I am only giving a 1 star because the Pharmacist himself is a jewel, very caring, responsive and empathic. However, the young pharmacy clerk (dont know her name because she does not wear a badge) is very unprofessional rude, condescending and outright mean. This area services a lot of senior citizens, homeless and elderly. Thus it takes a certain type of individual to deal with a diverse clientele. No matter your race, creed or economic status this young lady is awful to customers who ask any questions or request clarifications. I and other care givers have came here to pickup our clients meds who live in the Sr Buildings in this area and we dread to have to deal with this woman at the counter. In fact the pharmacist Dr. N was out one day, I had not complained yet to the powers to be but he called upon his return to apologize for this person. She should be removed/retired or sent to handle non-customer contact. Absolutely horrible.

They are easy to deliver. I received confirmation of the order promptly, and shipping information is available after a day. The product that I got was so nice and effective. I am satisfied with the service and would order again from them.

Today I needed to pick up a surprise tres leches cake for my husband’s birthday. My only opportunity was this morning…during the time I walk my dog, and could sneak over to Albertsons solo. Thankfully, the guards at the door allowed me to bring my dog to the bakery after I assured them I was just picked up a cake.At the bakery, Gia was lovely and not only decorated the cake but carried it to check out, and securely wrapped this 1/4 sheet cake so I could carry it while walking 5 blocks with my large dog! Thank you, Gia! You were so helpful!

Nice staff except for pharmacy cashier. Seems like she hates her job or people or possibly both. This store is always crowded and a bit overpriced compared to Ralphs.

At this drug store, I asked the pharmacist what the right medication to take for stomach aches was. Gladly the pharmacist helped me right away. I just want to say thank you to the pharmacist, because the support of the pharmacist wouldnt make my stomach feel nice!

Never felt so ignored.

This pharmacy has been disappointing all 3 times I’ve attempted to use it. While I understand it is a relatively small pharmacy, they never have anything in stock. In addition, they tend to over promise and under deliver (ie prescription will be ready at 2 but in reality it is ready at 5) So bumming since I live upstairs and it was convenient. Welp back to Cvs!

I have filled 4-5 prescriptions with this pharmacy. EVERY time I drop off a prescription there is some sort of issue that arises.Including filling a prescription 2-3 weeks from me dropping it off and calling me when it was readt telling me I had to pick it up before the end of the day. Very unprofessional.The employees that aren’t pharamacy techs are keen to lying.Most recently I was told I have never filled a certain medicine with them before and they would have to check in with the doctor to confirm.The only problem to their story was that I was holding the last filled prescription in my hand.When I call them on their inconsistencies they threatened not to fill my prescription.To be fair, this was not the first time I called them out on their lies.

So happy this is in downtown!
