You know how they say we go the extra mile on there Mashine ?! No !!! My dog got a cut on is leg. I’m calling her “ hi I need to bring him right away” she says , “ no!!! We have no space “!! Really ? After 3 years coming with 3 dogs. Guys please believe me, I don’t like to complain, but come on. What are we doing here ?

I took my dog in to get spayed. The staff was great and the doctor was awesome!! My dog did not even have to use the cone. She was her usual self the next day. I recommend Rancho Bernardo Pet Hospital to anyone who needs a good vet. We are new to the area so we got really lucky!!

Went to get health certificate for our healthy kitten so he could fly in the cabin with me.So what happened when they heard, he’s not coming back to this clinic. Doctor over the phone started almost yelling that the kitty sneeze 2 times! And then she said there is something inside his nose and it’s definitely respiratory and he needs antibiotics shot.I told her he never sneezed at home, nor my other cat, his nose was clean and wet, no any symptoms of being sick. Healthy, active, good appetite, good stool. But she was insisting he sneezed and there is something in his nose.my flight was next day, so basically they put me in the situation: either you do this antibiotic shot or no health certificate. I did this shot. To the record: the kitty never sneezed even after this appointment, the vet also never sent me the picture of his nose she promised to send. So my conclusions are pretty simple: either he never sneezed and they just wanted to make some money knowing his moving to another place, or their environment is not sanitary and they have bunch of dust that made him sneezed. We took him to another clinic after the flight for a second opinion. Well, the kitty is healthy, and if there was a respiratory infection or virus, it wouldn’t go away in 1 day after the shot. So…I’m a corporate employee, I will make sure to share my experience about this clinic with our huge employee group. This is unacceptable. Going to look for another clinic for my older cat.P.s. I have never received the receipt of the procedures they made. They charged me around 300$ and promised to send explanation of treatment +receipt to my email. Never received it. Its all about work ethic…

We found out our regular Veterinarian left his practice unexpectedly and our dog had a ear hematoma that needed to be treated. After calling various vet clinics RB Pet Hospital was the only one that was able to get us in next day.We brought her in today and was treated and now shes a happy camper. The doctor was thorough in her explanation of treatment and the total cost was a fraction of another quote I received.We will certainly be making RB Pet Hospital our regular vet for our dog as well as our cat.

The whole staff here are wonderful. Kind, patient, empathetic, everything you could ask for! Sometimes being a pet parent is expensive (really expensive) and they understand that fact of life and treated me without judgment and with respect and compassion. I cant say enough good things about the RB Pet Hospital Team!

Honest fair and compassionate are all words that come to mind when I think of my experience here. I have 2 dogs (1 with severe anxiety) that have both gone here since they were little. The staff has been patient with my dog who is terrified of the vet and has made accommodations so that he feels comfortable when he is there. My other dog (accident prone) has had another surgery at another vet and was traumatized. When he was diagnosed with cancer and the staff made sure that I as the owner was informed and assured he would be given the best care. They were able to remove the tumor and my pup is living a healthy and happy lifestyle and was not traumatized by the surgery like in the past. Even after moving further away I wouldn’t take my boys to anyone else!

Let me start by saying Dr. Sondhi & Dr. Rose are amazing. They are kind, you can tell they love the animals and do great work. I have been bringing my dogs strictly to RB Pet Hospital for years now, but Dr. Horenstein is the WORST.She is cold & has no interest in my dogs health, only in selling me stuff & making money for the practice. I brought my dog in today for a visit due to a Trachea collapse she suffered a few months back from pulling on the leash too hard but Horenstein somehow came to the conclusion that my dog is having trouble breathing for being 7 pounds overweight (82 lbs instead of ideal target of 75 lbs). My dog is making a clicking sound while breathing (clear sign of Trachea collapse) & despite being in a resting/sleeping state, breathes extremely quickly. Mind you this is roughly 1 lb heavier than the last time I brought her into the practice a few months ago, where there was absolutely no mention of her weight causing any health issues. She raised her voice at me & talked as if she wanted to argue with me while I was visibly becoming agitated and trying to keep my cool. She did this while flipping through her brochures to find what diet food she wanted to sell me. I felt that she was not giving me the answers she already had & trying to manipulate me to pay $250 for an unnecessary x-ray.If you are considering this vet, see Dr. Sondhi or Dr. Rose, they are spectacular. Avoid Horenstein at all costs. I have had 3-4 visits with Horenstein now & every visit is the same. She is a saleswoman, not a doctor.Fortunately, the kind nurses scheduled me for another appointment with Dr. Sondhi free of charge to get a 2nd opinion. The staff, Dr. Rose & Sondhi are absolutely great.

