Please avoiding shop here. This is coming from a registered nurse that went there looking for oxygen medical supplies urgently. The owner and business partner told me they could not hear me and hung up on me when I was outside of their store. Then they both called me back yelling at me (after I left a voicemail around past 12pm) saying I should “read” and “know” that they were closed. There was no visible sign for me to read the hours of operation of this business. I drove there because another medical store/owner recommended me to call them to get help. The owners/partners were rude, not polite, and obviously not helpful with my urgent medical needs. Please choose another company for you, and your loved one’s medical needs.

Nice enough lady running the place but I was unaware you needed an appointment since it isnt posted on the website so long story short I was unaware to purchase my grandfathers CPAP full face mask, comfortable head gear and a hose

There is no substitution for that person-to-person experience of having someone provide caring and knowledgeable advice to meet your needs. Great prices and generous return policies that she explains to make sure youre satisfied. Carol is awesome!

Carol is awesome! I have had the chance now to have dealings with Ashley Medical on a couple fronts. She took the time to explain to me what my options are regarding disposing/selling of old equipment. My parents recently passed and I am stuck with a bunch of old medical equipment. I wasnt expecting top dollar, but her offer was more than fair for equipment that is 3 years old. Seems like Alex G., who posted an earlier review, was trying to to take advantage of people. I wouldnt expect top dollar on my 5 year old car, so why should I expect the same on used medical equipment. Alex, you shouldnt post bad reviews because someone told you something you didnt want to hear.I highly recommend Ashley Medical. They are great!!!

What a lifesaver! Flew here for a visit and left my mask at home. Was able to get the exact one I needed at a fair price. Very helpful and nice.

I had the opportunity to work with Ashley Medical recently. I flew from Indiana to San Diego and the airline damaged my power wheelchair on a layover in Chicago. It was a little over a 3 hr flight to California and when I landed that evening Ashley Medical had a power chair waiting on me at the airport. They sent a great tech to my hotel room to make adjustments early the next morning. They literally saved my trip because I would not have been able to get around otherwise. Great staff and service and on such a short notice.

Horrendous customer service. They tried taking advantage of me and tried to fool me into selling them an $800 piece of equipment for $50 throwing things like Depreciation and of the such to neg the price down. Ladies and gentlemen, if you love your parents or loved ones please avoid this place. It is a scam to take advantage of the 2nd hand market ! I am not here simply to shame a company, I am here to help others avoid a potential mistake ! Professional Medical Supply, Erics Medical supply etc etc these places are friendlier and more customer oriented than this selfish, profit seeking company.

I needed a machine for my sister apparently the Doctor prescribed a machine that doesnt exist, after going to the doctor for another prescription and getting the right one they decline the order.what kind of company decides to decline a order because a doctor prescribe the wrong machine?I explained them how important it is this respiratory machine for my sister but Carol didnt care.my sister is flying out in a few hours and now we dont have the machine she needs because Carol couldnt see that it was a doctors mistake and we have a new prescription from the same doctor.STAY AWA FROM THIS COMPANY.

About a month back I needed a bigger size for my dreamwear nasal headgear I need a large. And they had one and very good customer service.

Carol was a blessing! She had what I needed for my CPAP. Would definitely go back again.

Ashley Medical is unlike any other medical store, not that I would know (being my first time in one) but I figure. Id imagine that any other place would not be as nice, helpful, and quick to help. I am glad I found them and I will continue going to them for all my APAP/CPAP needs. They also have such good prices, its stupid to go anywhere else.

2 unleashed dogs approaching me in a business is not any place I like to shop. Very tiny store with limited supplies.
