Everyone was so nice and very informative, special thanks to Dana who was very kind and knowledgeable and explained the awesome services they offer! Doctor Mindy has helped educate me extensively on many personal health journeys. Im 44 and in the last 2 years Ive embarked on numerous fasts, and have turned to Dr. Mindys hour by hour breakdowns of whats going on inside my body many times to give me encouragement to stay on track. 40 lbs lighter and years younger both looking and feeling I just had to leave a 5 star review to say thank you. Im now over a dozen Body Fat % points down from where I started nearing my goal of 12% at 190-195lbs hopefully in the next 6 months. (Im 6 and weight train) thank you for all you do. Its kept me on track countless times as I rewatch your educational videos. Next time Im in CA Im stopping in.

WOW! This is the most amazing wellness center I have ever experienced! From the staff to the results I have gotten, it is nothing short of a miracle. Everyone in the office is knowledgeable, supportive, and treat you like family. Dr. Mindy delivers the best chiropractic adjustment that helped me get rid of chronic low back pain and enhance my sports performance. She coached me through a detox that changed my life and helped boost my immune system and get rid of chronic cold sores!!!!! Jessica is the sweetest and makes sure I am taken care of in the office. I highly recommend the team at Family Life Wellness. I am into Spartan Racing and high endurance training and have been using their therapies as ways to enhance my performance. The whole team there, backed by Dr. Mindys expertise, are wonderful.

I love this place! I have been getting chiropractic care from Dr. Mindy and her team for years. As an athlete, this office completely changed the way I train and recover. Her new wellness center is EVERYTHING you could need. I spent a day doing all the therapies and was so impressed, AND I felt great for weeks! The hyperbaric chamber was a new experience for me and I loved it. Also hearing all her other patients talk about how it has helped them is very inspiring. The joov helped some of the scars heal better on my face, and the sauna gave me a serious detox. Overall this place has saved my life many times over. Couldnt recommend them enough!

Full of loving and understanding staff. All the tools in the office are there to help us, as patients, heal. I hurt my wrist at work, and Dr. Mindy told me to do the PEMF to help the cells have the energy to heal themselves. Even though she warned me that the PEMF might take 20-40 visits to really kick in and make a difference that I could feel, within four visits, the pain was substantially lower, and the motion in my wrist had almost completely returned. Love it!

I have been a patient at Family Life Wellness Center for about a year and a half. Dr. Mindy introduced me too the different detoxing programs available to me for the numerous symptoms that I came to see her for. The results that I received from my heavy metal detox were astounding! I am thrilled to share that I have not had a single migraine since I completed my heavy metals detox over one year ago. They are very, very accommodating to the unpredictable whims of my schedule, work with me on my insurance claims, and provide excellent care. Most importantly, Dr. Mindy has significantly reduced my chronic back and neck pain over a mere few months. Even when I went backpacking for a week, the pain did not return as I expected. This place is full of such loving and helpful people! As an athlete in a primarily gymnastic sport, I can do some nasty numbers on my body. FLC has given me and my family above and beyond quality care. Dr. Mindy and her staff have always been willing to work with my schedule and accommodate me at odd hours of the day when I am dying for an adjustment (meaning they would stay open that last 15min).