This is our dog Mickey after dental procedure (over $900) at Rancho Bernardo Pet Hospital . All our dogs had dental procedures done before (different vet) and NEVER came back home looking like this. No matter what their response will be, this is not acceptable and there is no excuse for sending your dog home looking like he was beat up.

Took amazing care of my cat when she was sick.

One of my dogs was in a lot of pain, I was unsure of the location and origin of it. I called my own vet that Thurs and was told my dog could NOT be seen until Tues! I called other vets and RB Pet Hospital made room for us that day. Very pleased with Dr Sondhi and on my next visit I was also very impressed with Dr Rose, both Drs showed concern for my pet. I am switching to their facility for any and all future care.

We had the best experience here than with any other vet! Everywhere we called were booked for WEEKS, some even months. They were able to get Kleo in and taken care of the following day. We bought our 9 week old puppy to get a check up because we were unsure if her previous owners had her up to date on everything. They answered every question I had and explained everything throughly, the vet treated my puppy like her own and made sure nothing was overlooked. They even assisted me for my other dog at home providing a flea treatment. After our puppies appointment we were sent home with a puppy gift bag which included a sample bag of puppy food as well. I will definitely be bringing Kleo and my other dogs back, highly recommend!!

My dog had had some kind of skin issue on his elbow for a few weeks, but never seemed to bothered him. I had been planning on making an appointment with the vet, but have been so busy with other things. This afternoon I was grabbing some lunch in the plaza and I happened to have my dog with me. I figured I would stop in quick and show the receptionist a photo to see if it warranted a more urgent visit. She asked one of the veterinarians who was in the clinic (but not actually working) to look at the photo. He insisted that we go out to my vehicle and take a look at Maverick. He did a very quick assessment and gave me recommendations on the spot. I am super appreciative for that and they’ve made us and any future fur baby’s patients for life!

One of the best bet experiences we have had. Dr. Sondhi was thorough and informative as he walked us through his diagnosis. He was patient with our questions and thoughtful in his replies and the options available for treatment. He gave us practical solutions and kept things simple. He and all the staff were friendly, attentive, and comfortable! Really great experience.We recently moved to Escondido and have three dogs. We needed a quick check up and vaccinations for a couple of our dogs. Selected Rancho Bernardo Per Hospital because of the good reviews; its a bit farther away from our home than our closest vets. My senior dog started having seizures and I wasn’t getting satisfactory communication from her vets office at the time. My daughter has been a client of Dr Sandhi for years and always raved about him, so I took my old girl to see him. He was very kind and thorough. Came outside and spoke with me at length about how we will manage her end of life care. His office staff is amazing and they even mail me her medications at no extra cost because I live in Linda Vista. My only regret is that I didn’t take my old girl to him sooner. But he will be family vet for her, our other dog and our cat from now on. Highly recommend this office.Debra Moss

Dr. Sondhi and Dr. Horenstein are professional, honest, caring. The entire staff is friendly and have a gentle hand with our dogs and cat. One of our rescues absolutely abhors strangers and yet the staff and doctors are able to to keep him content. We have been clients for just over three years now and have always had positive experiences here. I dont foresee ever leaving this practice, as the care provided and the value for the service are superior. Extra bonus: the bagel shop next door is delicious!

