It is a very nice facility, clean, bright. People are nice, friendly and professional in what they do. I highly recommend for whoever need a place to recover and rest.

Rubia, Rosia, Eric, and Oliver are excellent CNA to care for myself for shaving and helping walk during the evening. Excellent care for patients as they have physical therapy available, have person coming by for getting haircut. Check blood pressure on daily basis. Provide walker, wheelchair, and comode, and restroom. Brian, Jessica, Laura, Gabby, and other nurses are very good. Have good food to eat for all 3 meals. Off 280, go south on meridian avenue, on right side. Dont need to search for any other facility.

My brother has required a lot of attention, care, patience and understanding while recovering at Redwood Post Acute. His case has been difficult. The entire staff has been amazing with my brother! Always listening to the family, making notes about his needs and following through with their commitments to help better my brothers condition. I recommend this Rehab facility to anyone who needs skilled nursing rehabilitation!

I’ve been here for two years and really enjoy the hard work and dedication of my team members and staff members. They are always trying their best to accommodate all patients, and while they cannot fix every problem, there is not one person I couldn’t turn to for assistance or guidance when needed. I commend the department managers and nursing staff for their diligence during the COViD pandemic as they have kept all patients safe throughout my tenure at this facility. There is definitely a team effort mentality present and it shows every day.

Ive been here for 5 yrs now, People that work here try to provide everything I ask for, the CNA that takes care of me(Maria) I love her. I learned something from her Respect 1st for you to be respected. I love the nurses too(Gwyn) she does a lot for me even outside the scope of her job; like henna tattoo, they are very caring. The thing i miss the most are the performers, since the pandemic started we never had any. I wish we can have them back and sing for us again. I like the activities too(specially Bingo) staff helped me all the time to play and enjoy with other residents. I made a lot of friends here too. The personal touch they do for us makes them different.

I am very satisfied with my current stay at The Redwoods Post-Acute San Jose. It is great to be treated with professionalism and compassion.The Administration office and all employees here make me feel safe and I smile everyday. The staff is vigilant in the quality of service and assistance they provide here. I am truly grateful and appreciative to their follow-ups and willingness to answer questions efficiently. The treatment nurses that takes cares of legs are very knowledgeable that I can trust them whenever they see me. When I need to ask them if they can tighten up my bandage, they do it perfectly. I couldnt think of someone else doing it for me. The management are very easy to approach, they help you immediately if you say something to them. The activities, I know we have very limited programs right now, but I see them doing their best to entertain us with this situation. I wish we can go back to normal like before.Thank you so much

I spent a month and a half under the care of the redwoods staff after a serious infection in my lung. Doctors ordered 6 weeks of antibiotics treatment intravenously, and I was sent here because they have Registered nurses that can administer the treatment. The Nurses, CNAs, Physical Therapist and Front staff were great! Very attentative, and the Nurses made my stay here very comfortable. They were very professional and kind and understanding.

100% recommend this place! My boyfriend was admitted here about 2 months ago. It was his first time ever going to a rehabilitation center for physical therapy so we weren’t familiar with the whole process but everyone was extremely helpful with guiding us through the whole process ! All the nurses and cna’s were great as well!! Thank you Redwoods Post Acute for helping my boyfriend recover!

My experience here has been amazing. Their administration and staff are very helpful and they have a great teamwork. They provide high quality of care to all their patients and take good care of their staff as well. I highly recommend this place. 👍👍👍👍

We are very pleased with Redwoods Post-Acute. The staff has been very compassionate, supportive and professional. Our relative feels safe and in good hands there. We get regular calls with updates and they are on top of his medical appointments. They were very accommodating when we brought a tablet to be secured to his dinning table, and they call with reminders for FaceTime communication during the Covid19 pandemic.

Ive been working here for 5 years, all employees and management are great. Im happy to be able to take care all the patients here. Im proud to be part of the redwoods family.

Ive been here for 3 months and the staff have taken good care of me. I can finally walk on my feet without any device. They have great rehab team.

My husband was sent here after his knee surgery the admission coordinator was great always welling to answer any questions I had. He got excellent care from the nurses, cna from the physical therapist and was able to walk out of there. I’m so thankful to all the staff.

Well.. coming from another facility which I wasn’t happy about... I was happy and satisfied at Redwood because they were caring and more careful of my condition. Admin staff were tentative and concern of our needs and concerns. PT and OT staff are great because they were patient and understanding!! Just being honest.. Nurses were great but needs improvement on answering nurse call lights. I understand they are busy in many ways but patients would like to hear that they didn’t forget them and will get back to the patients. Overall great facility of friendliness, hospitality and cleanliness!! Good to hear about the new renovation!!! Can’t wait to see the new look!!

I have a friend who has been here the last couple of years. The staff here have been very friendly and attentive to the residents. Especially during this time with COVID-19 it’s been really nice to see and talk my friend through FaceTime since there is no visiting.

I like this place because of the people who takes care of me. I like to stay here than live by myself alone, with so many things happening outside now. Changes everywhere because of the pandemic. Here I have meals ready, people who clean my room and clean me, I can stay on my tablet watch religious services. I can play bingo with the very sweet person, they give my medicine when I need it.Thank you for taking care of me, I want to stay long here.

I like it here, I enjoy playing Bingo all the time. The employees are very nice and helpful. I like making new friends. I also like when they serve pizzas and burgers.

The best place to recover. Staff is super friendly. Jingky in admission office was very helpful with all the questions. The nurses and cna are great with helping me with all my needs. Great experience with therapists - Sweta, Grace, and Meta most of all - bringing me back From a pinched nerve that took out my leg - to walking QI a walker in three weeks. Almost record time. Thanks to all for the challenges and encouragement and support.

Dont ever take your love one to this place! Night shift is crazy, no consideration for the patients....My heart goes out to the people that are there! Doesnt even deserve the one star, had to put it to get my review posted.

Its is pretty goid here. The staff stays positive and are friendly. Lots of activities.

If you have friends or family who you care about, take them out of this place. I am a member of EMS, and we recently had a call here. As we were walking the patient out of the facility, on the gurney, a couple of the staff members start laughing while one says, well, that is one less patient for us. Completely unprofessional.

I am here and I no longer smoke or drink. Good staffing on all the shifts 😊

My sister was in this nursing home. Service was terrible. She had a toe infection at the time and not suppose to bare weight on that foot. Physical therapy failed to follow instruction on not allowing weigh on that foot and it led to a major infection. Infection got worse and led to an amputation to her leg. I do not recommend this place to anyone, especially your loved ne. Very neglectful.

My dad is doing rehab here for a few months. I find the staff and center to be very professional and accommodating.
