The staff here a Amazing make you feel comfortable and wonderful they are so helpful and they really take good care of my mother Jennie Underwood thanks to all the staff at the wound clinic we appreciate you all thank you.

I drive my mother here weekly for her care; we drive from Salinas. The care here exceeds anything available in the Monterey Peninsula / Salinas area. Where other hospitals have failed my mother in improving her wounds, this facility has been able to make the improvements.

My experience coming here has been nothing less than wonderful. From the moment I arrive I am treated with the utmost dignity and respect. Ivy, who I call the gatekeeper is super friendly. You would think that because she has to deal with patients all day, including some grouchy ones, she would lose her patience. So far I havent seen that yet, but I dont want to tempt fate. She looks like she can handle anything. :-)As far as the nursing staff, since the first day I have been coming here for one reason or another because I dont take care of myself properly, they really do make me feel like family. So much so that I get an occasional scolding when I really mess up. But they do it so lovingly and for my own good. I even miss some of the ones who have retired because its like family I may never see again.Now lets talk about my doctor, Dr. Nha Pham. She reminds me of one of our smaller hot and spicy peppers. She is very petite but man, she can command some respect. She has been there with me ever since my last incident and she has even threatened to stop treating me if I dont follow her healing instructions. I have tried her patience so many times and yet she has never given up on me. She scolds me like a mom, counsels me like a friend and gives it to me hard when I need it. I have to say I love this woman and all the staff that has put up with me over the years to help me get well.I may not have my limbs today if it were not for all these wonderful people.God bless!!

My son had a huge open wound on his foot! At first we thought he might lose his foot! The staff and doctors here are miracle workers! My thanks to all! You are all truly a blessing!!

The staff is very very thorough even too the point of being very very very irritating. They are however, extremely professional and great! at there jobs; and they help you heal your wounds! They lose one star for the irritation that they cause you.CH
