Went in about 5 years ago with a severe female problem Problem was basically dismissed Without asking for the questions or doing a full exam I explained over and over what the problem was had to wait an additional 2 yrs before getting correct diagnosis out of state and ended with a full hysterectomy. Suffered lots of pain and discomfort when they could have solved the issue. Do not listen to patients issues run like get in get out Next!!!!!!

I take both of my parents for Primary Care at Foothill Clinic. Though the appointments usually run about 45mins late, the Doctors and the Staff are extremely good. My parents see Dr. Khudus and she is extremely through. When I had to take my father to Stanford for Specialist appointment, Doctor there after looking at the medical file said you are lucky to have such a competent Primary care doctor. Event I would have done the same lab work and course of action.

Awesome, just awesome!!! Im very impressed with the services offered at this clinic; ie. Womens health, podiatry, chiropractic... Its clean, the staff are professional, and physicians are caring, concerned and knowledgeable. And the cherry to top it all off are the hours of operation. Open 7 days a week until 8pm.

Had a great experience with Sharon, a medical nurse/assistant doctor. Shes very patient and kind, making sure to take note of all the symptoms.The rest of the staff are professional but a bit curt.Sliding scale for checkup, ranged from $35-40. We did an EKG which coated $19.

Came in for TB test for myself and my sons. The main call center informed me that they can do walkins. I came into the clinic today. The girl in front told me to sign in. I stood there for a minute after just staring at her, she didn’t look up at me at all. There was also someone waiting behind me. After another minute I asked her do I sit down and wait? I don’t know if she heard me or not but she got up and walked away. The other girl came to help me, I told her what’s I needed. She said they do not do walkins for vaccinations. When I told her that’s what the main call center told me she kept telling me no. She called over “her manager” and started talking to him in Spanish. She was pretty much telling him all the doctors were going on break or lunch. He told her just tell me they can’t do it’s without an appointment and that they don’t have any soon. they really thought I didn’t understand Spanish.... at this point my blood wasn’t boiling so I called the main center and even she told me THEY CAN! It just depends on how many people they have it might be a longer wait. I didn’t want to go back in cause I would have went off. Luckily the girl on the phone was nice enough to help me with what I needed.I wouldn’t have cared if they told me it was a long wait or to come back at a certain time the next day, but that she said they can’t do a walk-in for that at all and the fact that they assumed I didn’t speak spanish so I wouldn’t understand what they were saying.

Always messed up patient’s appointment. They scheduled one for us and when we came, they said that they are out of the vaccines and scheduled us for another one. This place is totally improfessional and they are wasting a lot of patient’s and family time.

5 stars because of Doctor Nghi Luu. Dr. Luu is the best doctor ever. She always takes time to check on my parents and listens to all their concerns. She is very friendly and knowledgable. She treated my mom kidney infection and followed up to make sure my mom is okay. She checked to make sure our insurance cover for the medications. 3 stars for the front desk. They are not so friendly. 4 stars for nurses inside.

Why is it that they have so many people waiting to get thier call answered? I called and Im the 6th person. I waited till I was the first and all I got was a silent call. I didnt not get any greeting so I thought I was still on hold and they just hanged up. I called again and now I am the 10th person. Why do I have to wait so much? The reason I called is so I can cancel all the appointments and I will never go again. The doctor would keep canceling my appointments and everytime I had to get a check they took so long. If i didnt show up they would call me several times. If I was late they would make me wait more to see if the doctor was available. If you have an appointment at a certain time you wont get called. So what is the point of having an appointment at a certain time if they make you wait and you wait more in the room.Also I had to take my blood test, I was there at 9am and they never called my name I waited there till 12pm without having a meal. I heard that they were having lunch at 12 so I decided to leave I went somewhere else to get my blood drawn.

Some of the staff is good but there’s others who are really rude, one of the Ma’s was on her break I’m guessing and some lady got up to ask her a question and she was like they can help you, im not available but in a really rude way. I believe her name was Sonia, there’s a purpose to being an ma and there’s no need for rudeness .

I asked how much I owed and paid. 5 months later I get a bill in the mail, I called to ask what it was for according to them they undercharged me and were correcting it. Fools.

