I have only been to this dental office twice now, but so far I am loving the team! The office is super warm and welcoming and the location is great! Going to the dentist can be a scary experience, but I felt no sense of nerves in my two times visiting. I am relieved I found an office that I love!

Dr Bauer and her staff are fantastic.Every interaction has been great. My first (and hopefully only) root canal was with Dr. Bauer when I moved into the area. Im not sure if there truly is a such thing as a pleasant root canal, but darn-it, Dr. Bauer came as close as one can. Office is accessible and you can always find parking. They utilize fairly state of the art equipment. Highly recommended.

Dr. Linh Bauer has been my dentist for years and I give her 5 stars. She has a very courteous friendly and professional staff in a very clean and relaxing office with a convenient location.Theyre always on time with their schedule and I never have to wait long in the waiting area. Her dental hygienists are excellent and efficient at all times.I like Dr. Linh Bauer because she is very knowledgeable , works hard on her treatment plan to accommodate ones needs personally and will not convince you to pay extra for work that is not necessary because she cares for her patients ,and she would refer you to the best dental specialists in the area that would help in minimizing out of pocket cost as she did for me with my dental implants.Im happy and very satisfied with her dental work in every aspect , thanks to her I can now eat and smile confidently and will not hesitate to recommend her to whomever needs dental work in the future.

Warm, welcoming, professional, caring, and dare I say fun. Thats right, an appointment at Dr. Bauer is fun. The challenge is catching up on everyones news in between scraping, flossing, and polishing. But we get it done until next time.

The office is always professional from the front receptionist desk to cleaning and exrays; the staff are always warm, personal, professional and punctual. in the many many years that myself, my family and any friends i send there have received dental work, there has not been one problem or complaint. i would recommend them to anyone! i live in mountain view and drive to campbell because they are THAT GOOD! two thumbs up!!!

Very clean, calming office and efficient practice with consistent excellence. Nassim, the hygienist is thorough, efficient and very personable. Dr. Bauer gives options and is not keen on intervening unless really necessary. Highly recommend- and I tend to be fussy. Update... several visits since last and continued to be impressed with Dr Bauer and Nassim, the hygienist. now fully and carefully implementing COVID protocols. Felt very safe and cared for.

If you go here, hold them accountable for how they treat you.One of the dental technicians stopped in the middle of my cleaning to tell me we were not a good fit. I was a ball of nerves because this was my first cleaning in years, I thought everything was fine and I was trying to push through my discomfort . I remember I had my firsts clenched and I did squirm and made an audible tic ( I have Tourettes and told the office before and on my first visit). I remember the technician sounded annoyed as she stopped and sat my chair up.She wanted me to end the appointment and come back another time because she thought I was in too much pain but when I said I couldnt afford that she said Im really empathetic but this is not a good fit (LITERALLY WHAT SHE SAID TO ME). When my face reacted poorly (because she was incredibly and so randomly rude) she became even more vile by rolling her eyes at me and had to leave and ask for Linh to come in. She returns, begrudgingly and says Alight well, lets try again... She must have been annoyed with me before I was aware or maybe she projected my Tourettes into me being a difficult patient, either way at this point Im so over this woman scoffing at me.Linh Bauer comes in after a few minutes and asks if I feel okay and I was so thrown off by the technicians ( Nassim) vibe I said something like Shes making me feel uncomfortable and Nassim immediately sighs and says SEE!. Linh Bauer had to finish the appointment and it wasnt until I reminded her of my Tourettes Disorder that she started to apologize for Nassims behavior. Her main explanation was that she has worked with this person for 6 years, and that was it. After speaking with family, friends, and other dental offices I realized this experience was not at all my fault, and that 1. Nassim, for whatever reason, decided I was not worth the trouble and did not deserve the best quality of care, and 2. Linh Bauer defended this behavior blindly. 3. I tried reaching out to Linh and she ignored my first email for 3 months, after calling the office she did reply with Im sorry you feel that way and here we are.Nassim and Linh, if youre reading this know that this is not an exaggeration and this my truth, my perspective, and I challenge you both to do better. Prove me wrong and never treat a patient ( especially those confiding their disabilities with you) like a nuisance, ever again.
