Large low cost wine section (not for connoisseurs), where cheap plonk in quantity is readily available. Convenience foods ( not for foodies) where easy to microwave, tasteless fare is in abundance. Not busy,.so you can shop and be out with your purchases in less than 10 minutes.

I usually shop at the one on Bascom which is awesome but I wanted to get some items on sale on my way home from work. But this is the Worst CVS ever. Everything was locked up body wash, lotion, ravors. so I went wandering around the store for about 20 min to find someone to help me and there was no one around except one guy playing on his phone at the check out. I guess there not big on customer service or making sale. When I mentioned to the cashier about my difficulty shopping he just shudded and said theres lots of homelessness people around.

This place needs help. tons of items out of stock.CVS Corporate, this is a nice area. can you please help get this store up to par?

I went to this drug store about a week ago. I was blown away by the location and the operation. They had access to low-cost, high-quality medication. All could read it.

DO NOT take your film to get developed here.I made the grave mistake of doing so, and the lady at the front told me it would take 2 weeks to get developed. I still went through with it and 5 weeks passes by and they still have not even gotten it developed. The person on the phone tells me it will take a month. Its been well over a month. As I am typing this, they told me they have my photos ready. I go over there and they have no digital versions as I ordered them. This place will have you doing a wild goose chase for pictures. If you want a quick turn around, go to Foto Express, I dropped my film there on a wednesday and had them back by Saturday.

One of the worst pharmacies imaginable. Supposed to be a pharmacy store but they have just ONE single person in charge of both drive-thru and a bunch of in store customers. Line and wait time is unbearable. If it wasnt for my insurance I wouldnt set foot in this garbage dump of a pharmacy or grocery store for that matters. By the way this hasnt been a single instance this store runs like every single time that I visited them both in drive-thru and in store.

Terrible pharmacy. After trying to pick up medication for more than 2 hours they then told me to get a new doctor despite having the prescription as well as a voicemail from my doctor asking for a refill. Then they told me they were out of stock and would not transfer the prescription to another pharmacy. I will be calling the better business bureau to report this gross mistreatment of patient. I cant remember the pharmacists name, but you should never go to a pharmacy that treats you like this. This place sucks and deserves to be reported after I watched them do the same thing to three other patients in front of me. Dont go here if you need medication.

Very upsetting. Came in twice to pick up my pictures. First time around machine was out of ink, was promised I would have my pictures printed the next following day. Came back, nothing! Cashier could not help me at all. Didn’t know what to do, advised me to come back another day because she couldn’t help me. Worst customer service.

I have been waiting for over an hour for a covid testing. When I asked the pharmacy personnel what was going on, they first pointed a finger at a customer and said that “she has been having insurance issues, so she is delaying things” (I thought this was very inappropriate), and then they told me they were having computer issues and that I could come back later (which is clearly not the best option if I am wondering if I have covid). I told them that I had an appointment an hour ago and that I was going to miss my first Mother’s Day brunch and they shrugged their shoulders. Worst customer experience ever!

Im so happy I find this drug store because its the only drug store that treats me well. They helped and instructed me on the perfect drug that would cure my bodys pains right away. Highly recommended pharmacy store in my town!

Dont bother with this location. Ive moved almost once a year for the last 10 years and have used many CVS locations. This Pharmacy was extremely unprofessional. I was on hold for about a half hour, was told wrong information, my questions were ignored, and then I was hung up on suddenly. I NEVER give reviews, but this experience was so unlike CVS I had to.

Worse CVS. Pharmacy is extremely slow. Waited 45 minutes to pick up my prescription at the drive through. One car was in front of me for that 45 minutes. A better system needs to be put in place. Don’t go here to pick up your prescription.

Please be EXTREMELY AWARE of this CVS Pharmacy location.They changed my prescription without contacting me in anyway. I personally went to the pharmacy to get an explanation and the lady told me that they cannot issue a refund because its basically the right one. Should just close down this store. Doesn’t pickup phone. Tried to refill my prescription but they don’t pickup the phone and put a stupid hold on my medication so now I’m having to request a new prescription. If this was a life or death situation, people would have died. Puts you on hold for hours and just hang up. What a pile of garbage.

