Great grandma needed her pills ASAP they delivered them late all the time plus incompleted medicine (will not get all her medicine). We change into a different pharmacy for that reason. Now I’m happy with the new pharmacy their on time deliver and her medication is completed.

Terrible customer service experience.Its okay to just apologize and perhaps offer to do your best to solve the issue when you make a mistake. It is NOT okay to twist the issue on to your customer and make them out to be in the wrong. No, I dont remember who it was that took my refill order over the phone. Nor, should I have to. I have the date and time I called. Its up you to figure out who and what went wrong. All I want is my rx delivered timely. The 1- 2 business days as promised, NOT over a week long of a wait and then have to call to figure this out, only to be told basically, you should have remembered who you spoke to. (as if i made up the fact that i called them a week ago) How about this Medical Center Pharmacy Gateway San Diego......learn some customer service, decency and respect. Everyone makes mistakes, but not everyone accepts responsibility for their mistakes.Management - get it together.
