He is by far the most amazing doctor I have ever known. He literally saved my life when I was bitten by a brown recluse. He explains everything and truly listens. He honestly cares about his patients and his community; above and beyond the call of duty. On a scale of 1 to 5, he is a 10!

I felt prompted to write a review after reading the borderline slanderous review that another wrote many years ago. Dr. Newman is the best! I will agree that he leans towards the less-is-more, limited medication, let your body do its thing, kind of treatment for aches and pains, but when it matters, he is on top of things. He treats you like a friend, often having casual consultations with you right in his office. In 10 years, I have never once noticed anything filthy in his office as the other bitter reviewer repeated stated. It is a LUXURY to be able to go to an office like Dr. Newmans - no crowds, almost never a wait, clean, and friendly. My biggest regret about moving is that I may have to try to find a replacement for Dr. Newman and his staff.
