My phone camera broke so I went into Rite Aid to grab a couple of disposable cameras to grab cute photos of the weekend. They rang up to $26.99 EACH. So $50+ for 2 disposable cameras.That’s highway robbery.

This rite-aid pharmacy is always short staffed and there’s always a line. I waited for 5 minutes and I got to the front to pick up my prescription and the pharmacist stepped out for ten minutes and because of California law I couldn’t purchase without her fingerprint. Could you at least announce this before we all wait in line? One of many terrible time waiting experiences here. The managing pharmacist is nice and helpful but I wish corporate would help them out and hire more pharmacists.

Without a grocery store in the area, it comes in very handy. Has a little bit of everything, friendly service.

Went to do a western union. Used my own phone to make it happen. Other than w/u charges way too much and their equipment never works. Pay enough..?? Rite aid manager made it happen and she and others there tried and that is cool w/me.

Store is nice and clean but really inconvenient to get to and super hard to find parking. The actual Pharmacust was very helpful and caring. The rest of the staff was busy chasing with racket and standing around looking like theyd like to be anywhere else but there.

Small convenience store for on the go, don’t expect too much for it is a small store but they do have a great amount of almost everything. Gets a bit busy considering there’s not a lot of stores around the area, no public restrooms due to how small it is. Staff is great and gives you good prices for almost anything if you make a quick account with them to get there discounts.

Great pharmacy with super helpful staff

This was a very small rite aid with minimal items. They also have no bathroom, but if you need a prescription filled or a quick basic item it should be a good rite aid for you.

The other day, I was concerned that the prescription I needed would be prohibitively costly. This pharmacy, fortunately, stocks a full range of prescriptions. From the bottom of his ears, a pharmacist thanks you.

Came in and bought handful of items. Paid with debit and then asked for the items to be bagged. Cashier said they’re 10 cents. Asked the people before me if they needed a bag but didn’t ask me. Then DENIED me a bag literally over 10 cents. Even Walmart is not that stingy.

I love this place on 5th Ave & Robinson. My clerk was sweet as pie & a truck driver paid for my Chardonnay. Whats not to like? You all my day & my 76th Birthday! I also got my flu shot here last fall & checked myBP on their new machine! Now my FAV ♥️ Thanx!♥️

Jeremy and the whole pharmacy crew is amazing!!! They have helpef me many times with my prescription and always with a smile!! Its rare to find a pharmacy that will do everything possible to help out the customers. Even when I moved and started going to a new Rite Aid pharmacy Jeremy and the staff answered my questions and made phone calls to help me. Top notch customer service!!!

The pharmacist was not helpful and supportive at all - horrible customer service.First I was told what I was looking for is not available in the store - without even checking himself or in the computer. After sending me around different isles to find something similar I started to look for what I need myself for several minutes I went back and the pharmacist was busy making coffee rather then helping me out after I had questions to a couple products I found.Very bad customer service! Please be a little more encouraged and helpful to customers who are looking for stuff. After all I found exactly what I needed since it was on a shelve after all, took only 30 minutes. It wouldn’t hurt to come out of the pharmacy in the back and actually walk to the isle with a customer. After all you make a big salary, do a little work for it please and help your customers actually out.

Hit or miss. Theres a really cool guy here that is always helpful and he loves my dog. I love that I can bring my dog into this store; however, I have seen down right mean staff here that seemed like they went out of their way to be rude. I wish i could remember the names. Overall, pretty good selection of items and they have everything a drug store should have.

Small Rite aid in a city that you must not expect too much choices, if you wish to buy food that ready to eat like salad or sandwiches, better to go to seven eleven near from there.What I was disappointed is one on the cashier staff was not at all friendly that she didn’t even say “next please” even though I didn’t notice her cashier desk was open, she didn’t remind me and I was waiting around 2 minutes like a stupid... at the end she asked me if I need a bag or not without saying to me the fact it is paid bag... it is really tiny price but I was not happy with that fact.

Nice neighborhood Rite Aid thats a little on the small side. Howeve, very nice beer selections as well as quality spirits as well. $5 fifth for Borski vodka guaranteed to do you right. There is also a pharmacy here accepting many different types of insurance and if you like ice cream they have a full service ice cream bar. Far enough away from downtown it doesnt attract the mass homeless.

