I had a nasty concussion in February of 2021. I lived in misery for 5 months without a diagnosis, I had struggled to find anyone who could help me. 3 primary care doctors, 1 neurologist, and 2 ENT later, I found Dr. Tran and his wonderful staff. They have been empathetic, understanding and patient. I know at times I can be demanding and stubborn, but this staff and Dr. Tran truly care. Helped with a concussion I had back in 2018 that persisted for years. Conventional concussion treatment I received at Kaiser was outdated and ineffective. Dr. Minh and Dr. Joey were my last-ditch effort at being able to treat my issue. After months of trying to go at it alone I still had frequent symptoms and had to put halts on many facets of my life. He is very knowledgeable in functional neurology and has some of the highest quality equipment in the field. His explanations are very thorough and he was very patient with all my questions. I have seen Dr. Minh for 2 years for both ADHD and scoliosis chiropractic work. He knows so much about so many things and is always eager to share his knowledge with you...bring your “This weird thing keeps happening” questions and he’ll probably have some insight into why it is happening and if not, he’ll do research and let you know. Im so glad I met Dr. Minh! Growing up I played football in high school but never got evaluated for having possible concussions in the past. Dr minh has been a tremendous help I’ve had undiagnosed ADHD my whole life. Tinnitus and neck trauma he finally brought it to light for which I couldn’t find the proper help with most doctors his very kind and caring to your needs. I really appreciate Dr minh he gave me the full myriad of treatments of xrays blood work. His very thorough, and cares about your needs and questions. Being a chiropractor and neurological his dual tailored for brain neck and spinal injuries also being naturopathic approach instead of pharmaceutical drugs and traditional surgery. In the past I have always resorted to medications to get rid of my chronic headaches. After being treated by Dr. Minh Tran they completely went away and I stopped taking medications. He tries his best to find the root of the problem rather than just prescribing something you dont need.

Dr. Minh Tran is a super sharp and caring practitioner. He helped me figure out problems in one visit that I had seen multiple doctors about. For years I suffered lightheadedness and occasional dizziness, not realizing I had vestibular dysfunction. This was later confirmed at Stanford who was my in-network provider, but the treatment I received from Dr. Tran largely took care of the issues, and at a fraction of the cost. I preferred seeing him, and returned to him even though he was out of my Anthem network.He also found a bi-lateral pars interarticularis fracture which was undiagnosed by numerous PTs I had seen over the years. And largely eliminated my sciatica pain. After dealing with gut issues for many years, I did an elimination protocol with Dr. Tran to determine food sensitivities. This also helped with joint pain issues. I had thought my years of competing in triathlon would be over, but thanks to the care I received from Dr. Tran, I now have the confidence to complete my first half Ironman event. He has been so helpful with emails, the occasional gentle adjustment, supplements, and help with focus and attention issues. I had no idea how many areas are affected by vestibular issues! A great find.

NorCal Brain Center has truly changed my life! Its crazy to think about how much were willing to invest on materialistic things like clothes and cars but absolutely neglect our health because of cost. Dr. Minh introduced me to a whole new insight to how the brain works as well as how it could be treated. I had very bad migraines and within just a few treatment plans, my migraines significantly diminished, all without the use of medication! Last year I was in a car accident, but it was only a minor fender-bender. I was fine for a few months but I noticed my vision started getting blurry and I was getting weird dizziness spells and headaches. After one particular bad spell I decided to seek some help. A friend of mine recommended Dr. Minh. After an initial consultation, I decided to sign up for the exam. This was the best decision Ive ever made. The whole time, Dr. Minh was extremely thorough and could figure out exactly what areas of my brain werent working properly, and causing my dizziness. Dr. Minh helped me control my excessive sweating, after moving to California I noticed I would sweat a lot more while I ate or I would sweat when it got a little bit warm outside. Dr. Minh pointed out how this was related to the nervous system and how there might be improper messages being sent to my thyroid. Once I started to regularly see Dr. Minh this problem definitely went away along with the many digestive issues I had. Dr. Minh is very detail oriented and understand the brain very well, I highly recommend him!
