Last time I tooked my kids to this dentist was a year ago. They had been going there the past 2 years. I decided to switch dentists after they changed the front office receptionist. When we started going there it was a girl working the front office. She was good and with no problems at all. But ever since they switched her to a new guy, customer service went downhill. Im not sure if the guy has zero experience working in a dentist office, but he sure does need lots of training still. He doesnt know what hes doing most of the time. Once when I took my kids for a cleaning he failed to check first when it was the last time one of my daughters was there. So I took them all in at once only to be told that 6 months hadnt passed yet since her last cleaning and that I needed to wait one more month if not she wouldnt be covered 🙄 so I felt he didnt do his job well by CHECKING before he booked our appointment. It was a waste of time becauseI took her out of school early and had to come back with her in a different day. I was happy before he came 😔 and the experiences the last 2 times we were there were bad. Also my last appointment was canceled, because the dentist wasnt going to be there that day. I called them about 2 times to reschedule it and no one ever got back to me at all. Thats when I decided I needed to find a new dentist thanks to the poor service at the front desk.

First I brought my kids here for a quick check. They were great! The office was pretty clean. Staff were friendly. My wife and I now come here for checks and cleaning as well.If you have kids, you should bring them here. They have their way around the kids. Highly recommended!

First time my father went to this dental office. Customer service was friendly and the dentist explained options available.
