I took my 3y.o. to this place to get his flu shot today (10/22 at 6pm) and it was the worst experience for me and my son. That incompetent pharmacist does not know how to give shots. Please do not advertise flu shots or covid shots here since your pharmacists are not trained to give shots! My sons arm is swollening and in pain. My son is good with getting shots. Now he is traumatized and so am I! Thanks a lot! That pharmacists should be fired and his license revoked!

Something wrong with this pharmacy people. Looks like they dont like working here. Sicnk people talk to these people and they dont treat them well. . I am changing my prescription to Costco. Those people are more professional and way better than this place.

You can get pretty much whatever you need here. Good store.

I was just at the drive through at 6:05. Pulled up as they were serving a person ahead of me. She saw me and just went ahead and closed with no acknowledgement, no nothing. I waited for a few minutes for her to finish what she was doing just to realize that she was already gone. How rude was that!?

Phuong and Tina should Not be working in this field. The treatment was just plane Inhumane. I was 7 minutes late to pick up my Bronchitis medication ( which was READY to be picked up. ( I had to wait 45 minutes for it)It literally took Phuong longer to come to the window and tell.jt what other locations I could go to( on the rain) than it wouldve to give me my meds. Tina was still in the register. This was truly a terrible experience. These people have no compassion.

Pharmacist was condescending and rude when I called to check on the status of my medication over the phone. Super long wait at the drive thru window. Always seem understaffed in the pharmacy as well. Definitely the last time I refill a prescription here.

So I went to pick up medicine. The pharmacist told me that it was my responsibility to go contact my doctor to prescribe the nebulizer for the medicine that my doctors taking when it was their responsibility. What kind of Pharmacy is this

A few weeks ago during a shopping trip for a pledge event for a SJSU fraternity, I was in a complete rush to 1.5Ls of water, candy, and condoms for my ex-pledge bros and I. So, there I was strolling the aisles for my goodies and I finally get to the condom part of my check list and find out that there are multiple brands and various editions of rubber. I settle my phone down and search for the cheapest box of condoms. My pledge bro and I then proceed to the cashier registers and I realize that what I am about to by looks like that were up for no good. Common a box of condoms, large water bottles, and candy...? Anyway, I finally realized I lost my phone after the fraternity meeting. Walgreens was closed by the time I contacted them and so I hoped for the best for my phone; hoped that no one would take possession of it. Following day after work, I went back and asked a dude if anyone turned in/ or saw a phone in the aisle of the condoms, he said no. Then his fellow spanish co-worker intrudes our conversation when he hears me talking about my lost phone. He casually says that there is a phone in the office and no one has claimed it yet, I ask if I can have a visual on the phone. Both workers go to the back and bring out MY PHHOONNNEEE. And I give them some of my love with a fist pound and handshake. The photo dude proceeds to inform me of an app i can get on my phone that tracks my phone...blah blah blah... we chat some more. I say my goodbyes and praise their gratitude once again. I apologize for not remembering the guys who had helped me out that day and could not thank them more. Their courteous act, made me a happy guy who later lent money to the needy.P.S. I cant believe my phone is in my possession again. Were talking about ESSJ here.