Weve only taken our little guy to the RBPH a few times for medical-related visits - dental work which required anesthesia and several booster shots - but we take him to be bathed and groomed every few weeks. No matter the reason for the visit, the staff is always welcoming and professional. Though more than ready to be picked up, hes always in good spirits and is happy and healthy. The prices may be a little higher than you would pay if you shopped around, but the service youll get and the treatment your pet will receive is always top notch at the RBPH.

I have been taking my 11 year old Havanese to Rancho Bernardo Pet Hospital for many years. I have been very happy with the friendliness of the staff and Dr. Sondhi. I can always get her in the same day if I am having a problem. I also like that he gives options if there are any for treating what is wrong with my dog. Plus they are only a mile from our house. I would recommend RBPH if you are looking for a vet.

Rancho Bernardo Pet Hospital is wonderful. They have a very friendly staff and we appreciate the time they take to care for the animals. The vets do a great job explaining things and I am extremely grateful for their approach. They dont jump to the most expensive treatments first (unless completely necessary). Our dog has a very sensitive stomach and were told by an old vet that hed probably have to have surgery. Dr. Sandhi suggested changing his food first to see how that affected our dogs stomach. We found out that he had some food allergies and changing the food was exactly what he needed. We have been with Rancho Bernardo ever since.

Rancho Bernardo Pet Hospital is absolutely the best bet I’ve had!! Dr Sondhi and his team are so responsive to requests and treat your fur baby like it’s theirs. My dog can’t jump out of the car fast enough when we get there. That’s saying something!! I wouldn’t trust my babies with anyone else!!

I have been very happy with this pet hospital. The veterinarians and other employees are very professional, caring, they know what they are doing and they are very quick to respond via phone, text or e-mail. Our dog just had ACL and meniscus surgery 3 weeks ago at that office. We were very happy with the entire process and they even texted the next few days to check in on him and his recovery.

Friendly, caring, staff... and the doctor was greatA little pricey, but that’s because I can’t afford it right now, but Your animal is like your child, you don’t want to see them in pain. It’s worth it. We’ll figurine it out.... great place.

The staff was very friendly and really tried to make my cats as comfortable as possible, which I really appreciated since they are very nervous in new settings. The vet was very knowledgeable and kind, and I really liked how he walked me through their exams, explaining what he was doing while he was examining them, as well as describing what we want to see and not want to see. He also made sure to get to know the cats better by asking about their behavior at home, as well as their nutrition plan, toys, etc. The offered a half off exam price as a new client for BOTH of my cats since they are both new - no other place offered this! I also had their nails trimmed and my cats didnt seem to hate it completely since the nurse was very gentle and sweet with them. I got to stay with my cats during the entire visit! The costs are reasonable and I very satisfied that I selected this veterinary office to care for my two cats!

I cant imagine taking my dog to any other vet or groomer. When we returned home from a three year stay in Hawaii my dog had a chronic ear infection and was 20 pounds overweight. Not to mention she would shake everytime she walked into a vet or groomers location. Within months her ear infection was cleared up and has never returned. She was put on a healthy weight management program and is now at her ideal weight and full of energy. She is 13 years old and takes two walks a day in the hills of Fallbrook. As for their grooming service, she walks right in and comes out looking beautiful and is worry free. Great professional caring staff.

I want to start off by saying that Rancho Bernardo Pet Hospital has been an incredible light during a very hard time for our family. Our family dog was stolen from us 7 years ago, he was recently found all the way in North Carolina after a passerby found him stranded on the side of a rural road. I flew to NC and brought him back to San Diego (where we are currently stationed) but whoever he had been with for those 7 years was not taking care of him whatsoever and I found out that he needed serious dental work done. Dogs are suppose to have 42 teeth, when I brought my dog back from NC he only had 20 (his teeth had rotted, and were literally falling out of his mouth.) I brought him to the Rancho Bernardo Pet Hospital and as soon as I walked through the door we were swept in by loving arms. Every single one of the staff members at this facility care deeply about the health and happiness of each animal who walks through their doors. They have been nothing but kind to our family and my dog Bemis has quickly fallen in love with their manager Rebecca, he stops his shaking and whining as soon as he sees her! Our sweet boy only has 2 teeth now, but the work they did to make Bemis feel better surpassed my expectations and now we have a healthy and happy dog yet again. I will suggest this pet hospital to anyone and everyone who needs a new place to take their pooch for medical care. Thank you everyone at the Rancho Bernardo Pet Hospital.

