The wait time is ridiculous. Had an appointment for a family member at 10. Didn’t get in until 12. Couldn’t see doctor until 12:30. What is the point of scheduling appointments then?

If you have Medi-Cal, dont go here. The doctors are rude and not helpful at all. They provide unclear instructions, and it seems there is no communication between doctors and receptionist. They especially disrespect Medi-Cal patients. Avoid at all cost.

Couldnt even talk to the doctor. Gave me benzoyl peroxide at 10% when she should’ve gave me 4%. The chemical was so strong that i woke up with my face so red with chemical burns. Thinking of suing.

If i can give zero star for this place i will do that .If you think you need a family doctor ,dont go here .Bad , bad , bad service . The doctor dont have enough knowledge , English is limited ,staff not nice and too crowded inside ,i thought this is super market. It not look like other doctor office quiet and only few patient waiting .If you make phone call to ask for some information they are not willing to help you . Go somewhere else for better service .

This office more likely flea market than doctor office, not professional service at all, a lots of people all the time inside and staff not nice. Look for somewhere else better.

I would have give this place 0 star if I could. I have been working in the service industry 5+ years, I have never been in the situation where I ask the receptionist a question and they tell me to Google it. I got there at 9AM as walked-in and I only get to see the doctor at 5:30PM because its the rule. Now, imagine how they treat your parents your grandparents when they come here as a patient

If you value your time, your health, your life, and yourself; Do Not go to this office. Dr will disregard your opinion and will not listen to what you really telling him. There are other Vietnamese Dr who respect you as the “customers.”

Difficult to work with their staff. My mom is a high risk diabetic patient in need of medically prescribed orthotics. We asked for my moms chart notes (for insurance purposes) and the woman working either didnt understand us or didnt care. She was rude and dismissive. Ive never encountered such an unnecessarily aggressive medical staff person. It was weird.

He is a good Dr but he has a such bad manager!The manager: she is not willing to take support the patient issue until the end becauseshe is not understanding English very well when contact the Insurance and recommend us to change the insurance or change the doctor! (over 20 yrs with Dr Tuan P.) or paying cash when it can be paying by insurance.

To all whomever are considering,There are many other alternative options. If I were to describe this place it would be sloppy.From what I have experienced, they provide half ass check ups in order to have you return. It seems their objective is to milk you of your money. The doctors aren’t to blame but their receptionists are extremelt rude. They say things along the lines of “If it’s an emergency just go to the hospital.” Or if you are unhappy they will say, “Then go change doctors.” Attitude is all I’m getting. A lot of lip and no service. I don’t have time to be continuously misdiagnosed so that they can keep billing the insurance. I can only imagine how many poor and old elders are in there being played right now... There are many elders who don’t know any better and are whole heartedly trusting the staff. For people who have a better understanding, they will talk in circles and create misunderstandings that allow for their leverage. It’s truly sad that an honorable job of helping others has become a lucrative system. I don’t doubt the quality the doctors for anything. It’s their receptionist staff that is unprofessional and poorly trained. Personal experience: I’ve been asked “who are you?” With attitude as though they were trying to imply that I was a mere nobody rather than a patient. The receptionists were also very dsirespectful when talking to me using a tone as if she was a mother punishing a child. After voicing my opinion on the poor checkup I was told, I quote, “then go change doctors.” -not we can help you change or transfer- but exactly as quoted. Oh yeah, I’m changing doctors asap. OTHER DOCTORS SHOULD NOT COME TO THIS DOCTORS OFFICE OF THIS DOCTOR PHAN VAN TUAN, THEY DONT BE REFUNDED AND IMPOSSIBLE TO THE AGES OF THE OTHER PEOPLE, THEIR WORDS WILL NOT BE WRONG. THEY WILL NOT SIGN DOCTORS OF Illness CERTIFICATE FOR THE DISEASE SO THAT YOU CAN APPLY FOR IHSS OR CERTIFICATE OF DISEASE TO GET NATIONALITY EXAMINATION. I WISH I HAVE A 0 STAR LOGO I HAVE GIVEN THIS CLINIC. ALWAYS SPEAK FOR THE COMMUNITY BUT IMPORTANT ACTIONS INCREDIBLE.
