Dr. Ly has been fantastic! I had balance and alignment issues in my back following an accident years ago. Dr Ly focused on methodically strengthening the muscles and aligning my back. I am couple of months into the treatment and I feel a significant improvement in my balance and posture. I highly recommend Dr Ly and Valley wellness!

I’ve been going to Valley Wellness for years, on and off and for different reasons. Each time I go, Dr. Ly and his team always take great care of me to make sure I’m well treated each session. Unlike other chiropractors, he really tries to fix you up as best as he can, without rushing through the treatment, so you don’t need to keep going back for more paid sessions. I started coming to Dr. Ly a couple of years ago for low back pain. I had never seen a chiropractor before so was not too sure what to expect. I was very impressed that he took X-rays of my spine and was able to show/explain to me what was causing my issue. I started off by seeing him a couple times a week and as my symptoms improved, have tapered off. Dr. Ly is very kind, helpful and patient and I appreciate that I can discuss other concerns with him besides my low back - he’s been able to help with my wrist, mid back, neck, and knees too, as needed. Highly recommend Dr. Ly and his office! Scheduling is super convenient and theyre very responsive - by phone, email or text and have been able to squeeze me in for same day appointments. They also take my insurance which is a plus.

I came to Dr. Ly after months of chronic neck and shoulder pain. I was visiting California for work and hesitant to get treatment away from home. My first time to a chiropractor and Dr. Ly made me feel comfortable and well informed about what was happening with my spine. After and X-ray and consultation he proceeded to some electrocurrent therapy and adjustment. As someone who has had enduring back pain this was helpful not only in relieving pain, but after a few sessions I felt myself move towards more long term correction of postural inefficiencies. Dr. Ly helped explain why certain areas of my body were tight or I was experiencing pain; this was greatly helpful as well in understanding my own body. Highly recommend Dr. Lys office for anyone with back issues; I previously herniated 2 discs in my lower spine and feel that seeing Dr. Ly has helped me move towards recovery.

Dr. Ly is great! To preface this long review, I have to say I was initally pretty skeptical about chiropractory - but Dr. Ly has convinced me other wise and my back is great now. Highly recommend going to see him.Dr. Ly gave a comprehensive explanation of what was going on with my back. I did some online research before seeing him and they all say that one way to tell if the Chiropractor knows what theyre doing is if they take an x-ray or not. Dr. Ly did so and then was able to trace back the history of my back pain. I was tentative on going to see a chiropractor because 1. Im pretty young 2. My personal insurance coverage wasnt great 3. I was skeptical on how well chiropactory works in comparison to Physical Therapy and 4. I didnt want to get sold on pseudo-science pills and health supplements. Dr. Ly patiently explained why many people start explaining back pains in there 30s and 40s (basically their backs were likely messed up from younger days, but their muscles could compensate back then); however, when they started holding their kids, their backs became severely aggravated. Since my insurance didnt have great coverage, Dr. Ly gave me a great deal package deal. I have to say, chirpractory really worked. Before it hurt for me to sit in on a bench without lumbar support, now Im fine all day. Lastly, Dr. Ly didnt ever try to push any pseudo-science pills or up sell me on services.One other great benefit is that hes easy to reach, text/call/email and you can go in for a session. Go give him a visit if youve got back pain!

Ive been suffering from severe tension headaches for 3 years and after multiple visits to other doctors there was no definitive answers or reduction in pain. I visited drly after a referral by a close friend who had all positive things to say. He examined me thoroughly and was able to pinpoint problem areas in my cervical spine that were in turn causing the headache. Long story short my headaches are no more and im so happy i was able to see drly, thank you!!!

Dr. Ly has been amazing since day 1. I wish I could have found him sooner!!I have horrible neck tension from gymnastics when I was younger, and its been giving me a near-constant headache for about 10 years. At the low points I was getting migraines twice a week, I couldnt turn/tilt my head to the right much, and some days I couldnt even hold my own head up without severe shooting pains that knocked the wind out of me. I thought I would have to live like that forever (and it started when I was only a young teenager).To try to lessen the severity of the headaches, I started chiropractic visits with Dr. Ly. I had no idea how life-changing that choice would be. My headaches are gone, minimal at most, and I havent had a migraine in months. I also have my range of motion back. Its overwhelming to say the least.Visits have become something I look forward to every week. Appointments last about 30-40 minutes and its a mix of electro massage, adjustments, a vibrating massage thing that looks like a vacuum, stretching/rubbing out tight spots, a massage bed, and sometimes icy-hot cream. Ive definitely fallen asleep in the office because I was so comfortable. Its my weekly spa day where I shut off my brain and just enjoy the time... and on top of that I leave feeling so much better. Dr. Ly is young, fun, and personable, and the rest of his staff share his helpful and warm attitude. Theyre also super flexible, even with insurance, payments, and last-minute scheduling hiccups. Theyre accommodating in every way, to give you the best experience possible.Ive been to chiropractors before, but this isnt just another chiropractor. The biggest difference between here and other places is that care is SO personalized. Dr. Ly takes the time to examine your alignment every time you go in. He also asks if anything is bothering you, and truly helps those spots feel better. Other chiropractors Ive been to have been a generic back crack and its done. Ive also dealt with some sloppiness/haphazard adjusting in the past, but Dr. Ly is very... solid (?) (not sure how to describe it for newbies, but youll know what I mean if youve ever been adjusted). I feel safe, and he has total control and awareness of my range of motion. Nothing ever feels like its being forced or happening by chance. Each move is comfortable and deliberate. Dr. Ly goes the extra mile for his patients. I always thought what Dr. Ly did for me every time I went in for an adjustment was what every chiropractor does for their patients.There was a time where my neck hurt every time I checked my blind spot while driving but Dr. Ly was out on a family vacation. I was in so much pain that I went to another chiropractor and was shocked by how little they did and that other chiropractor just said some ice will take care of the rest. Well, five days later it didnt and once Dr. Ly got back he saw me right away and within 24 hours the neck pain was gone.

So Ive got to multiple chiropractors over my short life time for a variety of issues. One thing I cant stand if when they dont up front explain what theyre doing ie in the first appointment and when they arent open to feedback about my ailments. Dr. Ly is the opposite of that- he tells you exactly what hes doing, gives a great first exam and continually asks how Im feeling and takes my feedback when I say today X body part hurts more than Y. Ive begun to feel better week or week- chiropractic care is never a one week thing so know that going into it.Also, I like the way he works. Dr. Ly uses his hands and pressure from them to do the adjustments. Some chiropractors will use the table that lifts raises etc and then push you down on it- thats not the case here. It also helps that the appointment is a full appointment- stimulation to get your muscles relaxed for adjustments, adjustments and then various massages. I highly recommend Dr. Ly plus hes a younger fun chiro!

Chiropractor with a lot of electro massage gizmos. There are different electric massage chairs and tables. So when you go there to fix your spinal alignment you get to play with these toys and feel good.
