Horrible! My parents are patients here. The doctors have my parents’ files and whole medical life history. THIS IS THEIR DOCTOR. When my dad had a fall this morning and I found him lying face down on the neighbors lawn, it took all of my strength to peel him up off the ground. It was traumatic. Little did I know that I should have just called 911 because the experience I was going to go through here would be more costly and emotionally draining than the medical response from a 911 call.We called Samaritan medical center to make an appointment after my dad fell. Josephine said, we are booked. Come in as a walk-in if you want. We did. When we arrived we were told it could take up to two hours because we did not call and make an appointment first. WHAT? Josephine didn’t remember speaking on the phone with my mother this morning!? Then she said she did remember - but MY DAD must make the appointment not my mom. Whaaaaat!!? I said, “He has Parkinson’s with Dementia and she’s his caretaker!!” He’d be dead in a ditch before he’d ever think to call for himself or figure out how to do it!!! She blew me off and shook her head “no.” No blood pressure taken. No vitals. Sitting here with a fall injury. Give my Dad authorization to go to the ER or another facility at least!Update: doctor walked in the exam room two hours after moving us there from the waiting room and the first thing he said was, “um I need to use that desk… see that desk back there? - so one of you is going to need to leave the room.” Neither me nor my mom were willing to leave the room. The examination happened. We still don’t know why he fell! But no tests were recommended, no bloodwork to check sugars, not even a band aid for his scraped knee. Awful. Horrible. Unprofessional. From the front staff to the facility itself and it’s doctors. Avoid this place!

I got text notifications to keep me updated, people received me very well. What really impressed me is that there was no waiting time, I was in and out in less than an hour. Doctor who saw me was very polite and thorough . This is and will be my go to place when I’m under the weather. I highly recommend it.

First off I would say the doctors at Samaritan Medical Care Center are awesome. I had a really negative experience with the front office staff though. My benefits said I have 75% co-insurance which meant I am only supposed to pay 25% out of pocket but instead they turned it around saying I have to pay the full amount as the 75% is co-insurance meaning I am to pay that. They would not listen to anything and were extremely rude even though I was super calm with them and trying to make them understand. A nightmare experience for the patient who had to bear all this and horrible experience for me as they didnt submit my claim to insurance company either!!!!

Convenient and closed to home. Easy to make a appointment online.

Wonderful caregivers & staff -- cant recommend highly enough!

Because of my symptoms I was asked if I could have a FaceTime Teledoc appointment. I think it was great it was safer for them and it was actually convenient for me since I have a toddler at home. The online booking was easy and I was able to be seen first thing in the morning which I was really happy about.

Samaritan Medical Care is very professional and they have good doctors.I go to them when my regular Doctor is hard to go see. They show that they care.The greeter was a little harsh but I noticed she had a lot on her plate to deal with.

Excellent and prompt service on a Saturday. Feel so much better and no risk on getting covid-19. Much quicker than we.

I’ve been going to Samaritan medical care center for over a year, setting up an appointment is easy, I never had to wait for more then 30 minutes to been seen by a doctor, and if I had to wait longer the nurse will check up on me, and let me know the doctor is busy etc, Dr Fink ask a lot of questions, just to make sure both you and her have an idea of your symptoms, and she answers them with great details so you have a better understanding, the staff are also helpful answering additional questions, I had as well

My experiences at this office with the doctors are good. The office staff is great also. My only issue is the wait times. In my opinion, way too long. I would feel better if you could check in and wait in your car until your turn to see the doctor. There are medical offices that practice this.

Great clinic and they do a great job !But heres SFSU Medical Center, which is doing a great job at finding a cure for COVID !There is now a cure for COVID, it is Aplidin (generic name Plitidepsin) which already being using in Australia for cancer treatment, but was discovered by researchers at UCSF, led by Nevan Krogan, to be a3-day cure for COVID.It is currently undergoing medical trials in both Spain and the USAJust letting you know...Thank you!John MacKay

Wait time is 2 hours - only 1 doctor on service- second showed up at 12:00. They do not provide you an estimate of wait time which is awesome because you cannot hold them to it. Need more doctors definitely and better management. Should have gone to ER rather than coming hereUpdate : doctor came and looked us over - Doctor is really nice. Bottom line - make an apt and be prepared to wait a while if you want to see a good doc at an urgent Care

No professionalism whatsoever! No communication amongst the workers to solve situations for their patients! Complaining to the office manager Mary Will get you absolutely nowhere especially since they’re all friends in the office. All I needed was paperwork filled out to keep my medical benefits while I was out of work due to a work injury. They failed to fax those papers and blamed it completely on me I am a diabetic and need insulin daily so my medical benefits are crucial to me And that’s not something I would fail to do. I was promised they would do it. And they failed to do so.

