Where do I start? First stick to animals maybe. I use this pharmacy for quite some time and things went normal and well. Then they just all of a sudden seem to stop paying attention. When you’re on controlled medicines, this pharmacy definitely makes you feel like you’re a criminal. Which is absolutely ridiculous, and unprofessional. Not once have they ever even giving me the time of day to explain what’s going on in life because things never change in life right? Apparently, according to them you never need to take a trip, you never run out of those extra three tablets you have. Ever. If I could give zero stars I would. I didn’t realize the service so many animals that actually explains a lot. Since switching I’ve had a much better experience I have to go every month, and I can say that I don’t have the same problems and they actually listen unlike this pharmacy. If there reading this, when you answer the phone actually takes some time to listen to the person. Quit judging people and treating them like criminals because they take medicines you have an opinion on or whatever that is. Please!

Extremely rude! Highly NOT recommended! I called this pharmacy because I was late for my second Covid vaccine shot. I assumed this was the Alvarado Pharmacy at Alvarado Ct but apparently this was the Reservoir Drive location. Regardless of my oversight , the man who picked up the phone didn’t have to be so rude! Once I explained I was calling about my second shot he rudely answered me “Why are you calling me?!”. I reiterated the reason and he scoffed and said “I don’t give vaccine shots I don’t know why you’re calling me”. Really sir???! It would cost you nothing to kindly refer me to the right location less than two miles away which I’m very sure you know about. The world is hurting enough already! Do better please!

I learned five new things about administering my cats prescription today from the pharmacist. Im so thankful for the helpful information in addition to the prescription they were compounding for me. This is what quality pharmacies are like.

Before I found Alvarado Pharmacy I was having to get my veterinary prescriptions out of Arizona. I had to submit prescriptions two to three weeks in advance due to the laws that require some prescriptions like Hydrocodone to be mailed and not faxed. I was always on the verge of running out of medication for our dog, which could be life threatening. Then I found Alvarado Pharmacy and Dr. Frank Bower. Dr. Bower has been absolutely wonderful. I get the written prescriptions from our vet and the prescriptions are filled the same day or early the next day. Thank you Dr. Bower for your wonderful support. Youre helping keep our beloved Gracie alive and happy.

What a lovely experience. I called last minute looking to fill a canine prescription, they were able to fill and at a very reasonable price. I will be transferring all my pets scripts to this pharmacy.

Very rude !I will never use them again or for any of my patients .I’ll make sure no facilites use them , The rude man that answered my call can someone please in service him for customer services
