Great operational set up. They have these little plastic boxes with a magnifying spot on it and little holes to smell the herb youre trying to figure you want. (But you cant touch or smell them now cuz the obvious) cute and friendly staff, with fire fire fire! Ill be back next time boss sends me up here for tile.

Came in today for my first time, and didnt receive any help, the prices are confusing. I did not receive my Industry discount qnd went back in to only get a discount card for next time and I dont live in the area. Then realized I was charged for an either double the price of the one I was asking for. I cannot get ahold of the phones or emails to fix issues. Cashier was nice though..

Check your cartages before you leave the parking lot! This was the second time this happened to us. Practically half the product gone due to issue shown in picture below. The first time was a full gram, that we couldn’t return because I didn’t check it until a day later. This time we got lucky because it was a promotion, but I’m sure if I called, I would of gotten the same response…

This place used to be cool and pretty convenient for curb side but ever since the bud tenders have been stealing, i just make sure to have cash and go inside. Make sure u have cash and just go inside, there’s more selection. Also, when u use ur debit card, before they’d say, oh we’re charging u a 3 dollar fee but I’ll give it back to u in cash. This last time i went, they told me again about the 3 dollar charge, i asked if I’m getting it back and they said no. Next day i see a 2 dollar ATM fee. So what was the extra 3.50 i was charged for? We work hard, we go for medication then get taken advantage of because we want to use our debit card? Shady.

Every experience I have had with the White Fire staff and manager J.P. Have been positive. They take the vtime to listen to what I am dealing with and then advise. I had the best experience today with J.P., as he took me under his wing and gave me a very good education on what would/would not work for me and why. J.P. Picked out some items to help me get through the pain. So generous was J.P., that he gave me an amazing deal and his phone number so I could call and let him know how I was doing or if I had any questions.. I trust them. Thank you for helping me.

Editing the previous 1star to a 3 since theyve improved their service. Got some decent flower at reasonable price. All taxes included price tags make life simpler. Would love it if the flower were not displayed in such inaccessible jars cause I like to smell and see what I buy.

White Fire is my go to place for medicine. The budtenders are friendly and knowledgeable. They make it a fun visit every time even on Customer Appreciation Day which is always hectic. The product quality is always great. The pricing is reasonable and includes taxes, so you always know what youre paying when youre quoted a price. And, their daily specials and Customer Appreciation Day specials are great.

Up until today, this had been my go-to collective. However, ever since the ownership changed hands, customer service has gone downhill. Today was the crux of it all, when my mother-in-law and then myself were lied to by two separate employees. For months, their electronic board inside has been advertising 3 full gram pre-rolls for $20, its been one of my favorite deals to get. The electronic board *still* advertises it, so my mother-in-law purchased 3 of these deals this morning. When she checked once she got to the car, none of the pre-rolls were full grams. When I called to ask about the discrepancy, I was then lied to by whomever answered the phone (no name was given) that theyve never advertised that deal. This abysmal behavior has lost you three customers, one of which had been frequenting your locale several times a week for years.

Alright. Customer service was fine. For the eighths they give you budlets with little stems you have to seed out which is pretty annoying because I couldve got better full nugs on the street, and on the streets they dont tax $5. May be back...

I stopped by last night to purchase some wax and I found a gram of wax that I wanted and the on it was for $45 but when the budtender look it up she told me that that price was wrong and she said price was $65 and they couldn’t honor the price that was displayed thats bad business and the manager that was there was very unprofessional!

Very disturbing operation to say the least. Everything from how creepy security approached me as I was barely parking, to all the silly questions they asked. Couldnt they see I was just a patient? Staff was pretty friendly but did not listen and simply told me everything was good and top shelf etc. The truth is none of their products was. Never going to this part of town again!

I’ve been going to this place for over a year now, and being a medicinal patient I have very limited options in my area (this being the nearest) to go to, so I’ve always appreciated this place regardless of the ridiculous prices and horrible budtenders. Today out of all of those times I was rejected to enter and told by everyone that the laws in San Jose had changed??? It’s almost March and I’ve been in this place nearing 40 times since January 1st. Horrible place, horrible bud tenders. Everything is overpriced, there are many better options nearby for recreational users.