This clinic is a dump. Stains on the walls and trash cans are full and have not been emptied for days. They always try to get you to go back to get more business and wait in the waiting room. Run more like a greedy business with very low quality of healthcare. Try it for yourself if you are despite and like to experiment for yourself. They run this place hiring medical students to avoid paying them the market rate.

Ive never experienced this before and honestly didnt think it was possible when visiting a group of healthcare professionals. Our doctor left this practice recently and the individuals who took over are the most uncaring, untruthful and horrible bedside doctors you could possibly imagine. Not only do they refuse to continue with submitting our much needed prescriptions, but when caught in a lie about our previous doctor and her standing prescriptions for us they submitted it the day I threatened to take legal action against the office and only THEN did they put our medicine through after saying there was a prescription on hold from the previous Dr... which was a blatant lie. Unbelievably low ethics at this center for people looking for help. I feel sorry for any poor souls that go here looking for relief from chronic pain. Jaded and calloused is the best I can come up with. Look for help elsewhere.

Their friendly and always take care of me

I had the worst experience Ive ever had at a doctors office here yesterday. I came in to get my blood pressure medication renewed. Im a bigger guy and I have high blood pressure so they usually use a bigger cuff when they take my readings. They usually take multiple readings as well. Yesterday at my visit they attempted to put on an arm cuff that was entirely too small for my arm. The reading came out completely wrong and a day and a half later I still feel like my blood isnt flowing correctly from when they took my reading. They had an intern interview me. I was in the process of telling her my medical history and problems when another doctor stormed into the room, an Indian lady with glasses and starting talking to me very rudely in a condescending way. she basically walked in the room and started putting me down over and over again. my family has a long history of high blood pressure and I also have rosacea which causes high blood pressure outbreaks. This lady had no idea what I have been going through in the last few years and came into just talk s*** to me like I was less than a human. I have never met anybody whos trying to run a business who was so judgemental of somebody. Not only am I a patient I am a human being. In the middle of her downpour I snapped on her, for one I was in pain because the blood pressure cuff had ruined my circulation and for two I have never been that insulted at a doctors office before by someone who was NOT educated. I told the lady to her face that she was no better than me. That we were both human beings. Then I proceeded to tell her that I would not be seeing her in 30 days from now for my next visit. No way in hell would I go back to see this lady or to this health clinic ever again. This is the worst doctor Ive ever had in my life. One of the most important things about being a doctor is going into the practice with the intention of healing people and helping people. This ladies intentions were not to help or to heal me. She spoke to me as if I was stupid and she was above me. The thing is, is that I probably know more about high blood pressure than she does. DONT GO HERE if you value your health. During my brief 90 second interview with the intern I had asked about seeing a nutritionist. apparently both the intern and the doctor forgot about that because I guess they didnt deem that important. This is the problem with modern medicine its a f****** joke. Theyd rather have you spend a whole bunch of money on testing and pills instead of changing your lifestyle so youre not sick anymore. They also didnt retest my blood pressure like I had asked them. After my appointment I made them take it again with an XL cuff because they had forgotten. What a joke? No compassion or knowledge. This place is an example of why people these days dont want to see the doctor.

Appointment at 10:30 but the Doctor see me at 12:30, I waited for two hours....

Front end staff is rude and ignored patients when they need help. Waiting time is greater than 1 hour.

They keep calling me from last month and saying I made appointments, even though I dont know this place at all!

My appointment was at 8:30 it’s currently 9:05 and I’m still waiting. Horrible

This is the worst place ever. They don’t explain where you have to go, staff treats patients very rude. It’s so unorganized.

All I ask was to change my name because they print it wrong but it took them 30 MINUTES to change the name and somehow mess up my birth date I have no idea how you can mess up that bad

Unfortunately he went to the clinic.On a Friday at 7:25 pm, prior to my visit, I check on the internet, the hours of attention and consultations that according to the website, are open for attention and medical service until 22:00, but in any case, dial the number to ask for information about the hours of attention and he told me that indeed, they are alert until 10 pm,that way I went to the foothill Family Clinic medical center at 7:25 pm the security guard told me to please wait at the checkpoint that someone would come to treat me.I was standing outside for just over half an hour,and at 8:00 pm which was check out time.of the people who work there told me that it was already closed. and that makes me lack of moral ethics and professionalism.
