If I could give a zero I would. His staff is horrible extremely rude very unprofessional. However the dr.s are pretty good I have not had any issues with them

The most aweful experience. We went to Dr. Juan office for immigration record. They asked us to prepared for the blood test result and never told me that they have an expiration date of 30 days to get back to the office to get the medical records finished. Because there is some delay in the blood test records from our primary doctor. Dr. Juan refused to do medical fee for us as we returned blood test after 30 days since the first office visit. Dr. Juan office never told us this 30 days expiration policy before and only let us know that when we turned back the tests materials. And they still charge us $300 fees even if they have done nothing and wasted us lots of time.

Dr. Posada is very unprofessional along with his staff. I would not refer anyone to his services as I do not want anyone to experience this poor service he offers. Unfortunately, he services a lot of Spanish speakers who think because he speaks the same language as they do that he will be the best option for them but this is not the case. I would suggest you find another doctor who will actually pay attention to you and your health concerns.

Doesnt attend to his patients well. Ignored my mother for a year about her pain. She found a new doctor and they started to help her right away. Dont go to this doctor

The worst customer service. The staff answer the phone and immediately put you on hold. I’ve literally been on hold for 43 minutes and counting. I’m literally on hold as I type this. Dr. Posada is my elderly mother’s doctor. How is she supposed to deal with this. If she didn’t have me to help her, she’d never be able to get a hold of the doctor. There isn’t even hold music to let you know that you are still on hold. At least give us the option to leave a message and have you call back. This is just unacceptable.

Worst customer service scheduling appointment over the phone. Right off the start put you on hold without asking you. The front desk if you cant accommodate scheduling appointments then remove the service waste of time having to call back to finally to get a hold of someone after 20 minutes or more go by. How unprofessional the doctors an staff at the place know it an they dont care. If you can see doctor elsewhere go no one deserves to be disrespected!

I been trying to make an appointment over the phone I call 3 different times and they put me on hold.... the phone operator put you on hold automatically for about 20min I put the call on speaker and been waiting..... well guess what no answer still well maybe is not worth the time ill just look for another doctor...

I’ve been a patient for over twenty years doctor Posada is a very good doctor and a caring Doctor one day I was not feeling well he saw me right way and he said to me I’m sending you to Stanford hospital right away come to find out I had a Brain aneurysm After my operation he called Stanford hospital to see how I’m I doing this doctor cares about his patients for those who gave him a bad reviews go to the County Hospital there you going to Wait more than three hours or more

Dr.Posada is a grate doctor I always feel welcome and like I know this doctor as a family memeber. Yes you do have to wait because you might have gone without appointments but other than that it’s verry fast.

Its ok. Took me for ever to see Dr. Posada. After I finally got to see him he was worth the wait! I just think they should warn about being here longer before you get here.

Doctor Posada is an excellent doctor, he provides the best care for you, and he will run tests, just to be sure that you do or dont have something. Depending on the situation, he will either wait to prescribe medicine or prescribe it to be safe. He will refer you to the right doctors, for whatever you need, the only problem with dr. Posadas office, is that he is so popular, that its hard to get through on the phones. That is because the receptionists rotate between answering the phones, and helping the patients thats at the counter( The office is not that big, but it is well worth going through all of that for the best doctor in the world). Dr. Posada genuinely cares about his patients I highly recommend dr. Posada to anyone who is, looking for the right doctor.

Horrible staff, horrible work and they dont care for the patients its just a bad place to get checked or assisted very unprofessional!!!! If i could give them negative 5 stars i would!!

It is very unprofessional to answer the phone and tell you, we be with you in a minute, but after hearing the stupid sound of the beeping phone for more than 20 min...you have to hang up... terrible customer service skills.!!!

I dont know why doctors staff schedule so many people if they cant handle them, doctor is really good, the only bad thing is the waiting time, its horrible, whats the point to make appointment if you have to wair almost 2 hours to be seen. Hopefully doctor can look at this is starting making changes, our days are busy too to be waiting long time 😠

The customer service needs to improve a lot. One cannot believe they are always lying to you. And they put you on hold and hang you up and they do not answer you anymore. How sad. To see an excellent doctor with that.

The worst doctor I have ever met! It is a shame that the Latino doctors who can represent us only abuse the service they can give us ... they never pass the orders for any study, and they do it to finally send us where they want and send us to do silly studies just to get rid of it. money to health insurance .. you dont even bother to look closely, much less check the affected area!

I like my doctor inn always listens to my physical problems and is a professional and has a great heart with the people of the third age was also my mothers doc and I allude a lot with hella to be the best for my mommy god bless him and remain as compassionate with your patients 😘😘
