One of the rudest receptionist staff in the hospitals I have ever seen. He is an useless and helps no body who come for enquiry. People of this kind will make to lose the hospital credibility

Over the past week, I’ve spent over 6 hours on hold with the scheduling line. The first time, the person who answered told me that insurance wouldn’t authorize the scan until next week and to call back then, which wasn’t true. I’ve called back multiple times to try to schedule an appointment and have to wait on hold for an hour+ each time.I was incorrectly transferred to the wrong department once and heard a voice mail inbox message where the recipient said they never checked that inbox, so I had to call right back and got placed on hold for another hour+. Once I got the right voicemail and left a message, but it’s 24 hours later and I haven’t heard back.I keep asking for a direct line so I don’t have to wait on hold every time, but I keep getting told that they don’t know it and will have to transfer me.I’m extremely frustrated and have asked for an external referral because I am so tired of trying to deal with this!

Came here for my covid vaccination, it took me about 90 minutes wait just to get it, but the staff was friendly and helpful along the way. At no point did I feel I was lost as they guided everyone waiting in line for it. Although it would have been great if things more spaced out, its the most Ive been in close proximity indoors to a lot of people. They do take temperature checks and have us put on a second mask to be safe.

Ive called 3 times on 3 different days and no one ever answers the phone.

I was referred and have been trying to get an appointment for three weeks now for a CT scan for swollen lymph nodes. Ive called almost daily now since then and am left on hold for atleast an hour, no luck each time. I even spoke to an Valley med operator this time and conveyed my frustration only for them to connect me to the same line that will not answer. This is classic patient neglect, Id really appreciate a call back as Im worried for my health and its been almost a month now.

This place is horrible, no one takes the phone to give you the appointment. You wait hours inline to get an appointment and ended up with nothing.

I wouldnt give it any stars if possible (Except for the actual radiology technicians, they get 5) this place has the most RUDE reception staff of any radiology department Ive ever been to!They are so rude and angry to everyone and it makes my blood pressure rise just watching them talk to people like they do!

Mindblowing that any radiology data is not handed at discharge.... but doctor appointment are scheduled prior to getting the data then you waste 2 hours to get the data and btw cd is so passé use USB stick!!!
