I absolutely hate going to the dentist. I was referred to this practice by a friend, and I’m SO glad I came here! The dentist has always been a scary experience for me. Cherry Family Dental (the staff and doctors) make the experience great! I have absolutely NO complaints! They are affordable (I’m a cash paying client) AND they have amazing staff that answer all of my questions and they treat me with respect and kindness!!!I also have to say that Cherry Family Dental is an AMAZING place for Invisalign!! All of my kids had the best experience with their program! We are SO thankful for their expertise and kind care!!! They were extremely affordable, which was really important as we had three kids to treat.Thank you so much!!!!!

Very pleasant, the staff were very nice and helpful. The assistant were also very gentle a d made me fell relax... as did the hygienist. And and overall The dr. Was very conservative with the tx. Highly recommended!!!

I called in the office to set a new patient consultation for veneers. Their current promotion on their website states that there is a free consultation for cosmetic dentistry services/ teeth whitening. The receptionist told me that she did not believe that there was a free consultation and I told her I was looking right at it on the website. She put me on hold to check and shortly after she did not acknowledge that I was correct and just told me that the consultation for veneers was not apart of the free consultation. I then asked her, “Veneers is not a cosmetic service?” She didn’t know the answer to that so she told me that the Dr. was not in at the time and was going to ask another employee. When she returned to the phone, she then proceeded to say that the Dr. is not comfortable applying veneers and multiple patients come back because they tend to chip and break off more easily than crowns and suggested thats what I get. I was offended because first of all the Dr. has not even seen what my teeth look like. Also, if she knew the Dr. only wants to do crowns then she should have said that in the beginning. I have been researching and researching to find a Dr. so I could get a Hollywood smile, 8 top and 8 bottom veneers but the receptionist didn’t listen to what I had to say or what I was interested in.

Very friendly, helpful, and detailed with their report. I went in for a consultation, and they gave me a whole comprehensive detailed plan. They looked at all my options and how I can be supported throughout the process.

I returned to Cherry Family Dental after an 18 month Covid hiatus. I had a very positive experience from the time I opened the door to the time I walked out. Every single person in the office is upbeat and welcoming.I felt right at home, and my teeth look and feel terrific. There is a new device being used during cleanings that kept me totally relaxed because I wasnt thinking about drowning. Ive never felt so calm during a dental appointment! I whole heartedly recommend this office for all your dental needs.

I was impressed with professionalism and care that I received. I was immediately welcomed by Christine. My hygienist, Brenda was very thoughtful of my cleaning procedure and explained all the steps to improving my oral health. The doctor reviewed my case and further explained what I needed to do. They followed strict sanitizing protocol. Very pleased with my visit.

It’s never a great time to need emergency dental work but if you do I would recommend Cherry Family Dental. I was able to make an appointment and have my tooth fixed the same day. Each staff member was extremely friendly which helped as I was nervous. They made the visit quick and painless.

Ive been going to this dental practice since it was Dr. Neuroths. Then Dr. Henney bought the practice. I have always loved this dental office for its warmth and professionalism--and that continues with Dr. Henney at the helm now. She has remodeled the office and brought in even more high-tech dental care goodies. I had a cleaning appointment today (7/15/20) and great care was taken both for my safety, the staffs safety, and the safety of other patients. I would HIGHLY recommend this dental practice to anyone looking for a dental home.

They answered all my questions and went above and beyond and I couldn’t be more grateful. I’m so glad they have a yearly plan for people like me with no insurance and I plan to make them my regular dentist.

My wife has been telling me to go there for a couple of years but it took an infected tooth to finally get me to make an emergency appointment. With the COVID 19 pandemic you had every thing in order by taking temperature , have you use hand sanitizer, pens with temporary covers, all the staff with face masks and gloves. The desk area has plastic window guards and so everyone is protected. During the procedure Dr. Henne had her PPE and made sure you were comfortable with the procedure. Thanks again!!!

We have been coming here as a family for over 8 years prior to Dr. Henne taking over practice and have always loved the friendly folks here and the way they take care of us especially our daughter since she was 5 years old. With Dr. Henne they have really stepped up the look and technology and I believe they are one of the best in San Jose in all aspects!
