horrible. And almost made me question my carrer choice..

I had a 1pm appt but wasnt seen until 2pm. Busy place but they should keep appt times on time rather than have people wait so long.

This place is absolutely terrible!!! They scheduled me a appointment then had me sit in the lobby for 1 1/2 hours just to tell me theor gonna schedule my appointment for a another two weeks out. Huge waste of time and no one knows what their doing since the doctor scheduled my appointment and the front desk is telling me otherwise. Hope I never have too come back here again.

Gave me the run around made me waste time

If you are just giving a urine sample for a test way to invasive and way to strict and uncomfortable plus waiting time is ridiculous.