Pharmacist Jeremy is smart, caring, and thorough. We go to this pharmacy in part because of him.

My baby is sick so I went for medicine and a suction bulb. They dont have suction bulbs. A simple necessity that is for medical use. Thankfully they had a medicine that would work for her but not a big variety for her age.

Staff were horrible, not helpful, seemed like the cashier hated her life. Thats okay to hate, this is a free country, but find a job not dealing with the public. I am an impulse buyer and cant leave a store without dropping at least $100. I only spent $4. Thats how fast I wanted out. I gave it 3 stars because they let people in with pets and didnt yell. The ice cream guy was nice too.

Awful service, rude people, inefficient processes. Additionally, their Amazon Courier service its the worst; use it only if you want to spend a half-hour picking up your packages.

VERY friendly staff and the only option us Marina District High-rise residents have that is within walking distance. They sell wine and liquor as well. Word on thre street is that Walgreens is about to buy them out of this location., I just transferred all my scripts over there today.

Pharmacists will only dispense medications on the exact 30 day- not 2 days early thats allowed by other locations. Even if insurance oks it and will cover the costs, they wont acknowledge. Dont bother switching to this location

Smaller rite aid... they did some renovations about a year ago and added their ice cream stand. Havent gone to try it yet. Not that busy in this one... but prices arent the best. Lines are okay. For some reason theres always a beggar or hobo next to the door. I hate that... they should do something because it makes me not want to go in... sometimes they are aggressive too.

A brunette pharmacist named Norma was incredibly rude to my friend who spent the entire day in the ER and was just trying to get her prescription filled. My friend was on crutches, already loopy from pain killers and she was getting mad at her for crutching in the wrong place and instead of filling the prescription she CONTINUED to lecture my friend until I told her to stop.

Today is July 8, 2017.The Pharmacists and Technicians must be multitaskers. When they are actively filling a prescription they do not need to be disturbed ! Its crucial. We do not want the wrong medication or quantity in the bottle nor incorrect customers name either. I worked in the industry for 19 yrs and I know how important it is to remain focused. I functioned as a Certified Pharm.Tech.& SEP 1999 made a career move & earned A BS in Nursing. Aside from that,during those days, 1981-1999 our out-patient Pharmacy was antiquated for about 2 years (transfered from in-patient to out-patient area) while I was there and we eventually moved into a robotic type facility...in the antiquated room we could barely move trying so efficiently to deliver the correct medication and quantity to the correct patient..Several days before a holiday we would fill ~900-1000 Rxs/day. Concentration is so important while this is being done. I might add the staff should wear an ID on their coat/lapel indicating their 1st name. Apologies for such a long review.

Ive always had good service here. If you go expecting Walmart, youre gonna have a bad time. If you go expecting a bodega, youre gonna be just fine.

I love this Rite Aid! Christine, the pharmacist, took great care of me. Having dealt with many incompetent and/or uncaring pharmacies with other names, this Rite Aid on Kettener was a welcome relief following my relocation for major surgery.

Plan on standing in line for least 20 minutes or more. This place is 1 block from my apt, but I would rather go 1 mile to CVS

Products are marked up quite a bit, and I waited in line for much too long. This is the price you pay for convenience.

Two of the pharmacists here like to call the shots, regardless of what my DR requested. Many extra steps to fill a regular RX, lots of wasted time, due simply to their whimsy.

The pharmacy has extremly bad customer service! They have absolutely no clue how to handle situations!!

Though I have only been in here 5 times, I have never had any issues with wait, nor with marked up prices, actually I found quite a few deals the last time I went!

It is the closest drugstore to the hotel where I happened to stay.It is a large chain store in the United States.Its like Matsukiyoshi in Japan, but the store isnt that big.We sell not only medicines but also beverages, alcohol and sweets.Most of them are sold at Japanese drug stores.I also bought souvenir sweets here.It was cheaper than buying chocolate and beef jerky at duty free shops.I didnt buy it, but I dont know the brand, but the beer was really cheap.
