My dentist and the staff are wonderful and first class! I hate going to the dentist but often go because I had a bad biking accident that messed up my teeth. Once I am there they go out of their way to make me feel comfortable and pain free. They are patient and I enjoy talking to them. They really stand by their name. You are always greeted with a smile! I came hear for a consultation in mid November.. I have double wisdom teeth and needed 8 pulled... the consultation went great so I thought. During the consultation I made it very very clear im afraid of dental work and would like to not feel a thing or see a thing or hear a thing during my wisdom teeth removal.. this was my 3rd opinion and the 2 previous both insisted I get put under general anesthesia and they explained it to me... silican valley smiles enformed me I would be under sedation.. but what they didnt tell me was what kind.. I thought we were both on the same page and GENERAL ANESTHESIA would be used... my appointment was for Jan 12 2021.. day prior I called to just get a lil more info..and im told I actually will just get a pill and I wont get general anesthesia this is the 1st time Im being told this 24 hours before my actual appointment. the pill is bacically Conscious sedation EXACTLY WHAT I DIDNT WANT !!!!... That night before my apointment I pondered it over and I mentally desided to reschedule and do it the way I wanted with general anesthesia.. let me just say this, a Dr is suppose to make ya feel comfortable and ya suppose to feel good and worry free.. after trying to reschedule I got a very very very unprofessional text from them.... to the staff ...take the time to explain peoples options !!!!.. tell them the difference between general anesthesia..local anesthesia.. and conscious sedation... the best part was this.. they messed up and would not let me rebook another appointment unless I paid in full prior... thats right they wanted me to pay fully prior cause they didnt disclose to me the proper info.. had ya told me during my consultation it was gonna be a pill I would have stopped and said thats not gonna work for me and we could have got it right then and there.... long story short what a compleate waste of my time that was.. instead of being done with this and having my teeth removed and healing... im back to square one... again to the people at this office please go over everything with people and give them there options dont just pick conscious sedation for people.. again that text is extreamly unprofessional

He’s very knowledgeable in his field and I’m so happy with my teeth.He went above and beyond with excellence service to me. Dr. Hagshenas is wonderful, friendly, and highly skilled. His assistant, Cyndi, is just amazing and very experienced in her job too.Yesterday I had an implant surgery in their office. They put a huge implant in place of one of my missing molars and they did their best to make me feel comfortable during the 2-hours process. This morning, given the nature of the surgery (putting a large screw into your jaw bone!), I was expecting to feel at least a little bit of pain or swelling around the implant, but absolutely nothing. I wasn’t even so sure do I need to take my medicine (pain killer + antibiotics) anymore!They are providing very high quality service and I highly recommend them.

Dr. Hagshenas and all of his staff are bar none the best. I’ve had trauma in dentist chairs for years and suffer from major anxiety when visiting a dentist. Not only am I difficult to numb, but I don’t stay numb for long.Everyone put my kind at ease and explained the entire process. I was able to watch movies during the procedure, but what really made a difference was how patient Dr. Hagshenas was in taking his time. He insured that I would not feel a thing. That speaks volumes since I had to have a double root canal.Thank you so much! You’ve gained a patient for life!

I wish I could sing Dr. HagShenas and his staff’s praises more! They are all beautiful and kind human beings. I came to the office scared. I cried explaining my nightmare experiences in the past. He held my hand and said he’d take great care of me. Several years later he has kept his promise. He’s very gentle, makes sure I’m always comfortable and checks in to make sure I’m not scared. I had to be sedated for a couple of procedures and I’m happy to say I don’t need sedation anymore. I fully trust Dr. HagShenas with my entire life. He and his staff are now considered family.

The best dentist I have ever run across, this entire office is a gold mine for a find. If you ever have the chance to use SVSS you will wonder how you ever went to another dentist. The staff is helpful, friendly and kind. They are willing to work with you to get the results you are looking for. They unlike other dentist care about pain management. An example with any of my other dentists I would mention that I can feel some pain, they would respond with Well we are almost done or Nothing we can do. At SVSS they stop and take care of ME as a patient, then continue on.The work and results attained by Dr. HagShenas is nothing less then stunning. He spends the time to make sure he does it RIGHT, there is no shortcuts with him. He is well studied and caring for his patients and it shows with his chair side manner.THEY ARE AWESOME!