Epic failure of a pharmacy. Came here to get Zyrtec, was told everything is on recall, so is Claritin and no help, no information whatsoever. Never again.

The employees from the register to the pharmacy were extremely unprofessional with how they work with their customers. I was told my prescription would be ready in an hour originally but 24 hours later it still is not ready and they decided to hang up on and yell at me in person because I wanted updated on the status of my medication. AVOID this pharmacy at all costs.

I believe the manager here purposely picks the slowest people as cash register attendants + providers only a short training as the employees here told me several times! Last time it took the girl over 31 min to ring up three people!! Yes 31 min to be exact!! Not only she had no clue what she was doing, she talked so much nonsense that I ended up telling her to stop talking and focus on what she was there to do. I could have easily gone to Costco 4 miles away faster than going here around the corner from where I live!!

The staff try hard, but there is NEVER anything on the shelves. Their cosmetics section is always bare - even after they supposedly restocked. Its the most convenient drug store to work and home, but that is useless if I cant find anything I need there.

Although the pharmacy is busy, everyone that works there is very pleasant and helpful. The rest of the people are very nice as well. I have been going here for several years and felt compelled to voice my opinion as a few reviews that I saw werent representative of this CVS

The store is pretty well stocked and convenient to go to. But the pharmacy is HORRIBLE. They are always understaffed and never answer the phone. I have called multiple times over the years and every single day this past week to try to get a hold of someone and it is at least a 20 minute wait. Also, never try to pick up a prescription after work, you will wait at least 30 minutes.

Terrible pharmacy. Doctor sent in 3 prescriptions Friday for current illness. Saturday night prescriptions are still in process to be filled. This is not the first time pharmacy is very slow. I think they work hard but are understaffed. Pharmacy area looks disorganized.

Their lack of english understanding is a problem. I called the day before picking up my order and the woman kept saying yes instead of making sure she understood me. When I went to pick it up, found out they didn’t have any in stock and wouldn’t for another day. That made my online order over 48hrs late. Don’t go there. Not worth the hassle.

I shop at this cvs,for convience. I like most of the store staff. They try to be accomodating when they are out of the product I want. It is tremendously understaffed. It has improved, a little in cleanliness. Im very glad they finally have SECURITY. As for the MONEYGRAM its going on 10 years,it doesnt work. I feel bad,when folks come in to use it. But they wont remove the sign,in the window.

The slowest pharmacy since they have changed pharmacist. Bryan was fast and he cared about people. It took two hours to fill my medicine and they told me forty five min. Bryan always did them much faster by himself. He did the work for two to three people. I will probably take my business elsewhere.

Those who posted negative reviews need some help. CVS was quick to fill my medicines the same night it is ordered. Also, they were kind enough to provide a full refund, in spite of using half of the product.Its the closest to my home and has become my go-to pharmacy.

Beware of this store- and CVSMy wallet was stolen and was used at this store to buy gift card for $1500+ dollars and they didnt ask the guy for Driving license- and the cashier has seen this guy do this type of transactions past few days. The pharmacist at this location, Kim, felt that taking her lunch break was more important than helping to resolve a problem with a prescription for my father, who is dying in hospice.She was also rude and unhelpful on the phone, both to my mother and our very patient hospice nurse.People like her dont deserve to be mentioned in the same sentence as the usually helpful and professional folks Ive dealt with in most pharmacies.I sincerely hope she loses her job. And soon. People who lack compassion and patience should not be in her line of work.

Worst pharmacy available, especially the pharmacist thinks that she knows better than my doctor. She didnt give my medicines as per the doctor’s prescription since she was not comfortable with it. She called the doctor and asked about my medical history and asked her if she could change the prescription. The pharmacist here is very rude and big on ego. They make you wait for long hours even if there is no line. DON’T go here at all. My doctor told me to change my pharmacy as it is wrong for a pharmacist to ask about the patients medical history. No wonder she is just a pharmacist and not a doctor.