I have a regular doctor but that particular Urgent Care was not open on a Sunday morning. I decided to go to Samaritan Urgent Care because my husband goes there all the time. They were wonderful. Fortunately the reception area only had one person waiting at the time I walked in. The receptionist was very kind in her process of paperwork, as well as the NP Luz, and the Dr. Fink. Very nice service especially when youre not feeling very well. Happy to recommend them. I know even when my husband has had to wait an hour due to lots of patients or so he still gets great service.

Visited there for immigration exam. Many sub tests were very expensive. I decided to do sub tests at LabCorp and had the results to send to Samaritan. The cost at Lab Corp was about 10 times cheaper (Both without insurance.)During the visit for exam, I asked a few pieces of an medical exam application form. They said Please wait. We will give you after xxx I had to ask about 5 times again and again, then eventually got it.They asked to drop off a proof of flu shot, so we visited later again with the proof. The night, they called me and their coworker didnt make a copy properly, so the date was not shown in the copy, so asked us to visit again with the receipts only during the persons working hours and not her lunch time. I briefly complained that we have to visit there again at your working hours, and then her answer was Im not the oneDoctors there were kind, but the staffs were rude and careless.

Been coming here over the past decade, always helpful and have taken care of anything i came in with.Today i went in with a respiratory thing i caughtpast week, and i was in and out in about an hour. Friday at 3pm.Always nice, and the same people, same doctors.

CALL FOR AN APPOINTMENT. The online system is a “reservation,” which is no where stated on the online appointment system.This is deliberately misleading. I found this out after arriving when I was mislead to think that I made an actual appointment-when in fact after I arrived, the receptionist said that I would wait in line with everyone else.Really? A reservation? What is this, a restaurant?Lots of minus points for being dishonest with their scheduling system.

It was quick and easy when I visited Saturday morning at 10:30, the basic pay was $109 for the visit. The doctor did a routine checkup for strep. I refused the strep test. They came back with a bill for $233! Apparently there was a problem with entering the correct code for my basic checkup. Just make sure the code they use for you is correct 😊

Booked an appointment online and went in to have my ear canal flushed. Very happy with the results

I have been coming to this facility since I moved here in 2015. The doctors are very nice. Dr. Deborah J Brown is one of the most thorough doctors I have seen in years. She went over all of my labs in great detail which is something I have never experienced and I am over 60+.

My wife and two kids came down with the flu and I was able to get an appointment for them on the same day. Everyone was very professional and I was able to get the necessary prescriptions and doctor’s “excused absence” notes for school.

Love the convenience of this place. Very knowledgeable doctors who have been there for a long time. Thank you for accepting my insurance.

My husband and I have had great services, and wonderful staff. It is also great that they are open on weekends.

They staff and the doctors are always friendly. They answer all my questions when asked.I have recommended to several people. I am fortunate to have a office so close to me with great Doctors and Staff.Remember people that are not happy, you must ask questions to get the answers. They are not mind readers, They are professional Doctors.

Absolute waste of time. After waiting around 30 min I was escorted back to an exam room and everything was good. The problems started when they needed to verify my blood pressure since the first nurse wasnt certified. I told the next nurse that I felt faint after the first time to give it a minute. This happens all the time to me so I know what Im talking about. He decided he knew better and the next thing I know I was blacked out. Then they let me sit in the exam room for around 2 hours waiting for the doctor to have time to squeeze me in. I guess when they said it could be a while I didnt realize that they what they really meant was that they only had one doctor on staff and that I could sit there until they ran out of patients with appointments. I never expected prompt service being a new walk in patient, but I did expect the respect of giving me all the facts. Perhaps offering the guy that just passed out a water, or maybe mentioning where one might find a bathroom if you needed it over the course of the afternoon that they expected you to sit there. Overall I would say dont waste your time unless you happen to have a workmans comp claim that they can milk. Those seemed to take priority over everything else at this place.

Feel like I walked back into 1970. This place needs and upgrade in facility and employees.The girl who checked me in had no idea what a physical exam consisted of.

Excellent care, great friendly staff, They listened and went over all my concerns. I had a couple of days of high blood pressure readings as well as fluctuations with my home BP machine, this causes me concern. I explained this and they had me bring it in and compare to theirs for reference. My BP machine was almost 20 points off from theirs (higher). New machine ordered...Stress level has gone down crisis averted... Got a full check up while I was there. Clean bill of health, Im good to go!

Absolutely amazing...they get you in quickly...they are the only office that has accommodated my busy schedule.. the staff and doctors are very professional...Ive had nothing but excellent care here

Patient Assistant Brown and Lia Ha are very nice. However, even if you have an appointment they bring you to the exam room and you have to wait from 30 to 45 minutes until the doctor arrive. I walked away after waiting for almost 40 minutes the second time. I was on time to my apptmt because I am respectful of their time I dont expect anything else from others. My time is also valuable! Not coming back.

Front desk was curious and friendly. Doctor and nurse on duty very professional and kind with my child. We lucked out and didnt have to wait long.

