I didn’t have a problem until I came into the office for my appointment and for once they seem pretty good service you might have to wait for maybe 10 minutes then they call your name. I was seen right away because I have seizures blackout and a VNS implant me no joke seriously sick.

Irresponsible, rude, inconsiderate. If you want someone to take care of you or loved one, this place is a wrong place to go.

Wish I could give it zero.Made an appointment for an issue Im having which is VERY uncomfortable bordering on painful. The nearest appointment was a month away. Understandable.Flash forward to today, AN HOUR before my appointment. They just called me to say the doctor isnt going to come in today and we need to reschedule the appointment. ??????? An hour before my appointment? Okay, sure. I took off work to come to this and I live paycheck to paycheck, that being the reason I was going to this clinic but okay fine. The closest appointment that thay have to reschedule my existing appointment is over a month away. All the other Gardner clinics dont have availability until two months from now.Really?? You would think that a clinic like this that is doing charitable work would actually care about the people theyre helping, but I guess not. What a horrible institution, I strongly encourage anyone thinking of coming here to rethink.

Pleasant experience nurse was helpful and doctor was awesome I would recommend in and out within an hour.

The wait time is more than an hour after you check in. This already happened when we have a doctors appointment and covid test. 2 hours max for doctors appointment. Very disappointed.

This is the absolute WORST PLACE. My brother had an appointment for 11:30am he got a call apparently at 8:30am. They lied and said they called three times and never left a voicemail. We arrived 5 min late and they wouldn’t let him take his COVID 19. Never coming here again until they better train their staff to respect people. Specially those that work for the city!!!!

Very rude staff, almost impossible to schedule an appointment at a time convenient for you, and once they call you in to see the doctor they have you waiting for 20-30 min.I called the insurance number on my card and had them transfer me to Valley Medical where I can easily make appointments, and not be treated bad by staff.

REALLY RUDE & THE LADY ON THE PHONE WAS A BIG B****ch They don’t assist you in a proper manner, I called b/c this is my regional clinic and I had questions towards a physical check and weren’t willing to help me out! DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Not a good Clinic to take your babys to called Friday to make a appt they take forever to answer the phone Left a message had to call back Monday still couldnt get a hold of the nurses took them till Tuesday to call me back had to schedule my son to the Clinic on bascom been going to this clinic for a year already and I never had a problem before? Im surprised

Called and the lady in the phone was a straight B. Seriously called for questions and only said may is the next opening to any service needed. Are you kidding me? She never even found out the service I needed. Ridiculous.

Make sure to wait 3 hours on your appointmentsIt doesnt matter if you have appointment, or not they will keep you waiting at least 3 hours

Almost an hour to wait for the call to be answered and nothing! .They summon you at 3 and have you in the room for more than 30 minutes waiting for the doctor while everyone laughing, talking

Almost more than 2:30 to get the price of the pills for the price leave you more than an hour alone in the room as if you saw their time to wait for them until they finish gossiping why they are just eating as well as nothing but they put him in the paper of your appointment that took less than 45 minutes in your appointment and everything is fine 😅😂

I kept calling and nobody would pick up. Once they picked up they were laughing to the point that they decided to hang up. I waited 1 hour so they could hang up. Great now I have to wait 1 more hour. Super childishHe kept calling and nobody answered. So finally someone answered and they were laughing because they couldnt answer my call and hung up after it took 1 hour waiting on the phone. Now dev wait until someone answers again.
