Could be a lot more organized ,cleaner,and better equipped .the food is very uneven from delicious to terrible. There was too much reliance on canned food , especially during harvest time in California. I really would have had a less stressful experience there if many things were revealed up front. Just an info sheet when people arrive to save workers time. The nurses aids were kind and efficient and hard working. Along with them is a good nursing staff. The PT and OT did a good job of helping me regain the strength in my legs, after covid, to walk again.

The staff were ALL so wonderful and loving as they cared for my mother short term of 2 months. And when I say loving, I mean exactly that they treated her as if she were their family and she turn called them her children! They treated her with respect and dignity, they were on top of her care; from physical therapy, to occupational therapy, her medical, and even the activities director/ coordinator What is top-of-the-line care. There was a variety of activities for her to do to keep her entertained during her stay which I believe is a very important part of her recovery. From the moment you walk in everybody crazy with the friendly smile and a hello. They took extreme caution with Covid measures. Words cannot express how grateful we are for the care that they showed our mother!! I would mention specific names but I don’t want to leave anyone out .. everyone was an absolute essential key person in aiding my mother and helping her physically, , spiritually, and mentally! You must consider bringing your family members here. It’s a down to earth place with the most loving caring individuals that I’ve encountered in a long time, And I have personally worked on some top notch care facilities. This one is very humble, but it has a hugest HEART & GRIT as far as staff goes! And when it comes to my mothers care I’m not looking for fancy I’m looking for positive results.. and this facility offered that and so much more!! I am currently a resident here in July 2021. After working through lots of challenges with the staff on finding solutions to some of my issues I feel much more confident in their abilities as caregivers now. I was very sick when I wrote the harsh review so I will take responsibility for my share of the issues we were dealing with.

I am blessed to be working at Ridge Post Acute as a Social Worker. I come to work happy and home happy reason behind is we have great team support and not forgetting a Caring Administrator who goes above and beyond his expectations to provide exceptional quality care to all his Ridge Team.

I was sent in from El Camino as a Covid positive patient...placed in the Covid ward to finish out quarantine, do re-hab work to make sure I could function w/o oxygen before my release...Adele, Dillon, Maria and the rest of the staff were very friendly and had a sense of humor...but its good to be home...

Such a great little team that helps everyone feel at home! Best nurses around!
