Im on the phone since last week calling every day 2/3 times leave messages but nobody returns my call. I think this business is in need for a new Management

I am a patient trying to get my scooter, i called today and literally got laughed at because i was trying to find out information about getting it set up to be received. That was rude and disrespectful and i hope casey at the front office gets fired.

I work in a doctors office and am now going on 5 months trying to get a patient a power scooter. The patient meets all criteria necessary and I am not quite clear on what the problem is. Its very disheartening to know this patient has suffered because of this companys incompetence.

Have left 6 messages and not one returned. Have asked to speak with manager Holly and have never heard back. Brian did an Eval for me for a wheelchair and that was 4 months ago. Never heard back. Do not recommend.

First and foremost, I have to say Im very disappointed in the customer service quality and desire to help their customers. I called, concerned because the strap on my brothers wheelchair had come off and my brother uses the bus to get to his daily program. Hes required to be in his chair. I left a message about the issue and I got a returned phone call telling me that I could repair it myself. I have to tell you, just as a childs car seat, its incredibly important to have the straps on a wheelchair right or it could turn deadly for everyone involved. I wanted to ensure it was done correct but they told me they couldnt come out for a week, and he rides the bus daily. Wow. Must be too busy to care for the safety of their products and the special needs folks who require them. Not to mention the man on the phone was incredibly short with me, as polite as I was trying to be about the situation. So I figured it out myself, they were right, but how disgusting they infer that I send himon a bus, in a chair with no straps!