We met Dr. Sondhi and his great staff when our Great Pyrnees puppy, Captain, starting limping. At 8 months, hes already 88+ lbs, so we were worried that it could be something more serious than simple growing pains. Dr. Sondhi took the time to explain possible causes, drew diagrams and looked up reference material specific to this breed. He performed thorough range of motion tests on Captains limbs (something his prior vet failed to do). Dr. Sondhi takes his time and has a great bedside manner with animals. His front and back office staff is also very attentive and loving with their patients. We are very pleased that in Captains case, after x-rays, it was a simple case of tendinitis. Glad to have found a reliable, honest practice that will care for our furry friend for years to come.

We couldnt ask for a better vet than Dr. Sondhi. He takes the time to explain what the situation is and givens us several options for treatment. He doesnt try to sell us treatments we dont need. If anything, by giving us options it makes us take a step back and realize that maybe the problem isnt as bad as we thought.It is obvious that Dr. Sondhi loves animals. Our dog has never been so excited about going to the vet. She can hardly wait for Dr. Sondhi to come into the room !

I suspected my dog had an intestinal virus so I came here because it was near my home and my past vet was a 3 week wait and a 45 minute drive. Because of good reviews and they could see my dog the same day I gave it a try. Right away because my dog is 12 years old (in excellent health by the way), he said he suspects she has diabetes and cancer and will not live more than another 3 years. All this before even seeing my dog. Blood tests he gave revealed she was anemic so then he insisted I schedule x rays (yes x rays for anemia) and a surgery date for cancer. She does have a very minor fatty benign tumor that has been there forever.A friend recommended Santaluz Animal Care so I got another opinion. The Santaluz vet said the anemia is extremely minor and concurred with my suspicion that what she had was an intestinal virus. Thats all. If you go to Rancho Bernardo Pet Hospital be prepared to be treated like a cash cow and sold everything you are gullible enough to go for.

I changed to this practice about a year ago and I couldn’t be happier . Dr . Sondhi and the girls are amazing and really care for the animals . My dog Kaya recently had surgery and they even called and checked up on her afterwards .they also sent me a text message photo of her in recovery and signed it from her . What a lovely thing to do for an anxious pet Mum !They’re also very honest and don’t try to up sell you things you don’t need .I can’t recommend Rancho Bernardo pet hospital enough . 5 stars all the way !

My 75 lb fur baby, Honey and I love the RB pet hospital. She goes in for a mani-pedi and loves the entire team there. I love the fact that the doctor will sit on the floor and makes sure your pet is comfortable before performing an exam. They also explain the issue and offer several different options clearly.

I just want to thank Rancho Bernardo Pet Hospital, Dr. Sondhi and the amazing staff!! I brought my husky in with very irritated ears after some digging and bad weather and they were really able to help me!!I HIGHLY Recommend, very affordable and very caring staff members.When I called to make the appointment I talked to a very nice staff member named Alicia. She was able to accommodate an appointment for my dog that day and was able to let me know all of the necessary precautions they are taking during this COVID-19 time and what to prepare for. It was extremely nice because I had never been here before and was very happy I was able to know what to expect.It was pouring rain and after arriving I was helped by Sylvia. The very generous staff member got my dog and brought her back to my car with my needed medication(due to COVID-19)in the pouring rain. Even though it was pouring so hard it was dripping down her face she still remained to have the most positive attitude and I was in and out within about 20 minutes--medications and all.Overall, I had a beyond wonderful experience and just want to thank this wonderful staff again for being so efficient, welcoming, and for making my uncomfortable husky and this very worried, stressed out pet parent-at the time, feel SO much more relieved.Thank You!