I would have given a negative star if possible. They are terrible. They have no co-ordination. Seems like no one wants to work and they are being forced to work. They can keep the customers waiting forever and ever. People can literally die waiting for their help. Worst pharmacy i have been to. They don’t know what’s happening at all.

Worst CVS Ive been to in AMERICA! Ive been to them in FL, TX and several in the SF Bay area, this one wins the prize for most WRONG orders, incompetent staff and horrible service! Theyve literally been, according to them, understaffed if you call youre on hold for literally 20 minutes at a time just to hear your order is not ready or they messed up something! The pharmacy tech will ask you to open the SECURITY CONTAINERS, the ones for theft prevention, yourself!?!? The pharmacist will dispense WRONG MEDICATION (4 times!) Through drive thru and twice in person! Or give you wrong amounts, stuff you didnt order or were prescribed etc! They tell you always its insurance fault then once you make time to waste it talking to your insurance company they put blame back on CVS staff! This place is a nightmare and never a good or easy experience! If they were giving away the drugs Id still go somewhere else!!

I had brought my backpack in because I had my laptop and other electronics in it. I already had my car broken into last year so I am very cautious. I brought my backpack in, and thats where the experience went all wrong. The first person who saw me asked me to leave my backpack at the front. While I was shopping I saw a few people with backpacks on. I realized that the backpack wasnt the problem, It had more to do with me being dark skinned.The rest was awful.

When I ask why the cosmetics or the store in general is consistently out of stock. DONT give me the we have high theft so we dont stock it because its a LOUSY excuse. Why dont you just shut the store down and sell nothing? Because I remember asking for products Im in there to BUY. So because someone else is dishonest, I should deem your store unreliable. Customer Service is the ONLY real deterrent for theft. Think on that.

Aside from being short handed and long lines, they are fair. i have started to be on medication for the first time in my life almost a year ago and despite some missed relayed messages and INS bs, they are helpful, timely and professional.

Specifically the pharmacy: the employees are nice and helpful if you can get a hold of them, but this location is so severely understaffed all. the. time. I literally have NEVER spent less than 15 minutes on hold when I call the pharmacy to follow up or ask a question. Often youll have to wait 15 minutes before someone answers JUST TO PUT YOU ON HOLD, then you wait 15 to 30 minutes more. Its an incredibly poor, galactically annoying, endlessly frustrating customer experience. Therefore I cannot recommend this location at all. The only reason its not 1 star is that the pharmacy employees are actually nice. Theyre just always frazzled and running around like headless chickens, presumably because CVS corporate is too cheap to properly staff this busy location.

Worst Pharmacy in the world. They have screwed up my scrips everytime I come. Jeporidozed my personal information and jepordized my health by failing to compleate scrips on time or even at all. Horrible attitude by staff and pharmacist.

I like this CVS because it has a pretty large parking lot. There is also a drive thru pharmacy to pick up prescriptions.

Terrible. Pharmacy staff put me on hold then ignored my call and went home. Waited on the line over an hour for nothing. And if you transfer a prescription elsewhere expect delays while you phone this pharmacy multiple times.

It’s almost 10 AM on a Saturday, store is supposed to open at 7 AM. Still not open yet. Pretty sad how poorly run this place is.

The pharmacy manager - an older Asian man - isnt very helpful and insisted on giving me the wrong prescription. If possible, I recommend going to another pharmacy.

Everything else works OK but the pharmacy is really bad. Its also the only reason I ever visit this CVS -- closest pharmacy to my house and right by CalTrain.

The selection here is not as good as I would expect from a CVS. Also they once charged me more than the listed price. There are many more CVSes to choose from so I probably won’t be back.

I spoke to four different persons at this location and each was progressively less helpful than the previous one.

The womens bathroom is BEYOND DISGUSTING. I mentioned it to a worker and the response was Yes, a few people have let us know already. I cant add pictures from the app but jesus. I went into the mens to pee.
