During my time working with this company, Nerissa, the Social services director, was a helpful mentor. I learned so much from her. The administrator, Jackie, is always on top of everything. They’re both very supportive of all the staff. Working here has been a pleasure! Good luck to all the staff. And thank you for everything!

Help!! Can anybody help me, My mom is currently at this A Grace facility, she git transfer there for only 4 day. I can only visit her on the weekend. Happy that she got transfer to this facility. Beacuse the other one where shes at doesnt allow kids under 13yrs ti visit. BUT when we went to visit her it was an nightmare. She got poop all over her hands and body. The second day we came to visit. She got more poop on her hands and body more than yesterday. They know we were going to visit, they still dont care to change mom my diaper. I lived 1 hour away. Only visit on weekends. I have to go back home feel guilty, hurt, scared confused and hopeless. Because i have to leave my mom her at this facility to suffer instead of comfort thru her critical times. Anyone who know what i can do to get my mom out of this facility and wheres a better one. Im nit adking for much. Just at least change her diaper reguarly. PLEASE DONT BRING YOU LOVED ONE HER. THEY DONT WORK WITH THEIR HEART. THEY ARE THERE TO GET PAID UNTIL ITS TIME TO GO HOME

Do you have to give them any stars...because Id like to give them negative stars to go with a negative review! This place is dirty, just look up their citations. My dad was there 2 days and was repeatedly ignored by the nurses and therefore ended up in the hospital 2 hours away from home. Dont you people have ANY compassion? This is the job you chose! His mind is completely clear, his is paralyzed which affected his breathing. So when he asked for help because he couldnt breathe...leaving him alone for 3 hours is not the answer! Go anywhere but here...ANYWHERE!

For a skilled nursing facility......this place is worse than a 3rd world country prison. Unfortunately, we place my sister here when she was diagnosed with cancer. Since she was deaf & mute...as well as mentally challenged, she could not tell us verbally she was miserable but, it was written all over her face. They would sit her in a wheelchair, even though she could walk, and roll her out into the hallway with all the others. We eventually got her out and placed her in a assisted living facility where she eventually succumbed to the cancer. It saddens me to this day that she had to spend 1 second in that Hell-Hole! I would place a sick animal in there!!!!!

This place is really bad... very dirty...dont clean patients...the staff is lazy...doctors are not good.

I would rather die than be admitted here. Although, death would soon follow an admission here, but still...The entire facility reeks of urine and death, the staff are clueless.Great place to admit people you hate though, so they get one star for that.
