By far the worst pharmacy experience I have had. Walk in for a pickup. Get told my medication is not ready and they were on lunch and the prescription was just sent in an hour ago when they werent working which is why it isnt ready. Come back in 30 minutes and it will be ready by then. I come back in 4 hours later, get told by same staff that my medication is available but not ready and I will need to come back in in 30-45 minutes.Also their employees take ridiculously long lunches and their pharmacy is closed for extended periods of time during their extended lunches. VONS employees informed me they take 2+ hour lunches on weekends and when asked when they would open, store employees said they werent sure.This pharmacy is poorly run, with terrible customer service. If you can, use a different location. Theres no excuse.

They are either not having the medication in the pharmacy or you need to wait “ another 20 min” because uour prescription is not ready.

Dr. Thao-Huong Le was very kind, knowledgeable and so caring in giving my 94 year old mother her Covid vaccine. My Mom was worried about it hurting but Dr Thao-Huong had her relax her arm and take a few breaths and it didn’t hurt at all! Thank you to the team at Vons on Regents! You are life savers and we appreciate you all!

They seem to be overloaded here. Even though there is noone in line, the 2 people on staff seem to be overwhelmed and there is always a wait. It’s been the same thing every time I’ve been in here.

I would give it zero stars if possible. I had to wait almost an hour to get a flue shot. Why? The other time I came to pick up my medication and they told me that I needed to wait 20-30 mins and they would call me when it is ready. I waited for one hour and finally went in to check what was going on. They said - as a perfectly normal thing - we do not have this medication. Absolutely the worse pharmacy I have ever encountered!

They didnt guide me well. They are just money beggar. Their customer service is not so good.

The older Asian checkout female with poor English skills is always slow, chatting with customer, very long line; several checkout personnel there are notorious for overly being social. I called the pharmacy, if you hit zero in the menus no one ever picks up; if you hit 5 a gal barks Pharmacy Hold .. Then, Each time the on hold music ends a cycle it rings but she just picks up and hangs you up back in to hold music for over 11mins, unacceptable! I gave up and have committed to a life of CVS Pharmacy, Vons lost my business.

Dr. Thao-Huong Le was very enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and caring in giving me two vaccinations. She was thorough in going over plans to get the next doses when I am living out of state in the coming months, and she even offered to call me tomorrow to check in on any side effects! Would definitely recommend.

Terrible service! Line is crowded! I had to wait for a flu shot for 30 minutes in Pharmacy just to find out that I have to wait 30 minutes more? Wrong!

Thao is the best! She was so helpful today- she offered to give us a call back when our RX was ready, she explained all the RX info really well and said if we had any questions to please call her. And then when we were heading to checkout later with another item she said she would be happy to check us out at the pharmacy so we didnt have to wait in the long grocery line. She really cares about the people she serves and now I love this pharmacy :) :) :)

The pharm tech had no idea what she was doing, and the pharmacist gave me some wrong information.

Bad vibe indeed. they just dont care about the customer. dr. faxed in prescription.they said theyd fill it but they never did. had to go through the whole process allover again. this has happened more than once. very unreliable.

This is the worst! The pharmacy wouldn’t fill the prescription until the pharmacist could talk to the patient. But the pharmacist was too busy sitting in back “eating her lunch”. Not a minute to spare for the only customer in 15 minutes.

I talked to people there when i am looking for stuff. Friendly staff.
