Loving this dental place! Their customer service is great (you can text them and get replies) and the dentist is pretty honest with you (wont suggest to drill every single one of your tooth that seem to have cavities based on the X-ray, because sometimes they are just shadows). If you dont want to get your tooth operated, they wont force you to.

My whole family including my 5 year old go to Dr Mody for regular checks, cleaning and other oral care. Their stuff are super helpful with appointments, both doctor and hygienists do really good job for what we need. I always feel pleasant going to our appointments.

So happy we found Bascom Family dental Clinic. It truly has a family vibe. Everybody is very friendly but professional. The place is clean and also has a homey feeling. After last dental practice it is very relieving that they dont try to push any unnecessary treatment on us. They all take good precautions during covid times.

What a relief! A wonderful and friendly family practice with an excellent doctor and front desk staff. I was coming from a bad experience and this place restored my faith in dentistry. Great service. Amazing staff as well. I needed a tooth filing and my gum was swollen. Dr Mody and his staff were quick to accommodate me the next day and fixed the issue immediately. The treatment is to the point and they never Try to sell unnecessary treatments like other dentists.

Everyone was very nice and the dentist was willing to work on my teeth even though I can barely open my mouth from arthritis in my jaw. He didn’t have xrays done because I told him that the xray plates don’t fit in my mouth. He’s the first person who didn’t pressure me into trying it.

Everyone was very friendly and I felt very comfortable. Dr Moody was very informative and let me know that will go the extra mile to make sure my new crown will match the tooth next to it.

Went to see Dr. Mody, super-friendly dude and as painless a cleaning as Ive had. Staff is very nice and made sure my insurance would cover a deep clean. The hygienist did the deep clean and it was WAY better than previous runs. She uses some sort of magical power to make the anesthetic as easy as can be . Best practice Ive been to in decades.

Put in the extra time to take a few photos during the filling process and then show them to explain what he was doing, since my cavity wasnt showing up on the x-ray, but he could see with the trained eye.Great experience, great team that remembers your name, family, and the like.

I never thought I would say this but, I had a very pleasant experience during my visit to have a few cavities filled. The staff was welcoming and kind. I have had my share of terrifying dentist visits in the past and as a result, I am always extremely nervous leading up to and during my appointments. Dr. Mody was understanding of this and offered laughing gas to help me relax. Most importantly for me - I did not feel a thing during the procedure, not even the pinch you would expect from the Novocaine needle! I am glad that I will not have to worry about my next visit! Dr. Mody made going to the dentist not so dreadful after all. Thank you!

I have been a patient of Dr. Modys for a few years now. When he switched offices, I knew I had to became a patient at his new practice. Once you find someone you trust and does great work, you have to stick with him. There are a lot of people who are leery of dentists due to bad experiences or horror stories from friends or family, but with Dr. Mody, you will never have to worry. Youll know when you meet him that he always has your best interests. He does not try to sell you anything, he shows you exactly what needs to be done and why. He involves you in the process so your mind is at ease. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

My family and I took an extended vacation to California and we were overdue for our dental check-up. We told the office we would only be coming for this one appointment and continue our care with our dentist back home. The lady over the phone, Kay, said that wouldnt be a problem. My kids (age 2-3) and I were scheduled the next day. I was a bit hesitant at first taking my kids to a new dentist, however once I met Dr. Mody, I knew it wouldnt be a problem. Hes great with kids and shows them what hes going to do before he does it. He even offered free laughing gas if the kids needed it. He took his time to explain what he was looking at and answered my questions thoroughly.Ill definitely be visiting Dr. Mody whenever were back in town!

To start with it was my sons 1st dental appointment and when he came out he said the doctor is really cool..the staff was very friendly and the doctor Karan was very kid friendly.

Oh where do I start. I will start off by saying this!! Bascom Dental is THE BESTEST dentistry ever! I mean it! I moved here almost 3 years ago when someplace else and just want happy with them. I lucked out by walking by their office a year ago and super pleased I took the time out to see and talk to the most Awesome receptionist Kay! Kay is Amazing from the insurance part of it to billing and even watching your bike in the office while you are getting the Best cleaning ever . Dr. Mody has been our dentist for a few years now. Dr. Mody goes over and beyond to provide state of the art dentistry at affordable prices. Kaye knows insurance like the back of her hand. She has helped me so much over the years and my kids and friends too. She will help you find the financially most beneficial solution to maintain your teeth. My kids still live in the Bay Area and when they call, Dr. Mody they have a sense of continuity of care since they have been at this office 26 yrs (their whole lives). Dr. Mody knows their teeth, knows, their care and them. We have been through 2 dentists before Dr. Mody. All 3 have been absolutely tops. Each dentist has had their clientele at heart when they sold to the next dentist. They made sure that the dentist who bought the practice would maintain the same service and top notch technology. Dr. Mody and the staff try to get you in very quickly when you have an emergency. My Dad and a friend have both been to the office off hours after big issues happened. You are not just a number to the staff. I cant say enough nice things about this dentist. My kids say when they start their own families, this will be their dentist. We are clients for life.

Dr. Mody is a young, patient and caring dentist. He took the time to answer all my questions I had not only regarding my treatment, but also about dentistry work in general. In regards to my treatment, I was very impressed with the care Dr. Mody and his assistants provided while ensuring I was comfortable throughout the entire procedure.
