This is such a professional doctors office, The receptionists are extremely friendly and dedicated. I was given very thorough instructions before going to the appointment. Especially Jane, she answered all my inquiries enthusiastically.

Amazing service! Knowledgeable and helpful staff (Specially Jane). They process very fast as well. Dr Luu is amazing person!! We were recommended by a friend and we recommended other friends as well. Although the office if little far from where we are, we feel we made the best decision to go to him as there was no delay or confusion, they were very helpful to move things so quickly. Definitely Recommended.Edit: One thing I wanted to mention from new learning: We were told at Dr Luus office that some tests have to be done with them, they are not covered in insurance. We learned from other place that other immigration Dr had different instructions (ok to get tests done with your insurance) but they had some office fees so at the end you might be able to save a little bit but we wanted to get out tests done sooner so we are still ok with Dr Luus office.

I went to Dr. Luu for my Green Card medical exams. He is very professional, he answered all my questions. Also the front desk was very friendly. I recommend him very much.

The front desk is so rude. Instead of asking “Xin khám miễn thi quốc tịch cho má chồng”. I accidently said the wrong word: “lo thi quốc tịch cho má chồng”, and the front desk is so rude, she told me: “Using the word “lo” is incorrect. If you want to pass the test, go and study. Don’t use the word “lo” here. Blahblahblah”. She made me shocked.Hey the front desk, if someone accidently asked you the wrong word, just be kind and said: “Chị muốn khám xin miễn thi quốc tịch?” You dont have to point out if they are wrong or right and you don’t have to teach them what to do. That’s so rude of you.

Duc Hanh is not good. She has scammed my family of almost $2,000. She made one of my family members do papers every week and then the day they had to take a test, they expected them to answer even though they didnt know what to do at all. We wanted the money back but they said theres nothing they could do. They have gained their trust and scammed us. They said they didnt have to answer anything and Vietnamese was fine.

Upcharged for the service provided. $587 for the most basic and minimal physical exam I’ve ever seen a professional conduct. Plus 2 vaccinations, pee test, and blood test. Google other offices and save yourself $300. A physical exam with lab work is usually $100-$300 not close to $600.

I brought my parents to here for immigration physical exam form I 693. My parents love this place so much because the people working there were very friendly. The doctor took care of my parents also as well and the papers done fast. Thank you doctor for taking care of my parents.

Great doctor! Dr. Luu was available and i was able to get a quick appointment. Front desk staff is very friendly and welcoming.

This place is terrible. They are willing to lie, con and cheat you of your hard earned money and then hang up on your face when trying to reach them. Shady from beginning to end. This guy said I was qualified for disability and said I had to have a bunch of costly visits with him and required them. Didn’t let on that he thought I wasn’t qualified until the very last visit. Then when I called to follow up to see if he would refill a prescription, the receptionist said hello and then hung up. The customer service is the rudest I’ve ever encountered and the Doctor was a con artist using our shared ethnicity to gain my trust. Beware, dishonest dishonest dishonest.