The staff is enthusiastic and kind; I always leave feeling great because theyre just so complimentary and helpful and clear and understanding. I raise show pigeons and when I asked if they would be willing to see them and provide a health certificate, they didnt hesitate to help me. They even enjoyed looking at my birds! They are terrific and it is worth it for me to travel farther to see them over other vets!

Was a great veterinarian when Dr. Sondhi had Ernesto and Silvia as nurses. Recently left due to no call back after 2days to find out if my dog should be seen. Place has went dramatically down hill. The other veterinarian is rude and only cares about money. Do not recommend going there.

Great service, always very thorough, and one of the few vets who can treat exotics. Ive brought my bunny there for several different issues, and Dr. Stephens is awesome! She always lays out a few different treatment options, which is great if money is a little tight, and she has always calls to follow up with you during treatment.Excellent and caring service, I highly recommend this place!

RB Pet Hospital is the very best in pet care! They have been treating our pets for many years and have seen my pets the same day every time we needed them. The doctors are very knowledgeable and friendly and the staff is always super cheerful and helpful. I could tell from the first visit that every person working at RB Pet really cares about and loves each and every pet. Important to me is that RB Pet doctors never push for costly or unnecessary treatments that we are not able to afford which is why I left my last vet.When our family dog was dying of lung cancer, Dr. Sondi came to our home to put Max down. About one month later, we received a letter that RB Pet Hospital had donated money in Maxs name to a university that researches veterinary medicine. RB Pet never said a word and probably didnt know the university would send us the letter. I was so moved by the gesture.

Brought a recently rescued dog in to the vet for a dirt time visit. The space was clean. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Had to wait 20 minutes to see the vet, (too long since I was on time for my appointment).The fee for the initial exam was free because it was a rescued dog, ( an unexpected bonus). The vet was professional and efficient. I had a little trouble understanding his heavy accent. Had to ask him to repeat himself. Maybe my problem and not his.The dog was diagnosed with two infections requiring meds. The bill for this first time visit was a hefty $490 which surprised me.I’ll report back in three weeks. If my dog gets a clean bill of health I’ll report it. if the bills keep mounting up, I’ll report that too. I hope to get what I paid for.

I found an abandoned cat last year and brought him to another vet to see if he had a chip. This cat tried climbing the walls in the vet room (walls were covered in a burlap type wallpaper). Once I accepted this cat as mine (his name is Midnight), I took him to RB Pet Hospital for neutering and vaccinations. I warned them about his behavior at the other vet office. However, he acted like a perfect little gentleman, and they all said he was so easy. The vet, Dr. Sondhi, said, He is a wonderful cat!. Dr. Sondhi is excellent and so is his staff - very caring, knowledgeable, easy to talk to. Highly recommended.

Mimi was Found as a stray and she was Picked up by animal control. She had been microchiped and her owners were contacted and they didn’t want her and left her there to die. On the day she was scheduled to be killed, a rescue group saved her. Mimi is all of 9 pounds and about 13 years old and had a cough. After going to Dr. Sondhi, they took x-rays, radiograph and bloodwork and Mimi had a very high level pneumonia. Mimi Is still very sick and thanks to Dr. Sondhi and his incredibly loving and kind staff, she is getting better and will make a full recovery. It would take too long to mention all the people that work at this hospital and how much they care about the animals. All of them are amazing and I am very grateful for that!! It’s extremely stressful to be part of rescuing and fostering animals And every day I agonized over the fact that maybe Mimi was too sick to fight. I just want to thank Dr. Sonhdi, Dr. Horenstein and his amazing staff for helping me, saving Mimi and being so very kind when I was falling apart!!!

