I would like to recommend this facility to anyone who is needed for family members and relative.My brother has been staying there for 3 years. Their staff are so nice and helpful especially the director ;Jerome Alacre who is always willing to help us out with our general need.Our family is at ease when my brother stays there because we know he is in a good hand.If you are looking for a nursing facility , try this place, highly recommended.

Much more like a hotel atmosphere inside instead of a normal nursing home. Smells good, large carpeted and bright hallways. Great physical therapy department. The communication from them to family though is not great. Pass-ons between caregivers is not complete, and getting the nursing staff to have a doctor come see a patient is like pulling teeth.

I am beyond pleased with the efficiency & professionalism of the Director of Admissions, Krista. She was a godsend when trying to get my mom transferred out of a facility that was beyond negligent and into Vista Manor. She was patient, informative, and overall amazing. Since arriving, my mother is significantly better all around. Just the bright, and open layout of the facility has her happier. The friendliness and trusting demeanor of the stuff has her more relaxed and at ease. I would recommend Vista Manor to anyone looking for a top notch Skilled Nursing facility in the San Jose area. You and your loved ones are in great hands here!!! Thank you again Vista Manor, & Krista for everything!

The staff and Pt and Ot departments are exceptional. When I thought all hope was gone, they brought me back 90% in two weeks. Now I know how to get back to 100%. I owe so much to all of you, and will always have you in my heart and in my prayers.

If you need PT/OT/Rehab this is the place to go!The therapy department is awesome!

Your family members are in great hands physical therapy department are very hands on and really help the patients the nurses are very caring and gentle with the patients (thank you nurse stephany)

I would recommend this facility to anyone that is looking to have their loved ones cared for. Very clean facility and an awesome, caring staff.

Its busy but clean. You must keep tab on your ralative to make sure theyre on top of it but otherwise they are good.