I have received treatment time after time at this facility. Except for one doctor the entire staff is friendly and caring. They will look into your medical condition and if they can not help you there, I have been referred to other very nice medical centers. They have gone so far as to see me after and before hours when I was having trouble with pneumonia. The facility is very nice if a little small. However if you go here you may have to wait somewhere between 10 min to 4 hours in my experiences.

Tight parking, staff has a hard time speaking up and mumbles. Some of the patients in the waiting room entertained me as they had mental issues. Got there 15 min early for a scheduled appointment only to wait past my time. I then ended up waiting in an exam room for 45 min. How about sticking to appointment times. This is why I dont go to the doctors, they make you sit and wait, that makes them as bad as cable companies.

I no longer go without an Appointment. Im seen by the Dr. In a reasonable amount of time. They ask all the right questions and get me on my way. Staff is courteous and professional. I keep going back even though my UHC PPO insurance charges me more per visit.

Samaritan Medical Carr Center is a great facility with friendly obliging staff and concerned doctors and PA’s and MA’s. Have been a patient there for 4 years and they and the physicians they recommend have been caring and efficient.

The staff is fabulous! I have been going there since they opened! I absolutely love and appreciate dr diana fink, she really listens and takes care of patients needs! I drive 2 hours just to go there...I love them all!

I went here for the first time, I did not have an appointment and I did not wait a long time before they took me to the exam room. The nurse that took my vitals was pleasant and polite. I waited a while before the Doctor came in, but it was no big deal since I did not have an appointment to begin with. The Doctor was in such a rush, she was uncaring and seem to care only to get patients in and out. I will never go back to this place!

The staff is well trained. They have a number of facilities and services other clinics do not have. And literally they saved my wifes life. Thank you

I have been going to Samaritan Medical Care Center since 2010 and I have always felt well taken care of - whether it be by my doctors, the nurse assistants, or the reception desk. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone who is looking for excellent doctors and overall customer service.

The wait was much less than when I took my Mom to Kaiser. Dr. Fink is the best!! She knows here okra. Very professional & knowledgeable. Pete the X-Ray Tech has a great personality and keeps the atmosphere Mello.The Nurses are kind & friendly. Been going here when necessary as long as I have lived in the Blissom Hill area. I waited for over 2.5 hours WHEN I had an appointment. The center was super old school no new equipment. I felt like I was transported back into the 80s... in almost real time

People be patient. I too waited a long while. What mattered was the level of care. I was given excellent referrals to top specialist at Good Samartian Hospital. They ran every test know to mankind. Debbie Brown is very caring. I would tell you to make an appointment . Maybe these other folks were walk ins? If you just walk in expect to wait for ptitents that have MADE appiontments.

Terrible place. I am on a workers compensation injury and they did not ask the company if there was foul play going on in attempting to make me go past my physical restrictions. I didnt write down who was saying this on here I dont know where all these negative reviews are coming from... Are you F%$#@ing serious?? You are a retard. These doctors all are full of crap! Just because a sign is on the wall indicating that all the doctors are licensed through California is just the cover they use to protect these under-educated & under-experienced doctors. STAY AWAY FROM DR. FINK!! Extremely bossy, and tries to tell you how to feel and will give a diagnosis based on how she feels your recovery is coming not how the patient feels. I had missed an appointment the week before last and came in as a walk-in patient.... waited for 2 hours and I asked the office manager Mary for my slip to give to the managers, and I said that I had waited 2 hours and could not wait any longer.... Then she wrote on my slip, Did not see, and with no explanation besides that... I had to explain to the claim adjuster and to my manager why I didnt have an appointment today.. (CCMSI) and than I had to indicate and write on the damn doctor note myself why I wasnt Seen. This facility at the Blossom Hill location is a joke.... I would never go there if I had the choice. I went to my own doctor after not getting any real positive results through this plan for recovery treatment, and went to my own doctor (not assigned through my work) and the doctor and here is what was said... I also went there because the doctor here at samaratin did not notify me that my hand was not a separate injury, or that the tendon was connected... retard doctors! my doctor sat down with me for over 45 minutes and discredited the doctor at samaratin... and told me large volumes of information that these retards at samaratin medical would have never told me... I have been placed in numerous risky situations at my work environment because there is no communication between the doctors at samaratin medical and the company where the work-injury occurred... My safety was at risk and I told the doctor what the company was doing and that my recovery would probably be delayed until they stopped making me re-injure myself... After 15 somewhat follow-up visits and going back and forth between my employer and the doctor did the doctor finally confront the employers claim adjuster (CCMSI)... Absolutely ridiculous how inconsiderate this whole situation has been....

What a waste of time, incompetence is the norm here. Almost two hours for them to work out basic insurance information while my wife sits with her back in pain. DO NOT COME IF YOU NEED ANY KIND OF REAL HELP!!

$500 for a 20 minute appointment for an ear infection.

Urgent Care was efficient and excellent.

The persons are very friendly and give a hood service.