I went in for the exam appointment for my two kittens. I was an hour early because I live in the Mission Valley area and I didnt know how traffic was going to be. They were able to take me early after the paper work was filled out which is great! The office is very clean and the staff is very friendly and informative.The assistant/nurse took me and my kittens into the room and took their weight. She also wrote down any concerns I had or symptoms my kittens had. One was sneezing a lot, so I made sure to let them know.Doctor Sohndi came in a few minutes later to examine my kittens and he checked everything for them. I wasnt able to get the neutering done that day because my kitten wasnt feeling well and the Doctor wants to make sure hes well prior to the surgery date. He told me exactly how to use the medicine and so did the manager when I was checking out.He also gave me a printout of the process and verbally told me the process of how everything will go for both of my kittens surgeries in two weeks.I feel very good choosing this office with the staff that works here. Rb pet hospital has been providing excellent service for my dog “kahuna” for the past 2 years. He loves going to the doctor to see all his friends, they really threat everyone like family and always go above and beyond for his needs. Thank you for always being there for kahuna and I.

This vet was only a second opinion for me as my primary vet just said my 12 week old puppy I brought in with hard bumps on his groin had a minor infection that would go away with some topical wash they gave me. A few days later I noticed more bumps and being a new dog mom I was worried so I brought him in to RB Pet Hospital since I was house sitting in the area and my co-worker brings his dogs here.The staff and doctor did all the necessary skin test and sent a culture out to the lab for the results. They also prescribed me antibiotics for him that day. Few days later they called me back to let me know he has Staph infection and will need to be on completely different antibiotic since he is repellent to the other meds/topical wash I have been giving him! Long story short, about $500 later I got the right antibiotics and medicated shampoo and feel very relieved that I have the correct care now for my puppy!I will be bringing Thor back to RB Pet Hospital for his routine care now over my neighborhood vet! And that will be a 30 min drive for me too but its worth it to have the best staff and doctors caring for your animal! Thank you RBVH!!! :)

Rancho Bernardo is a great place. Veterinary care is A+. The staff is wondetful and they are always happy to see Pita. She also goes for an occasional spa day and gets a bath and her nails done. Pita is boarded there when we need to go out of town. She is very well taken care of and I never have to worry. Thank you Rancho Bernardo Hospital.

We have been frequenting this pet hospital over the past several years, for regular check-ups on our cat, a Ragdoll. Weve been extremely pleased. Booking appointments is easy, reception staff are helpful, friendly and efficient and, perhaps most important, the care from the veterinarians has been first class. Our Ragdoll gives it a big paws up, as do we. Highly recommended.

They truly care about you and your animal(s)! they explain everything and dont nickel and dime you. I absolutely love this vet. I would recommend it to anyone.

The staff are condescending and rude. Louisa especially.I am a professional and therefore just as busy as the vets so I respect peoples time. Accordingly I was on time for my appointment, while the Dr was 20 minutes behind. When I told the lady at the front desk I had to have to leave, she looked offended, acted as if I were being rude, and spoke to me in a completely condescending way.Today on a separate day I had to call them and again, I got Louisa on the phone who was condescending yet again. She seems to act as if she is doing you a favor to check their schedule. I plan to find a different vet, as Im not going to continue to be treated disrespectfully. No thanks!I did give a 3 since the Dr himself did actually help my dog, though they want you to buy their expensive dog food and they upcharge like crazy on their meds (upcharge was as much as $50 compared to buying online).

I found RBPH on Yelp and from the quote request all the way through our first visit, I was completely satisfied with my experience! The staff is friendly and helpful, and they took great care of my little Stewart. I am so happy to have found an amazing vet and groomer in one place!

The staff at RB Pet Hospital was extremely professional and empathetic when my old cat had to be put to sleep. They were very up-front with the entire process and were very gentle and considerate with their treatment of Einstein in his last moments.

We have had a very positive experience with the Rancho Bernardo Pet Hospital. Our dog had a number of health issues when we moved to the area. Dr. Stephens took the time to listen to us describe the symptoms, asked questions about our pets history and habits, and conducted a thorough examination. Before recommending any tests, procedures, or treatment plans she explained each option and provided a written list with the cost. We did not feel pressured to have every test and procedure done, and were thus able to work within our budget. The office staff have been great about calling to check up on our dog after treatment, and answering any questions we have. Our cat has also been in for an annual check-up and shots. They do not have any office cats roaming around, which was a plus for us, since our cat has reacted badly to this in the past. They were friendly, loving, and complimentary with both animals!

