UPDATEAfter a year from the original review their average wait times did eventually improve to where it is no longer an issue. Ive had to call several times into their tech support over the year. Most of the calls they have been very helpful, however there have been some calls where they were not able to help me correctly. For example, recently my lab has gotten into digital implant scans from dentists and I have called them a few times to help me set up the case right to where I can then send it to Argen to do the model and implant. Well a few of those times the case was sent to Argen and then sent back to me because the case was not set up right. This error ended up costing me a day every time it happened. This should not happen if I am getting their assistance in order to set up the case properly for it to be sent to them. However, for the most part, my experiences with their tech support have been positive. As a result, Im updating my review to 4 stars.ORIGINALTerrible customer service. Been on hold for ext 5 (equipment support) for more than 2 hours and 50 minutes and COUNTING... This after being on hold for an hour another day and hanging up. Severely disappointed in Argens commitment to helping their customers.