Always look forward to see Dr. Sondhi and staff.. My recuse dog Amber with pretty bad with allergies.. Doctor Sondhi treated her 5 days after I got her.. Yesterday we went in for a follow-up and the plan for Ambers future..Amber has no fear at all and I always come away with new info and a plan to make her health better.. Dr. Stephens and her staff are exceptional. I brought my cat Fitsy in and they gave him the best care. I will definitely be returning soon with my dog and another cat that I have for an exam and their yearly shots.

Warm, caring staff. Weve brought animals as small as pet dumbo rats here, to as big as our 60 pound dog. Every visit has shown a marked improvement in our animals health, even in the more dire circumstances where little could be done (old age.)

Dr Sondhi will treat you like a friend and your pet like his own. I couldnt be happier with this veterinarian!I dread dealing with apathetic, corporation type, profit driven vets with my babies. Health is one area where I cannot settle for, I need to have the best! Someone that will genuinely care for my little ones and go the extra step if necessary, meaning call/messages off normal business hours in case of an emergency. Someone that would let me know how the surgery is going pre and post op. This is the level of care and service that you can expect from Dr. Sondhi and his staff and-- that is is priceless to me! On top of that his prices are extremely competitive! He is literally a blessing for my four legged family.

I highly recommend RBPH. I neglected my 12 year old dogs teeth because of the expense. It got to a point where my dog really needed dental work. The staff are so friendly and caring. Dr. Sondhi is absolutely amazing. He did a phenomenal job and it was the least expensive place I could find. Do your pets a favor and bring them here! I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Sondhi and the staff!I recently got another puppy and have ready brought him to Dr. Sondhi. Very clean facility. Prompt and very courteous service. Noodles had a bordetella liquid dose and we were on our way back home in no time.

UPDATEA year later and I can only wish for the option of more than the 5 stars. The staff at RBPH continue to provide competent, professional, kind and friendly service. My “stranger anxious” dog has also become “car” anxious. Staff were very helpful in getting her back in the car after her visit last week. Cali, with the immune disorder, is thriving under Dr. Sondhi’s expert supervision of her condition and medication management. Last week at her 6month check-up, he removed a malignant mass from her side. Complete success! I highly recommend this practice to all!!!I “followed Dr. Sondhi from a previous veterinary clinic, because I was so impressed with his medical skills as well as how he interacts with me and my dogs. One dog, in particular, is stranger anxious and Dr. Sondhi knew just how to approach her so that she relaxed for her visit. My other dog suffers from a complex immune-mediated disorder and his confidence and knowledge in how to deal with it has put me tremendously at ease. The staff is very friendly and courteous, competent and helpful. Its a bit of a drive for me, but so worth it to take my dogs to this Pet Hospital.

STELLAR!!! ***********WOW FANTASTIC THANK YOU SO MUCH! Dr Sondhi and his staff are absolutely wonderful. In my whole life with pets, Ive never had a vet see your pet his #1 patient! Hell sit on the floor with them, educate us, make a plan of action and implement asap! My sweet 12 yr old akita Nikita had a urinary tract infection and the holistic vet did not see that. Dr Sondhi right away walked Nikita outside to see and he instantly knew she had arthritis. So we are helping her with that now.Dr. Sondhi did the lab work and the next morning I got her meds for her infection. Nikita RIGHT AWAY looked and felt better!It smells and looks so great there -- feels like a spa. They even have the patient doors mirrored on one side so they can see themselves when they come in and they can look out when they are in the room. Amazing caring vet and staff!! Dr. Orenstein was very thourough in her exam! They were able to take my little chiquis in without an appointment and immeditely! I was so worried because she was panting heavily like it was a cardiac problem. Luckily, it wasnt that. And hoping the meds help her feel better! Thank you all for all your care for Chiquis!!
